20120102365 | GENERATING A FUNCTIONAL COVERAGE MODEL FROM A TRACE - A functional coverage model may be generated based on a trace. The functional coverage model may comprise values of attributes. The values may be extracted from one or more entries comprised by the trace. Based upon a selection of a field of an exemplary entry, content of the corresponding fields in other entries may be extracted and utilized. In some exemplary embodiments, names of attributes may be extracted from the trace. In some exemplary embodiments, a reference trace may be utilized as a comparative baseline coverage by generating a functional coverage model based upon the reference trace and comparing coverage of a second trace in respect to the functional coverage model with the coverage of the reference trace. | 04-26-2012 |

20130256849 | HIGH FREQUENCY TRANSITION MATCHING IN AN ELECTRONIC PACKAGE FOR MILLIMETER WAVE SEMICONDUCTOR DIES - A mmWave electronics package constructed from common Printed Circuit Board (PCB) technology and a metal cover. Assembly of the package uses standard pick and place technology and heat is dissipated directly to a pad on the package. Input/output of mmWave signal(s) is achieved through a rectangular waveguide. Mounting of the electronic package to an electrical printed circuit board (PCB) is performed using conventional reflow soldering processes and includes a waveguide I/O connected to an mmWave antenna. The electronic package provides for transmission of low frequency, dc and ground signals from the semiconductor chip inside the package to the PCB it is mounted on. An impedance matching scheme matches the chip to high frequency board transition by altering the ground plane within the chip. A ground plane on the high frequency board encircles the high frequency signal bump to confine the electromagnetic fields to the bump region reducing radiation loss. | 10-03-2013 |

20140126666 | EXPLOITING SPATIAL DEGREES OF FREEDOM IN MULTIPLE INPUT MULTIPLE OUTPUT (MIMO) RADIO SYSTEMS - Methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, are provided for determining the null-space for a channel between a transmitter and an unintended receiver. In one aspect there is provided a method. The method may include transmitting, by a secondary transmitter, a plurality of learning signals, determining, for each of the plurality of learning signals, a value representative of an interference caused by the transmitting to an unintended receiver, determining, based on the determined values, a null-space for a channel between the secondary transmitter and the unintended receiver and transmitting, by the secondary transmitter, a signal in accordance with the determined null-space. | 05-08-2014 |

20150072876 | SELF-DIRECTED METHOD FOR CELL-TYPE IDENTIFICATION AND SEPARATION OF GENE EXPRESSION MICROARRAYS - Gene expression analysis is generally performed on heterogeneous tissue samples consisting of multiple cell types. Current methods developed to separate heterogeneous gene expression rely on prior knowledge of the cell-type composition and/or signatures—these are not available in most public datasets. We present a novel method to identify the cell-type composition, signatures and proportions per sample without need for a priori information. The method was successfully tested on controlled and semi-controlled datasets and performed as accurately as current methods that do require additional information. As such, this method enables the analysis of cell-type specific gene expression using existing large pools of publically available microarray datasets. | 03-12-2015 |
