20080218394 | LOGICAL CURRENT DIVISION MULTIPLEXING FOR ENCODING MULTIPLE DIGITAL SIGNALS - A method and a system are disclosed for transmitting an N-bit digital signal at a source. The N-bit digital signal representing a binary value is used to modulate an electrical current by using N discrete voltages representing each bit. The N discrete voltages are coupled to N corresponding switches to control the switches. The switches conduct a corresponding electrical current if the value of the corresponding discrete voltage is the binary value of 1. The currents from each of the closed switches are summed to form a current-encoded data signal in a single physical conductor representing the original N-bit digital signal. The current-encoded data signal is transmitted through the single physical conductor to a current decoder for decoding the current-encoded data signal and extracting the original N-bit digital signal at a destination. | 09-11-2008 |

20090201823 | Method for Dimensioning A Data Packets Handler Apparatus In A Packet-Switched Mobile Communications Network - A method of dimensioning a data packets handler apparatus in a mobile communications network includes a plurality of cells, each one providing mobile communications coverage in a respective geographic area, the mobile communications network supporting packet-switched traffic and circuit-switched traffic, wherein the data packets handler apparatus to be dimensioned is associated with at least one cell of the mobile communications network. The method includes: obtaining an indication of radio communications resources of the at least one cell; obtaining an indication of an offered packet-switched traffic with respect to the at least one cell; and determining an amount of resources of the data packets handler apparatus potentially needed by the at least one cell for handling the packet-switched traffic based on the radio communications resources and on the offered packet-switched traffic. | 08-13-2009 |
20090305638 | Method and System for Selecting Radiation Diagrams of Antennas for Mobile-Radio Communication Networks - The radiation diagram of an antenna for serving a cell in a cellular communication network is selected from a plurality of available radiation diagrams by: classifying the plurality of available radiation diagrams in terms of a related radiation gain value; identifying for each one of the sectors a plurality of variations of the radiation gain value associated with the available radiation diagrams; estimating for each sector an initial value of at least one indicator of network operative functionality; estimating for each sector at least a desiderate value of variation of the related radiation gain value; and selecting at least one configuration that approximates the variation of the radiation gain value involving the desiderate value. | 12-10-2009 |

20080224581 | Cabinet liner - A cabinet liner for a vanity or kitchen cabinet or any other similar cabinetry located in these areas. The cabinet liner comprises of a tapered wall around its entire perimeter and a lip with grooves that can be trimmed or flexed along the sides and back. The cabinet liner consists' of a liquid impervious, flexible and shape retaining, rubberized plastic. The cabinet liner is molded of a simple one piece design that can be contorted to fit through a door of any existing bathroom and kitchen base or wall cabinets. The cabinet liner can be manipulated into place an covers the entire inside floor of said cabinets forming a tray for receiving goods and protecting cabinet from small plumbing leaks and spills from goods stored thereon until realized. | 09-18-2008 |
20090090720 | Retaining cap - A cap for a disposable oil filter. The cap is comprised of a locking ridge that is molded into the inside circumference of said cap. When firmly pressed over the seamed perimeter rim on the face end of the disposable oil filter, a locking ridge securely engages into the seam line, formed by the manufactures seaming process, thus locking cap on oil filter and forming a liquid tight seal on each side of locking ridge. | 04-09-2009 |
20090192025 | Exercise weight equipment and methods of use - This invention has to do with exercise weight equipment and is concerned with exercise weight equipment that may be fastened to a person's body during physical exercises. The exercise equipment comprises a preferably U-shaped bracket having opposing sides and a crossbar or rod that extends between and engages the opposing sides of the U-shaped bracket. The crossbar is spaced away from the U-shaped portion of the bracket so that the instep of a person's foot may be engaged between the bar and the opposing U-Shaped portion of the bracket. Strap means connect from one or both of the opposing sides of the U-shaped bracket and extend so as to be able to go around the ankle of a person using the equipment. Means for fastening the strap mean extensions are provided and may take the form of a buckle and belt means. The outer ends of the crossbar or rod have means thereon for engaging and holding captive weights that may be interchanged at will by the person exercising. Various methods of exercise using the above equipment are also disclosed. | 07-30-2009 |
