20130298628 | Appratus and Method for Manufacturing a Large-Caliber Product Using Hydroforming - An apparatus and method for manufacturing using a hydroforming process. The apparatus includes: upper and lower molds; first and second axial punches which are disposed on opposite sides of the steel substance so as to be movable towards each other and which have front surfaces configured so as to be insertable into each other; first and second pressurization cylinders which move the first and second axial punches towards each other and insert them into each other, thus forming a sealing space defined by the first and second axial punches and a pressurization space defined by the steel substance and the first and second axial punches; and a control unit which, through an oil-pressure passage formed in at least one of the first and second axial punches, supplies fluid into the pressurization space to pressurize the steel substance, thus forming the large caliber product. | 11-14-2013 |

20140106255 | Membrane-Electrode Structures for Molecular Catalysts for use in Fuel Cells and otherElectrochemical Devices - Water soluble catalysts, (M)meso-tetra(N-Methyl-4-Pyridyl)Porphinepentachloride (M=Fe, Co, Mn & Cu), have been incorporated into the polymer binder of oxygen reduction cathodes in membrane electrode assemblies used in PEM fuel cells and found to support encouragingly high current densities. The voltages achieved are low compared to commercial platinum catalysts but entirely consistent with the behavior observed in electroanalytical measurements of the homogeneous catalysts. A model of the dynamics of the electrode action has been developed and validated and this allows the MEA electrodes to be optimized for any chemistry that has been demonstrated in solution. It has been shown that improvements to the performance will come from modifications to the structure of the catalyst combined with optimization of the electrode structure and a well-founded pathway to practical non-platinum group metal catalysts exists. | 04-17-2014 |

20150033820 | APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING PHYSICAL QUALITY SENSOR - Disclosed herein is an apparatus for inspecting a physical quality sensor, the apparatus including: a measuring unit measuring at least one reference sensor and an inspected sensor; and a display unit electrically communicated with the measuring unit. The measuring unit includes: a base including a first seating part mounting a reference substrate having at least one reference sensor mounted thereon and a second seating part seating the inspected sensor to be adjacent to the reference sensor; and an upper cover including a through-hole exposing the reference sensor and the inspected sensor to surrounding atmosphere and formed in a plate shape covering at least one reference sensor and the inspected sensor. According to the present invention, measured data of the inspected sensor is compared to measured data of the reference sensor under the same condition, such that it is determined that the inspected sensor is a good product. | 02-05-2015 |
