20140322660 | Automated Heat Treatment System for Engine Valve - An inventive automated heat treatment system has a furnace for heat treating forged engine valves, a carry-in mechanism for transporting the forged valves into the furnace, and a carry-out mechanism for transporting heat treated valves out of the furnace. Each of the carry-in mechanism and the carry-out mechanism has a retention mechanism for retaining valves hung, and a transport mechanism for transporting valves to the furnace as they are hung. The furnace has heating means, groups of paired rails for supporting and moving the valves hung in the furnace, and a stopper for controlling the positions of the valves on the rails. The engine valves are maintained hung with their umbrella-shaped portions supported by the respective mechanisms throughout the automated heat treatment processes. Thus, the heat treatment of engine valves is done in a fewer steps than in a conventional system. | 10-30-2014 |
20140352389 | FORGING PRESS DEVICE FOR VALVE - A forging press device for valve including an upsetter in which a plurality of primary forming stages are provided, a forging press main body adjacent to the upsetter, that secondarily forms a primary formed workpiece, and a workpiece conveyance/carry-in device which grips and conveys the workpiece, to carry it into the forging press main body, the device in which the workpiece conveyance/carry-in device is composed of a high speed multi jointed robot capable of circling around a vertical shaft, which has an arm (a chuck) gripping the workpiece. In accordance with the invention, it is possible to provide a forging press device for valve in which the number of deliveries of workpiece from the upsetter to the forging press main body is decreased, which speeds up a valve forging line, and improves the production efficiency. | 12-04-2014 |

20110031664 | ANTI-VIBRATION RUBBER MEMBER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF - Provided is an anti-vibration rubber member wherein there is low friction resistance between the anti-vibration rubber member and a mating member, and a coating film is not prone to separation from a rubber elastic body, and a production method thereof. An anti-vibration rubber member absorbs at least a portion of the vibration of a mating member and has a sliding surface that is relatively in sliding contact with the mating member. The anti-vibration rubber member further includes: a rubber elastic body that is made of a self-lubricating rubber containing an elastomer and a bleeding lubricant; a coating film that covers at least a portion of a sliding inner surface that is among a surface of the rubber elastic body and disposed on an inner side of the sliding surface, contains a resin having a mercapto group, and is deformable to follow up deformation of the rubber elastic body, and a lubricating film that covers at least a portion of a surface of the coating film, is formed by the bleeding lubricant of the rubber elastic body penetrating the coating film and oozing onto the surface of the coating film, and forms at least a portion of the sliding surface. | 02-10-2011 |
20110170814 | STABILIZER BUSHING - A stabilizer bushing wherein there is low friction resistance between the stabilizer bushing and a stabilizer bar, and a coating film is not prone to separation from a rubber elastic body. Stabilizer bushings include: a rubber elastic body that is made of a self-lubricating rubber containing an elastomer and a bleeding lubricant, that includes a holding hole that holds a stabilizer bar on a radial inner side, and that is shaped as a cylinder attached to a body of a vehicle by brackets, a coating film that covers an inner circumferential surface of the holding hole, that contains a resin having a mercapto group, and that is deformable to follow up deformation of the rubber elastic body; and a lubricating film that is formed on a surface of the coating film by the bleeding lubricant of the rubber elastic body penetrating the coating film and oozing onto the surface of the coating film, and that is in relative sliding contact with an outer circumferential surface of the stabilizer bar. | 07-14-2011 |
20130001915 | TOE CORRECT BUSH - To provide a toe correct bush having excellent durability and a novel structure, the toe correct bush effectively achieving improvement in running stability during steering with a toe correction function and improvement in straight line performance with an intermediate restraining plate. A first intermediate restraining member is provided between opposing surfaces of an inner inclined portion and an outer inclined portion and is fixed to a compression rubber, the first intermediate restraining member spreading and being isolated from the opposing surfaces of the inner inclined portion and the outer inclined portion. A second intermediate restraining member is provided independent from the first intermediate restraining member between opposing surfaces of an inner flange and an outer flange and is fixed to a connecting rubber, the second intermediate restraining member spreading and being isolated from the opposing surfaces of the inner flange and the outer flange. | 01-03-2013 |
20130249180 | UPPER SUPPORT FOR VEHICLE SUSPENSION - An upper support for vehicle suspension including: an inner cylindrical member; an outer cylindrical member spaced apart peripherally outward from the inner cylindrical member; a rubber elastic body interposed between the inner cylindrical member and the outer cylindrical member while elastically connecting the two members; and a flange portion extending radially outward from the outer cylindrical member while being adapted to be overlapped and fixed onto a mounting portion of a vehicle body. A fastening seat portion is provided to the flange portion over a prescribed area and has a contact face adapted to be in contact against the mounting portion of the vehicle body. A concave/convex portion is formed on the contact face of the fastening seat portion over a prescribed area thereof. | 09-26-2013 |
