20130122232 | EXPANDABLE FLASHING MEMBRANE - Disclosed herein are various membranes that may be applied to an opening in a building structure to seal around and/or waterproof the opening. To provide improved conformance of the membrane to underlying surfaces the membrane utilizes a facer film that permits permanent stretching without the application of little or any elastic/retractive forces by the facer film. In one embodiment, the length of the facer film is in excess of the length of an adhesive substrate of the membrane to allow stretching of the substrate without stretching the facer film. In another embodiment, the facer film has low elastic memory such that it plastically detail is as the underlying adhesive substrate stretches. | 05-16-2013 |
20140190099 | SILL PAN MEMBRANE - Disclosed herein are various waterproof membranes that may be applied to a sill surface of an opening in a building structure to waterproof that surface as well as direct water that penetrates through the opening out of the structure. Generally, a flexible waterproof membrane is adhesively applied to the sill surface for purposes of waterproofing that surface. In one arrangement, the membrane includes a conformable adhesive flap that extends beyond the front edge of the sill surface and which is flexible to allow stretching and adhering the flap to a surface that is transverse (e.g., vertical) to the remainder of the membrane. The membrane also includes a non-adhesive flap that may be disposed over the adhesive flap once it is adhered in a desired orientation. The non-adhesive flap provides a durable surface for the adhesive flap once it is stretched and adhered in place. | 07-10-2014 |
20150014298 | SELF-ADHESIVE RADIANT HEATING UNDERLAYMENT AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURE - Provided herein is a self-adhesive underlayment and an apparatus for its manufacture. The apparatus is operative to remove portions of release sheets covering upper and lower adhesive membranes and compress resulting exposed adhesive surfaces of the membranes to upper and lower surfaces of a flexible heating element. | 01-15-2015 |

20150069636 | MULTIPLE ACCESS OVER PROXIMITY COMMUNICATION - A multiple access Proximity Communication system in which electrical elements on an integrated circuit chip provide the multiplexing of multiple signals to a single electrical receiving element on another chip. Multiple pads formed on one chip and receiving separate signals may be capacitively coupled to one large pad on the other chip. Multiple inductive coils on one chip may be magnetically coupled to one large coil on another chip or inductive coils on three or more chips may be used for either transmitting or receiving. The multiplexing may be based on time, frequency, or code. | 03-12-2015 |

20100024530 | Lateral Flow Devices - The embodiments disclosed herein relate to diagnostic products, and more particularly to lateral flow devices for detecting, for example, infectious diseases, molecules derived from infectious agents, and toxic substances. In an embodiment, a lateral flow device includes a top portion including a self-sealing test sample port and a self-sealing test reagent port; a bottom portion including a channel sufficiently designed to hold a lateral flow test strip; a test sample well sufficiently designed to accept and filter components of a test sample; a test reagent well sufficiently designed to accept components of a test reagent; and a tilting frame sufficiently designed to press the test reagent well against the lateral flow test strip while simultaneously lifting the test sample well from the lateral flow test strip. | 02-04-2010 |
