20080257911 | AIRLESS DISPENSING PUMP CONTAINER WITH AN AIRTIGHT PUSH DOWN TYPE NOZZLE HEAD - An airless dispensing pump container with an airtight nozzle head of a push down type capable of discharging a fixed amount of content is disclosed, in which a vacuum sealing function is enhanced in the whole structure of the present invention, and a content opening and closing plate of a content opening and closing valve member in the construction of a content discharge part of a nozzle head is automatically opened and closed, along with a reliable discharge of the content, and a reverse flow and leakage are prevented by improving a structure of a content pump piston which sucks and transfers the content. When a pump cylinder is slanted at a certain angle along with the content storing container or in case of a content having high viscosity, it is possible to improve the operation errors of the ball valve by providing an inventive structure of the ball valve support installed at a lower side of the stem. | 10-23-2008 |
20100006604 | LOTION PUMP AND ONE-WAY VALVE INCORPORATED THEREIN - The invention provides a lotion pump which comprises: a nozzle head; a connecting/guiding member connected with the nozzle head, an upper one-way valve is provided on the connecting/guiding member or the nozzle head; a container cap, which is provided with a connecting structure for connecting to the mouth of a liquid container; a housing, which is connected at its upper end to the container cap and is provided at its lower end with a lower one-way valve; and a piston which is connected with or formed integrally with the connecting/guiding member and makes reciprocating motion in the housing, wherein the lotion pump is not provided with any metal spring. In particular, a one-way valve is provided for the lotion pump. The one-way valve includes an elastic tube and a valve seat, the valve seat is disposed on the connecting/guiding member or the nozzle head and has a closed top end and at least one opening provided on a side surface, and the elastic tube elastically covers the side surface of the valve seat and hence closes the at least one opening. The spring-less lotion pump of the invention can be recycled without a need to break them down, and is advantageous to environment protection. The one-way valve of the invention has a remarkably simplified structure, and provides good sealing and leak-proof effects. | 01-14-2010 |
20100252581 | Discharge device - The invention relates to a discharge device for liquid media having two housing sections movable relative to one another along a total stroke between a non-actuated rest position and an actuated end position and together forming an actuating device for manual discharge actuation having a media reservoir for storage of the medium prior to discharge, a conveying device with a discharge opening and a dosage chamber. The actuating device and the conveying device are operatively coupled such that during a first partial stroke of the discharge actuation starting from the rest position the media reservoir and the dosage chamber are in communicating connection and during a second partial stroke of the discharge actuation following the first partial stroke the media reservoir and the dosage chamber are separated from one another, the volume of the dosage chamber being reduced by the second partial stroke of the discharge actuation such that the medium is pressed out of the dosage chamber to the discharge opening. | 10-07-2010 |
20110121037 | DEPRESSION HEAD FOR PUMP AND DEPRESSION HEAD TYPE DISCHARGE PUMP - A discharge pump equipped with a push-down head of the type in which a nozzle is opened and closed by advancing and retracting a valve rod member by a lever member and a first pressing means, wherein a second pressing means is provided between the base and the tip of the valve rod member to prevent back flow of air. A push-down head type discharge pump has a head body configured by providing a liquid flow pipe to the lower surface of a laterally facing cylinder section so as to extend vertically downward from the lower surface, the liquid flow pipe communicating with a stem of a discharge pump, the cylinder section having a nozzle opened at the front thereof. When the head body is pushed down, a valve rod member mounted in the cylinder section is advanced and retracted. The valve rod member is composed of the base and the tip, and a second pressing means is mounted between the base and the tip. | 05-26-2011 |
20120193377 | NASAL SPRAY PUMP - A nasal spray pump comprises a reservoir extending between a closed end and an open end. A cap is disposed over the open end. A stem extends between an outlet end and a lower end, the stem having a conduit. A piston is disposed the stem and is configured for movement between a first position wherein the piston seals or substantially seals a conduit inlet and a second position wherein the piston is moved away from the first piston position to open the conduit inlet to the contents of the reservoir. The stem is configured for movement from a first stem position wherein the piston is disposed in or over the reservoir in the first piston position and a second stem position wherein the stem is moved toward the closed end of the reservoir such that the piston is moved into the second piston position. | 08-02-2012 |
20140144945 | DISPENSER PUMP BUTTON - A dispenser pump button is designed so as to have a structure in which, when the button body is pressed, a nozzle which is normally positioned within the button body moves forward so as to be exposed to the outside from the button body and enable contents to be discharged, in order to prevent a cap from being contaminated. | 05-29-2014 |
