Abstract:
The present invention discloses a golf bag with easy assembly, comprising
a top frame, a base, and a plurality of support bars connected between
the top frame and the base. Said top frame is made up of an upper top
frame and a lower top frame buckled together, said base is made up of an
upper base and a lower base buckled together, and matching convex edge
structures and through-hole structures are respectively provided between
the upper top frame and the lower top frame, and between the upper base
and the lower base. The convex edge structure is located inside the
concave slot, the top edge of the convex edge structure is connected to
the top edge of the concave slot, and the bottom edge of the convex edge
structure is connected to the bottom edge of the concave slot. The middle
portion of the convex edge structure has a wedge structure that fits into
the through-hole structure. Based on the above buckling structure to
buckle the base and top frame together, no deformation will happen to the
upper base and lower base or the upper top frame and the lower top frame
during the process of buckling. Therefore, the upper base and the lower
base, as well as the upper top frame and the lower top frame can fit
tightly. This contributes to a stable structure of the base and the top
frame, and subsequently contributes to a stable overall structure of the
golf bag.Claims:

Description:
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates generally to leisure and sport products, and more particularly to golf.
2. Description of Related Art
[0002] A golf bag that can be assembled and disassembled comprises a top frame, a base, a plurality of support bars connected between the top frame and the base, and a support frame connected to the top frame and the base for the golf bag to stand on the ground. An example is the golf bag that can be disassembled disclosed in Patent REF No. CN 203525252 U. In this kind of golf bags, the bottom of the bag body is fitted on the base through rivet joint, and the top portion of the bag body is connected to the top frame. Therefore, producing this kind of golf bags is quite complicated and consumes a lot of time and labor.
[0003] In order to solve the above technical problem, some prior-art techniques divide the base into an upper base and a lower base, meanwhile divide the top frame into an upper top frame and a lower top frame. An example is the buckle-type golf bag base/head frame (head frame is similar to top frame) as disclosed in Patent REF No. CN 203874408 U. Firstly, a plurality of support bars are fitted onto the upper base and the lower top frame, the bag body is fixed on this combined structure. Then, the upper base is buckled onto the lower base, and the lower top frame is buckled onto the upper top frame.
[0004] The middle portion of the peripheral walls of the above-mentioned upper base (as the sheathing component of the base), lower base, upper top frame, and lower top frame (as the sheathing component of the top frame) are all distributed with through-holes and convex edges matching each other. During assembly, the sheathing component will have plastic expansion, and the corresponding through-holes and convex edges will fit with each other. Due to the plastic expansion of the sheathing component, in this kind of structure, the base and the top frame still have problems of looseness and inconvenient assembly and disassembly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention: to provide a golf bag featuring structural stability and convenient assembly and disassembly.
[0006] In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides the following technical solution: a golf bag with easy assembly, comprising a top frame, a base, and a plurality of support bars connected between the top frame and the base. Said top frame is made up of an upper top frame and a lower top frame buckled together, said base is made up of an upper base and a lower base buckled together, between the upper top frame and the lower top frame, and also between the upper base and the lower base, matching convex edge structures and through-hole structures are respectively provided. The convex edge structures are located inside the concave slot, the top edge of the convex edge structure is connected to the top edge of the concave slot, the bottom edge of the convex edge structure is connected to the bottom edge of the concave slot, the middle portion of the convex edge structure has a wedge structure to fit into the through-hole structure.
[0007] When buckling the upper base and lower base together, it is both fine to sheath the upper base on the periphery of the lower base or to sheath the lower base on the periphery of the upper base. The convex edge structure can be configured on the upper base, or on the lower base. Correspondingly, the through-hole structure can be configured on the lower base or on the upper base.
[0008] During the process to buckle the upper base and the lower base together, the wedge structure is pushed against the side wall of the upper base (or the lower base) and is shrunk into the concave slot. Elastic deformation happens on the bent convex edge structure itself, the connection position between top edge of the convex edge structure and the top edge of the concave slot, and the connection position between the bottom edge of the convex edge structure and the bottom edge of the concave slot. However, the upper base and the lower base themselves will be not deformed. When the wedge structure is aligned to the through-hole structure, the wedge structure originally shrunk into the concave slot will recover and fit into the through-hole structure, so that the upper base and the lower base are buckled together. The operation is very convenient.
[0009] When buckling the upper top frame and lower top frame together, it is both fine to sheath the upper top frame on the periphery of the lower top frame or to sheath the lower top frame on the periphery of the upper top frame. The convex edge structure can be configured on the upper top frame, or on the lower top frame. Correspondingly, the through-hole structure can be configured on the lower top frame or on the upper top frame.
[0010] During the process to buckle the upper top frame and the lower top frame together, the wedge structure is pushed against the side wall of the upper top frame (or the lower top frame) and is shrunk into the concave slot. Elastic deformation happens on the bent convex edge structure itself, the connection position between top edge of the convex edge structure and the top edge of the concave slot, and the connection position between the bottom edge of the convex edge structure and the bottom edge of the concave slot. However, the upper top frame and the lower top frame themselves will be not deformed. When the wedge structure is aligned to the through-hole structure, the wedge structure originally shrunk into the concave slot will recover and fit into the through-hole structure, so that the upper top frame and the lower top frame are buckled together. The operation is very convenient.
[0011] In the above buckling structure of the base, as the upper base and lower base do not have deformation during the buckling process, the upper base and the lower base can fit on each other tightly, so that the structure of the base is stabler. Similarly, the buckling structure of the top frame also contributes to a stabler structure of the top frame. Thus, the whole golf bag structure becomes stabler.
[0012] To disassemble the base or the top frame, one just needs to force the wedge structure to shrink into the concave slot, and the upper base and the lower base can be separated. The upper top frame and the lower top frame can also be separated in the same way. No deformation will happen to the upper base, the lower base, the upper top frame, or the lower top frame. Therefore, the golf bag can be easily disassembled.
