Abstract:
A cell phone protection case structure includes a soft inner casing, a
hard outer casing coupled to the soft inner casing, a soft inner cover,
and a hard outer cover coupled to the soft inner cover. The soft inner
casing has a pair of side walls and engaging portions at two sides
thereof. The hard outer casing also has a pair of side walls at two sides
thereof to engage with the side walls of the soft inner casing and to
wrap a cell phone. Through the elasticity of the soft inner casing and
the soft inner cover, the present invention has elasticity to protect the
cell phone. Through the hard outer casing and the hard outer cover, the
present invention has a durable effect. Besides, the outer surfaces of
the hard outer casing and the hard outer cover can be colored, patterned
or decorated.Claims:
1. A cell phone protection case structure, comprising a soft inner casing
and a soft inner cover which are integrally formed as a one-piece
structure, the soft inner casing and soft inner cover being pliable, the
soft inner casing having a pair of side walls at two sides thereof, a
hard outer casing coupled to an outer surface of the soft inner casing,
the hard outer casing having a pair of side walls at two sides thereof to
engage with the side walls of the soft inner casing, a hard outer cover
coupled to an outer surface of the soft inner cover.
2. The cell phone protection case structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the pair of side walls has an engaging portion at an upper end edge thereof to cover and engage with upper end edges of the side walls of the hard outer casing.
3. The cell phone protection case structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hard outer casing and the hard outer cover are only connected by the soft inner casing and the soft inner cover.
4. The cell phone protection case structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein each of the pair of side walls has an engaging portion at an upper end edge thereof to cover and engage with upper end edges of the side walls of the hard outer casing.
5. The cell phone protection case structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein in a closed position, the soft inner casing and the soft inner cover are inside the hard outer casing and the hard outer cover.
6. The cell phone protection case structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein in a closed position, the soft inner casing and the soft inner cover are inside the hard outer casing and the hard outer cover.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a cell phone protection case structure, and more particularly to a protection case having both soft and hard materials to provide a better protection effect.
[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] There are different cell phone protection cases on the markets. (1) A leather cover is used for insertion of a cell phone. When in use, the cell phone must be taken out from the leather cover. After use, the cell phone is placed in the leather cover again. This way is troublesome and time-consuming. (2) The surface of a cell phone is provided with a soft and transparent casing. The soft casing can protect the cell phone, but it cannot be colored or patterned. In addition, it doesn't have good tolerance strength. When pressed, the cell phone may be damaged. (3) The surface of a cell phone is provided with a hard and transparent casing. The hard casing has better tolerance strength and can be colored or patterned, but it doesn't have elasticity. When falling or collision, the cell phone may be damaged. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The primary object of the present invention is to provide a cell phone protection case structure which comprises a soft inner casing, a hard outer casing coupled to the soft inner casing, a soft inner cover, and a hard outer cover coupled to the soft inner cover. The soft inner casing has a pair of side walls and engaging portions at two sides thereof. The hard outer casing also has a pair of side walls at two sides thereof to engage with the side walls of the soft inner casing and to wrap a cell phone. Through the elasticity of the soft inner casing and the soft inner cover, the present invention has elasticity to protect the cell phone. Through the hard outer casing and the hard outer cover, the present invention provides a durable effect. Besides, the outer surfaces of the hard outer casing and the hard outer cover can be colored, patterned or decorated.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0010] Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011] As shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 4, the cell phone protection case structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a soft inner casing 20 and a soft inner cover 22 which are integrally formed. The soft inner casing 20 has a pair of side walls 21 at two sides thereof. Each of the pair of side walls 21 has an engaging portion 23 at an upper end edge thereof. A hard outer casing 10 is coupled to an outer surface of the soft inner casing 20. The hard outer casing 10 also has a pair of side walls 11 at two sides thereof to engage with the side walls 21 and the engaging portions 23 of the soft inner casing 20. A hard outer cover 12 is coupled to an outer surface of the soft inner cover 22. The present invention has the following effects and advantages.
[0012] 1. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when placing a cell phone 30, the side walls 11 of the hard inner casing 10 have contractible force to clip the cell phone 30. The side walls 21 of the soft inner casing 20 have elasticity to confine the cell phone, so that the cell phone 30 is secured in the case.
[0013] 2. Through the engaging portions 23 of the side walls 21 of the soft inner casing 20, the hard outer casing 10 can be positioned certainly. The engaging portions 23 can engage with the soft inner cover 22, having a skidproof effect.
[0014] 3. Through the elasticity of the soft inner casing 20 and the soft inner cover 22, the present invention has elasticity to protect the cell phone 30.
[0015] 4. Through the hard outer casing 10 and the hard outer cover 12, the present invention has a durable effect. Besides, the outer surfaces of the hard outer casing 10 and the hard outer cover 12 can be colored, patterned or decorated.
[0016] 5. When using the cell phone, the user just open or close the soft inner cover 22 and the hard outer cover 12. The present invention is convenient for use.
