Description:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a luggage with a liner that can be selectively assembled to or detached from the luggage panel, and more in particular, to a luggage that has a liner able to be used separately as a handbag or backpack when the liner is separated from the luggage panel.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Luggage is a type of case that is used to place personal belongings therein when traveling on holidays or abroad. With the increase in demand for use, a variety of luggages with different functions and styles have appeared on the market.
[0003] At present, the luggages on the market are all equipped with a soft liner, and the inner liner can provide cushioning and shock resistant effects to the articles located inside the luggage, and thus the articles inside the luggage can avoid being damaged by impact during the trip. However, at present, the liner is usually sewn to the luggage, so that the inner liner cannot be separated from the luggage. Thus when the liner is dirty or damaged, the user cannot easily detach the liner by oneself for cleaning work, and even the user cannot interchange liners of different materials or different colors according to their own use requirements.
[0004] In addition, the liner must be used in conjunction with the luggage to achieve the effect of cushioning and shock resistant, and even if the liner can be separated from the luggage, the inner lining cannot be used independently. In view of this, the inside of currently available luggage only has the function of cushioning and shock resistant, but has no other usage, which leads to poor practicality of the liner.
SUMMARY
[0005] The main purpose of the present invention is to improve the structure of the removable liner as well as the connection between the case body and the removable liner, which makes the removable liner able to be separated from the case body. When the removable liner is separated from the case body, the removable liner can be used separately as a handbag or backpack, and can even be replaced with another removable liner of different form, making the internal shape of the luggage more diverse.
[0006] The secondary purpose of the present invention is that when the removable liner is dirty or damaged, the user can easily detach the removable liner by oneself for cleaning work.
[0007] To achieve above purpose, the luggage of the present invention comprises a case body, a joint piece and a removable liner. The case body has a first outer shell and a second outer shell. The opposite sides of the first outer shell are respectively arranged with an opening end and a closed end, and the second outer shell connects to the first outer shell through a case opening-closing assembly.
[0008] The joint piece has a male connector and connects to the inner edge of the first outer shell close to the opening end, so that the joint piece is used to cover a partial area of the opening end, and thus the remaining area of the opening end is configured as a through opening. Wherein, the removable liner is located between the joint piece and the closed end, and an accommodating space is formed inside the removable liner. The removable liner comprises a female connector that can be selectively assembled to or separated from the male connector, and thus removable liner is assembled into the first outer shell to be entirely located inside the first outer shell, or separated from the first outer shell to form a carry-on bag for independent usage.
[0009] Wherein, the removable liner has a bag body with the female connector, a lid, and a liner opening-closing assembly between the bag body and the lid. One side of the bag body close to the joint piece forms a connection opening with a contour smaller than the through opening, and the liner opening-closing assembly is used to allow the lid to cover the connection opening or to be flipped relative to the bag.
[0010] In one preferred embodiment, the contour of the bag body is larger than that of the through opening, so that when the removable liner is between the joint piece and the closed end, the removable liner will cover the whole through opening.
[0011] In another preferred embodiment, when the removable liner is between the joint piece and the closed end, the removable liner will cover a partial area of the through opening, and the remaining area of the through opening is covered by an additional removable liner which is aligned with the removable liner. In the present embodiment, the joint piece further comprises an additional male connector able to be selectively assembled to or separated from an additional female connector mounted on the additional removable liner, so that the additional removable liner can be connected to or separated from the joint piece through the additional male connector and the additional female connector.
[0012] In yet another preferred embodiment, a stacking liner arranged vertically on the removable liner is installed inside the first outer shell, and the stacking liner is located between the removable liner and the closed end.
[0013] In previous three embodiments, a partial space inside the first outer shell is configured as an central space extending from the contour of the through opening toward the closed end, and the remaining space inside the first outer shell is configured as a peripheral space surrounding the central space; further, both the lid and the liner opening-closing assembly are located inside the central space.
[0014] Furthermore, the removable liner has a lateral portion with a hollow. One end of the lateral portion forms a bottom portion that can be in contact with the closed end, and the other end of the lateral portion from the bottom portion forms a top portion having the connection opening and the female connector, so that the lateral portion, the bottom portion and the top portion jointly form the accommodating space to communicate with the connection opening. Wherein, an attached liner having a plurality of storage bags is arranged inside the second outer shell, and the attached liner can be fixed to or detachable from the second outer shell.
[0015] The feature of the present invention is that the inside of the removable liner is hollow, and the opening end of the case body is arranged with a joint piece, which makes the removable liner can be selectively assembled to or separated from the joint piece through the male and female connectors. When the rmovable liner is separated from the joint piece of the case body, the removable liner can be used separately as a handbag or a backpack, and can even be replaced with another removable liner of different form, which makes the internal shape of the luggage more diverse.
