1. A cooling or heating fan magnetically attachable to a metal board, mainly having a bottom plate 12 of a disk-form base 11 of the cooling or heating fan 1 provided with a plurality of recesses 121 that fixedly receives therein strong permanent magnets M, so that the cooling or heating fan 1 with the disk-form base 11 is allowed to be not only placed on a floor or a table but also magnetically attach to an iron-made wall W or an iron-made device surface for use.

2. A cooling or heating fan magnetically attachable to a metal board , mainly having a stand-form base 21 of the cooling or heating fan 2 provided with a plurality of rubber pads 22 clipping the stand-form base 21, and each of the rubber pads 22 receiving therein a strong permanent magnet M, so that the cooling or heating fan 2 with the stand-form base 21 is allowed to be not only placed on a floor or a table but also magnetically attach to an iron-made wall W or an iron-made device surface for use.

3. The cooling or heating fan of claim 1, wherein the disk-form base 11 of the cooling or heating fan 1 is provided with a socket 111, for receiving a positioning plate 16 that is formed with a plurality of positioning holes 161, and at least one positioning ball 162 and at least one spring 163 are placed on the positioning holes 161 before the post 14 and the disk-form base 11 are screwedly assembled, so that a blowing angle of the cooling or heating fan 1 with the disk-form base 11 can be adjusted.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Technical Field

[0002] The present invention relates to a cooling or heating fan magnetically attachable to a metal board. Particularly, the cooling or heating fan has a disk-form or stand-form base whole lower surface is provided with plural strong permanent magnets that magnetically attach the cooling or heating fan to iron-made partitions, furniture or structures.

[0003] 2. Description of Related Art

[0004] Traditionally, a cooling or heating fan may mainly be positioned or fixed in the manners including: being equipped with a stand so as to be able to stand on the ground or a table; screwedly fixed to a wall, a ceiling or other structures; and being equipped with a clip so as to be attached to an object clipped by the clip.

[0005] While a fan designed for standing on the ground or a table can be freely positioned and moved, it can be only placed on a horizontal plane but not vertical walls. Those fans positioned by screws are limited to be fixed to walls or ceilings. As to those having clips, they are limited to particular applications. Thus, the conventional positioning or fixing means for cooling or heating fans is not perfect.

[0006] Hence, the inventor of the present invention invented a cooling or heating fan magnetically attachable to a metal board. The present invention features for that the cooling or heating fan has strong permanent magnets on a bottom or a lower surface of a base thereof so that the cooling or heating fan can be magnetically attached to iron-made partitions, furniture or structures. Thus, the cooling or heating fan can be placed on floors or tables or be magnetically attached to any iron-made wall or iron-made device surface.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] For overcoming the shortcomings of the traditional cooling or heating fans as described previously, the present invention provides a cooling or heating fan whose disk-form or stand-form base has a lower surface equipped with strong permanent magnets, so that the cooling or heating fan can be attached to an iron-made PC casing, an iron-made partition, an iron cabinet or other iron-made products. Thereby, a user of the cooling or heating fan can set it on a floor or a table or attach it to any iron wall iron device surface for convenient use.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0008] The invention as well as a preferred mode of use, further objectives and advantages thereof will be best understood by reference to the following detailed description of illustrative embodiments when acquire in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, wherein:

[0009] FIG. 1 is a schematic exploded view of the present invention applied to a cooling or heating fan with a disk-form base;

[0010] FIG. 2 is a bottom view according to FIG. 1 of the present invention;

[0011] FIG. 3 is an applied view of the present invention applied to the cooling or heating fan with the disk-form base;

[0012] FIG. 4 is a lateral view according to FIG. 3 of the present invention;

[0013] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the present invention applied to a cooling or heating fan with a stand-form base;

[0014] FIG. 6 is an applied view of the present invention applied to the cooling or heating fan with the stand-form base;

[0015] FIG. 7 is a lateral view according to FIG. 6 of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a cooling or heating fan magnetically attachable to metal board of the present invention, in the present embodiment, includes a cooling or heating fan 1 with a disk-form base 11 whose bottom plate 12 is equipped with a plurality of recesses 121 for receiving strong permanent magnets M.

[0017] Each of the recesses 121 fixedly receives a corresponding strong permanent magnet M and an anti-slip pad 122, so that the cooling or heating fan 1 has the bottom providing strong magnetic attachability to iron products. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the cooling or heating fan 1 can not only be placed on a floor or table but also be magnetically attached to any iron-made wall W or iron-made device surface for use.

[0018] Referring to FIG. 5, a cooling or heating fan 2 magnetically attachable to metal board of the present invention may alternatively have a stand-form base 21. A plurality of rubber pads 22 clips the stand-form base 21, and each of the rubber pads 22 is inlaid with a strong permanent magnet M, so as to similarly make the cooling or heating fan 2 have its bottom providing strong magnetic attachability to iron products. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the cooling or heating fan 2 can not only be placed on a floor or table but also be magnetically attached to any iron-made wall W or iron-made device surface for use.

[0019] Referring to FIGS. 1, 3 & 4 the cooling or heating fan 1 with the disk-form base 11 of the present invention further has a knob 15 provided at a boundary between a neck 13 and a post 14 for adjusting an angle of elevation of the cooling or heating fan 1. Moreover, the disk-form base 11 is formed with a socket 111 for receiving a positioning plate 16 that is formed with a plurality of positioning holes 161. At least one positioning ball 162 and at least one spring 163 are placed on the positioning holes 161 before the post 14 and the disk-form base 11 are screwedly assembled, so that a blowing angle of the cooling or heating fan 1 with the disk-form base 11 can be adjusted.
