20110239483 | HEAT GUN AIR FLOW-EXTENDERS - Apparatus and methodology for applying heated-air flow to wet or damp copper cable and specifically to individual mutually-insulated copper conductors within that cable including their respective paper sheath coverings. This cable can be used in telecommunications applications. Disclosed embodiments permit drying of difficult to reach wet/damp areas within a cable and between and amongst layers of wet/damp cable. A heat gun muzzle-insert attaches, at one end, to a heat gun barrel's muzzle end to extend hot air flow from the gun through the insert and through a plurality of tubes attached to its other end, This allows air flow to be pin-pointed at wet/damp areas otherwise not reachable without the tubes. The muzzle-insert attaches via threaded connection and is made from the same material as the gun to have the same thermal expansion characteristic. The hot air flow extender mechanisms can be modularized, each ha mg differently-sized pluralities of tubes. | 10-06-2011 |

20100218425 | INTEGRATED LOCK AND TILT-LATCH MECHANISM FOR A SLIDING WINDOW - A low-cost combination tilt-lock-latch mechanism for a sliding window that combines ease of installation and adjustment with simplicity of use. The mechanism includes at least one tilt-latch mechanism adapted for mounting in the window sash. The tilt-latch mechanism includes a housing and a plunger having a latch bolt portion retractable within the housing. A plunger latch member automatically latches the plunger in a retracted position to enable tilting of the sash. Further, the mechanism may include an actuator mechanism and a flexible linking member. The tilt-latch may include a locking member adjustable from outside the housing of the tilt latch, to lock the flexible linking member to the plunger, thereby operably coupling the actuator mechanism with the tilt-latch. | 09-02-2010 |

20130054351 | USER-CURATED BUSINESS RECOMMENDATIONS - Methods and systems for providing promotional information include collecting information at a server regarding promotions, including promotion location, supplied by a plurality of individual users. A request is received at the server from a requesting user that includes a user location. The server searches the promotional information to generate a list of promotions within a radius of the user location. The server then transmits the list of promotions to the requesting user. | 02-28-2013 |

20110308424 | Single-Coat Self-Priming Anticorrosion Composition - An elastomer agent coating combines silicone base compound ingredients for viscose mass, curing agents, and metallic coloring powders. It may be diluted or thickened depending on solvent agents. Metallic powder coloring ingredients are used in a plurality of shades in various combinations to produce alternately semi-transparent coatings, clear coatings, and solid color coatings in different shades and colors. Color additives are used to create a multi-variety of singular color appearance to detect uncoated areas to assist in creating a monolithic impenetrable even coat. Evaporable solvents lower viscosity and thicken the coating so it may be applied using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment to achieve a desired thickness in one coat. | 12-22-2011 |

20130112837 | Antenna Fixing Unit - The invention is a unit for fixing an antenna, comprising: a base element suited to support the antenna, provided with a contact surface suited to rest against a plate-like supporting body; a fixing element comprising a main body suited to be connected to the base element through joining means that define a connection direction, and a projecting body mainly developed according to the connection direction and associated with the main body through a deformable connection section. The projecting body has a reference surface facing a corresponding thrust surface of the main body and spaced from it, the connection section being configured so that its deformation makes it possible to move near each other and bring into contact the reference surface and the thrust surface when the fixing element is connected to the base element. | 05-09-2013 |
