Description:
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a mobile air conditioner which contains: a movable refrigerator, an antifreeze tank, a water pump, and an air cooler, the air cooler at least one includes an evaporator, the antifreeze tank is disposed in the movable refrigerator so as to cool antifreeze, and the antifreeze recycles back to the antifreeze tank from the antifreeze tank via at least one pipe, the water pump, and the evaporator so that environmental hot air is drawn and is cooled by the evaporator, thus recycling cold airs.
Description of the Prior Art
[0002] Due to the influence of global warming, the summer becomes hotter and more unbearable, so air conditioner is an indispensable electrical product in the summer. In addition to the purchase of the air conditioner, the air conditioner is installed after paying extra installation cost, and it can only be used at a fixed point after the installation is completed, thus having expensive expense and using inconvenience.
[0003] At present, the air conditioner is mobile to a desired place, thus saving installation cost and increasing usages at different spaces.
[0004] However, the mobile air conditioner has a discharge pipe configured to discharge hot air, so the mobile air conditioner has to be fixed in a certain space with a window because of a length of the discharge pipe, thus causing using inconvenience.
[0005] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a mobile air conditioner which contains: a movable refrigerator, an antifreeze tank, a water pump, and an air cooler, the air cooler at least one includes an evaporator, the antifreeze tank is disposed in the movable refrigerator so as to cool antifreeze, and the antifreeze recycles back to the antifreeze tank from the antifreeze tank via at least one pipe, the water pump, and the evaporator.
[0007] The antifreeze is refrigerated or is frozen in the movable refrigerator, and the antifreeze is kept in a low temperature without being frozen. The antifreeze is recycled between the antifreeze tank and the air cooler after being pumping by the water pump. When the antifreeze flows into the evaporator of the air cooler, it is kept in a low temperature so that when the blower draws the environmental hot air from an inlet and blows the environmental hot air to the evaporator, the evaporator absorbs thermal energy and reduces the temperature (heat exchange) and blows the thermal energy out of the outlet, such that the blower blows the cold airs) to obtain cooling effect. Thereafter, the antifreeze flows back to the antifreeze tank after the evaporator has the heat exchange so as to be cooled by the movable refrigerator, thus recycling the antifreeze continuously.
[0008] The mobile air conditioner has the movable refrigerator and is mobile easy. Preferably, the mobile air conditioner s additionally used as the refrigerator to obtain the cooling effect and to save using space and electricity consumption.
[0009] The mobile air conditioner is electrically connected with supply mains, a lithium battery or a storable battery, thus having easy operation and portable purpose indoors, in a car, and outdoors.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0010] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the assembly of mobile air conditioner according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0011] FIG. 2 is another perspective view showing the assembly of the mobile air conditioner according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0012] FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the operation of the mobile air conditioner according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[0013] FIG. 4 is also perspective view showing the assembly of the mobile air conditioner according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0014] The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
[0015] With reference to FIG. 1, a mobile air conditioner according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a movable refrigerator 1, an antifreeze tank 2, a water pump 3, and an air cooler 4.
[0016] The air cooler 4 includes a body 41, a blower 42 accommodated in the body 41, an evaporator 43, and multiple outlets 44 defined on the evaporator 43 so that the blower 42 blows winds out of the multiple outlets 44 of the evaporator 43 (the air cooler 4 at least one includes the evaporator 43 so as to exchange heat with environmental hot air (i.e., a temperature), thus reducing ambient temperature. A size of the movable refrigerator 1 is not limited. Preferably, the movable refrigerator 1 is compact, portable, and movable.) The antifreeze tank 2 is disposed in the movable refrigerator 1 so as to cool antifreeze (the antifreeze is refrigerated or is frozen, in addition, the antifreeze is keep in a low temperature without being frozen), the antifreeze recycles back to the antifreeze tank 2 from the antifreeze tank 2 via at least one pipe 5, the water pump 3 and the evaporator 43 (the at least one pipe 5 extends from an exterior of the movable refrigerator 1 to the air cooler 4, as shown in FIG. 4). When the at least one pipe 5 exposes outsides a wall of the refrigerator 1, it is covered by a protective cover 6, as illustrated in FIG. 2.
[0017] When the mobile air conditioner 10 operates (i.e., the water pump 3 is started to operate), the water pump 3 pumps the antifreeze from the antifreeze tank 2 of the movable refrigerator 1 into the evaporator 43 of the air cooler 4 (as shown in FIG. 3), and the blower 42 draws the environmental hot air from an inlet 45 and blows the environmental hot air to the evaporator 43, then the evaporator 43 absorbs thermal energy and reduces the temperature (heat exchange) and blows the thermal energy, such that the blower 42 blows air (i.e., cold airs) out of the multiple outlets 44, thus obtaining cooling effect. Thereafter, the antifreeze flows back to the antifreeze tank 2 after the evaporator 43 has the heat exchange so as to be cooled by the movable refrigerator 1, thus recycling the antifreeze continuously.
[0018] Accordingly, the mobile air conditioner 10 has the movable refrigerator 1 (as shown in FIG. 4) and is mobile easy. Preferably, the mobile air conditioner 10 is additionally used as the refrigerator to obtain the cooling effect and to save using space and electricity consumption.
[0019] The mobile air conditioner 10 is electrically connected with supply mains and has batteries by ways of a power converter (not shown, for example, reducing voltage of alternating current, rectifying and filtering the alternating current so as to convert the alternating current into direct current, hence the direct current is used as 12V of DC power to the mobile air conditioner 10, and the mobile air conditioner 10 is externally connected with a lithium battery or a storable battery), thus having easy operation and portable purpose indoors, in a car, and outdoors. Preferably, the air cooler 4 further has ice crystals accommodated in the evaporator 43 (not shown). For example, the ice crystals are accommodated in the movable refrigerator 1 normally and are placed into the evaporator 43 after starting the mobile air conditioner 10 so as to enhance the cooling effect. Discharging condensed water produced after the heat exchange of the evaporator 43 of the body 41 of the air cooler 4. Furthermore, supplying cooled air in a controlled temperature, and turning on/off of the mobile air conditioner 10 are well-known arts, so further remarks are omitted.
[0020] While various embodiments in accordance with the present invention have been shown and described, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