[0016] Furthermore, because the removable liner can be selectively assembled to or separated from the joint piece through the male and female connectors, and thus when the removable liner is dirty or damaged, the user can separate the male connector from the female connector, thereby can separate the removable liner from the first outer shell to perform the cleaning work.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0030] In order to further understand the structure, usage and features of the present invention clearer and more detail, the present invention is described in detail below with references to the accompanying drawings and specific preferred embodiments:
[0031] Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 2. The luggage case 1 of the present invention mainly comprises a case body 10, a joint piece 20, a removable liner 30 and an attached liner 40. The case body 10 has a first outer shell 11 made of hard material and a second outer shell 12 made of hard material. One end of the first outer shell 11 facing the second outer shell 12 forms a first opening end 111, and the other end away from the first opening end 111 forms a first closed end 112. The first opening end 111 is recessed toward the first closed end 112 to form a first installation space 113 inside the first outer shell 11. Wherein, a second opening end 121 having the same contour as the first opening end 111 is formed at one end of the second outer shell 12 close to the first opening end 111, and the other end of the second outer shell 12 away from the second opening end 121 forms a second closed end 122. The second opening end 121 is recessed toward the second closed end 122 to form a second installation space 123 inside the second outer shell 12. Wherein, the second outer shell 12 is arranged with two straps 124 that can be selectively assembled to or separated from the second opening end 121.
[0032] As shown in the figure, a case opening-closing assembly 13 is arranged between the first opening end 111 of the first outer shell 11 and the second opening end 121 of the second outer shell 12. The case opening-closing assembly 13 is used to allow the first outer shell 11 to connect with the second outer shell 12 so that the first installation space 113 of the first outer shell 11 can communicate with the second installation space 123 of the second outer shell 12. When the first outer shell 11 is connected to the second outer shell 12 through the case opening-closing assembly 13, both the first and second opening ends 111, 121 are between the first closed end 112 of the first outer shell 11 and the second closed end 122 of the second outer shell 12. In the present embodiment, the case opening-closing assembly 13 has a first case chain 131 fixed at the outer edge of the first opening end 111 and a second case chain 132 fixed at the outer edge of the second opening end 121. A case slider 133 is arranged between the first case chain 131 and the second case chain 132. The case slider 133 is movably connected to the first case chain 131, such that the case slider 133 can move along the first case chain 131. When the case slider 133 moves, the case slider 133 can make the first case chain 131 meshed with the second case chain 132, which makes the first and second outer shells 11, 12 connect to each other.
[0033] Please refer to FIGS. 2 and 3. The appearance of the joint piece 20 is formed into an annual shape and is made of a soft material. The outer edge of the joint piece 20 is connected to the inner wall surface of the first outer shell 11 so that the joint piece 20 is inside the first installation space 113 of the first outer shell 11. Wherein, the joint piece 20 is close to the first opening end 111 of the first outer shell 11, and the surface of the joint piece 20 has a plurality of male connectors 21 configured as fasteners. As shown in the figure, the joint piece 20 covers a partial area of the first opening end 111, so that the remaining area where is not covered by the joint piece 20 in the first opening end 111 is configured as a through opening 111a . In the present embodiment, the partial space of the first installation space 113 is set as an central space 113a formed with linear extension from the outline of the through opening 111a toward the first closed end 112; the remaining space of the first installation space 113 is set as a peripheral space 113b formed with linear extension from the outline of the joint piece 20 toward the first closed end 112. The peripheral space 113b surrounds the central space 113a.
[0034] Please refer to FIGS. 2, 4A and 4B. The removable liner 30 has a profile larger than the through opening 111a and is made of a soft material. Wherein, the removable liner 30 has the overall appearance of a handbag or a backpack, and is constructed with a bag body 31 showing a hollow shape as well as a lid 32 that can be flipped over. The bag body 31 has a lateral portion 311 in a hollow shape, a bottom portion 312 is formed on one end of the lateral portion 311, and a top portion 313 is formed on the other end of the literal portion 311 from the bottom portion 312; thus the lateral portion 311, bottom portion 312 and the top portion 313 jointly enclose an accommodating space 314 inside the bag body 31. As shown in the figure, a connection opening 315 forms through a central area of the second side portion 313 to communicate with the accommodating space 314, which makes the removable liner 30 show an open state Al where the accommodating space 314 can communicate with the external space 113b through the connection opening 315. Wherein, the outline size of the connection opening 315 is smaller than that of the through opening 111a , and the second side portion 313 is arranged with a plurality of female connectors 316 configured as fasteners around the connection opening 315. The female connector 316 can be selectively assembled to or separated from the male connectors 21 of the joint piece 20. Furthermore, one side of the lid 32 is integrally formed on the second side portion 313, and the remaining side of the lid 32 is selectively connected to or separated from the bag body 31 through a liner opening-closing assembly 33. Wherein, when the remaining side of the lid 32 is connected to the bag body 31 through the liner opening-closing component 33, the lid 32 can cover the whole connection opening 315, thereby making the removable liner 30 show a closed state A2 where an accommodating space 314 is unable to communicate with the external space 113b . In addition, when the remaining side of the lid 32 is separated from the bag body 31 through the liner opening-closing assembly 33, the lid 32 can be flipped relatively to the bag body 31, which makes the removable liner 30 can show the open state A1.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 4B, the lining opening-closing assembly 33 has a first lining chain 331 fixed to the outer edge of the connection opening 315 and a second lining chain 332 fixed to the outer edge of the lid 32. A lining slider 333 is arranged between the first lining chain 331 and the second lining chain 332. The lining slider 333 is movably connected to the first lining chain 331, so that the lining slider 333 can move along the first lining chain 331, and when the lining slider 333 moves, the lining slider 333 can make the first lining chain 331 meshed with the second lining chain 332, and thus the cover body 32 can cover the whole connection opening 315.
