Abstract:
"Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" is a fiber cement form which
includes two fiber cement panel and/or boards, rigid insulation
(optional), vapor barriers, concrete adhesives, steel rebar (optional),
cell spacers are made of the same fiber cement board or any compatible
material like metal, plastics, etc. The cell spacers vary in depth,
height and thickness. The forms have attached electrical connections
(optional). The two exterior fiber cement boards are joined together
using the appropriate adhesive/glue. The cell spacers are also joined to
the exterior board/panel with adhesive/glue producing empty cells of
different height and depth as needed for the chosen application.
These cells/chambers can be filled with any type of mixture, compounds
and/or a combination of both like but not limited to: concrete, sand,
plastics, polymers, cast, insulation material, etc. Once the
"Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" is placed over a floor slap,
foundation, ditch, etc and the whole form is filled while the
mixture/compound inside the cells/chamber has the necessary curing time
then the form becomes a solid wall and/or barrier. The optional steel
rebar that can be placed inside the cells/chambers will enhance the
form/mold strength. The optional electrical connections placed inside the
empty cells/chambers will also enhance the utilization of the form as a
wall for any construction like houses, buildings, barriers, etc.
The other advantage of this "Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" that
once it is filled with any mixture and become a solid wall/barrier does
not requires the removing of the exterior boards like in the conventional
construction forms. Neither requires plastering for a smooth/final finish
since the exterior side of the fiber cement boards are flat, plain and
smooth.Claims:
1. "Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" which is manufactured using two
(2) fiber cements super board joined together with spacers of the same
material. It has attached the rebar, insulation, vapor barriers and
concrete adhesive. The form stay in place once the concrete or any
mixture is poured and does not requires plastering for a smooth finished.Description:
DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
[0001]Is the invention a new process, a device, product, a new use for, or improvement to, an existing product or process? When and where the invention was first made? Please use additional pages if necessary. Enclose sketches, drawings, photographs and other materials that help illustrate the description. Rough artwork is satisfactory provided that it is accompanied by a clear and understandable explanation.
[0002]This invention is an improvement upon existing empty fiber cement stay in place forms and/or techniques. This invention was conceived at my personal residence around the summer of the year 2007. It utilizes components which exist on the stay in place empty/hollow cement forms in the market today to allow a faster construction. The "Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" is a 100% green and saves time and labor in many applications. See illustration no. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
[0003]Identify the novel and unusual features of the invention. How does the invention differ from present technology? What problem does it solve or what advantages does it possess? Please use additional pages if necessary.
[0004]"Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" can be modified to meet most common specifications for construction and building any type of edifications/wall/barriers. Also there is many application and/or uses that can be implemented to the forms. "Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" is a fiber cement form which includes two fiber cement panel and/or boards, rigid insulation (optional), vapor barriers, concrete adhesives, steel rebar (optional), cell spacers are made of the same fiber cement board or any compatible material like metal, plastics, etc.
[0005]The cell spacers varies in depth, height and thickness. The form has attached electrical connections (optional). The two exterior fiber cement boards are joined together using the appropriate adhesive/glue. The cell spacers are also joined to the exterior board/panel with adhesive/glue producing empty cells of different height and depth as needed for the chosen application. These cells/chambers can be filled with any type of mixture, compounds and/or a combination of both like but not limited to: concrete, sand, plastics, polymers, cast, insulation material, etc.
[0006]Once the empty "Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" is placed over a floor slap, foundation, ditch, etc and the whole form is filled while the mixture/compound inside the cells/chamber has the necessary curing time then the form becomes a solid wall and/or barrier. The optional steel rebar that can be placed inside the cells/chambers will enhance the form strength. The optional electrical connections placed inside the empty cells/chambers will also enhance the utilization of the form as a wall for any construction like houses, buildings, barriers, etc.
[0007]The other advantage of this "Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" is that once it is filled with any mixture and become a solid wall/barrier does not requires the removing of the exterior boards like in the conventional construction forms. Neither requires plastering for a smooth/final finish since the exterior side of the fiber cement boards are flat, plain and smooth.
[0008]If not indicated previously, please identify possible uses for the invention. In addition to the major and immediate applications, are there other uses that might be realized in the future?
[0009]"Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" can be used for any residential and commercial utilization which are but not limited to: solid walls and barriers. It has many applications but not limited to the construction of: houses, buildings, fences, storm shelters, safe rooms, garages, sound barriers, flood barricades, dike, etc.
[0010]Does the invention possess disadvantages or limitations, for example high costs of development, speculative utility, and high costs of production? Can they be overcome, and, if so, how? "Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form" is in every way competitive with present market prices and it is primarily focus in the environmental conservation, structural quality and duration. The environmental advantage is the reduction of the trees deforestation while performing construction of buildings and house walls.
[0011]Have you sold or published anything (theses, reports, preprints, reprints, poster sessions, seminars or meetings, etc.) pertaining to this invention? Has there been any other public disclosure of the invention? Please provide dates.
[0012]"Environmental Empty Fiber Cement Form has been presented in many private meetings with potential investors and qualified professionals in the construction area since the summer of the year 2007.
[0013]Are engineering/test records and data available? Please give the physical location and any reference numbers, but do not attach. No.
[0014]Are related patents or other related publications known to the inventor? If so, please list them. Unknown.
[0015]An inventor is one who makes an inventive (creative intellectual) contribution to the invention. People whose contributions are financial or whose work involves carrying out the instructions of others are not considered inventors. Are you the sole inventor? Circle one: Yes No If no, please lists all co-inventors below.
[0016]List all persons involved directly or indirectly in the work that led to the invention, other than those listed as inventors.