[0036] Please refer to FIGS. 5A and 5B. The entire removable liner 30 is placed into the first installation space 113 of the first outer shell 11 via the through opening 111a . Since the contour of the bag body 30 is larger than the through opening 111a , because made of a soft material, the removable liner 30 can be changed in size of contour when the removable liner 30 passes through the through opening 111a , which makes the entire removable liner 30 be between the joint piece 20 and the first closed end 112 of the first outer shell 11; subsequently, the female connector 316 is assembled to the male connector 21 of the joint piece 20, wherein when the female connector 316 is assembled to the male connector 21, the first side portion 312 of the bag body 31 can be in contact with the first closed end 112. In addition, both the lid 32 and the liner opening-closing assembly 33 of the removable liner 30 are located directly below the connection opening 315, so that the lid 32 and the liner opening-closing assembly 33 are both located inside the internal space 113a of the first installation space 113.
[0037] Please refer to FIG. 5C. When the removable liner 30 is in the open state A1, the remaining side of the lid 32 is separated from the bag body 31 through the liner opening-closing assembly 33; thus when the lid 32 is flip relatively to the bag body 31, the lid 32 can pass through the through opening 111a of the first outer shell 11, such that most of the lid 32 can protrude out of the first opening end 111 of the first outer shell 11. Please refer to FIG. 5D. When the female connector 316 is separated from the male connector 21, the removable liner 30 can be separated from the first outer shell 11 to be used separately as a handbag or backpack.
[0038] Please further refer to FIGS. 2 and 6. The appearance of the attached liner 40 is bowl-shaped and fixed to the inner wall surface of the second outer shell 12, such that the entire attached liner 40 is located inside the second installation space 123 of the second outer shell 12 and cannot be separated from the second outer shell 12. In the present embodiment, the attached liner 40 has a plurality of storage bags 41. As shown in the figure, the strap 124 of the second outer shell 12 is located above the attached liner 40, and the strap 124 can restrict articles inside the attached liner 40 from being separated from the second outer shell 12. However, it is merely for convenience of illustration that the attached liner 40 is fixed to the second outer shell 12; that is, as shown in FIG. 6B, the attached liner 40 may be selectively assembled to and separated from the second outer shell 12, and thus when the strap 124 is separated from the second outer shell 12, the attached liner 40 can be detached from the second outer shell 12, which allows the attached liner 40 and the second outer shell 12 to be separated from each other.
[0039] Please refer to FIG. 7. In a second preferred embodiment, the difference from the first preferred embodiment is that the profile of the removable liner 30 is smaller than that of the through opening 111a . Wherein, when the removable liner 30 is located between the joint piece 20 and the first closed end 112 of the first outer shell 11, the removable liner 30 will cover the partial area of the through opening 111a , and the remaining area of the through opening 111a is covered by an additional removable liner 50 which has the same structural composition as the removable liner 30, wherein the additional removable liner 50, like the removable liner 30, is between the joint piece 20 and the first closed end 112.
[0040] In the present embodiment, the joint piece 20 further has an additional male connector 22 configured as a fastener. The additional male connector 22 can be selectively assembled to or separated from an additional female connector 51 mounted on the additional movable liner 50; thus additional removable liner 50 can be connected to or separated from the joint piece 20 through the additional male and female connectors 22, 51. Wherein, when the additional male and female connectors 22, 51 are connected to each other, the additional removable liner 50 is entirely inside the first installation space 113 of the first outer shell 11. When the additional male and female connectors 22, 51 are separated from each other, the additional removable liner 50 can be separated from the first outer shell 11 to be used separately as a handbag or backpack.
[0041] Please refer to FIG. 8. In a third preferred embodiment, the difference from the first preferred embodiment is that inside the first installation space 113 of the first outer shell 11 is installed a stacking liner 60 arranged longitudinally on the removable liner 30, and the stacking liner 60 is located between the removable liner 30 and the first closed end 112.
[0042] Please refer to FIG. 9. In the third preferred embodiment, the difference from the first preferred embodiment is the male connector 21 of the joint piece 20 and the female connector 316 of the removable liner 30. As shown in the figure, the male connector 21 and the female connector 316 together form a zipper assembly to allow the removable liner 30 to be connected to the joint piece 20. However, it is merely for convenience of illustration that the male connector 21 and the female connector 316 together form a zipper assembly, that is, both the male connector 21 and the female connector 316 can be configured as Velcro or magnet.
[0043] The above-instanced embodiments are used for conveniently describing the present invention, not further to limit it. For the person skilled in the art of the disclosure, without departing from the concept of the disclosure, simple modifications or changes can be made and should be included in the following claims and their equivalents of the present application.
