Abstract:
A replaceable oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge is disclosed,
including an oil tank and an atomizer, which are flexibly connected with
each other. The oil tank includes an upper cover, a base, and a cover,
and the inside of the upper cover is flexibly connected with the base. A
connection hole at the base of the oil tank is interweavingly connected
with the oil tank cover. The atomizer includes an upper cover, a small
oil tank, a ceramic heating core, and an atomizer base. The inside of the
upper cover of the atomizer is flexibly connected to the small tank of
the atomizer, and the hole in the middle of the small oil tank of the
atomizer is flexibly connected to the ceramic heating core.Claims:
1. A replaceable oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge, comprising an
oil tank and an atomizer, wherein the oil tank is flexibly connected with
the atomizer, the oil tank comprises an upper cover, a base and an oil
tank cover, wherein an interior of the upper cover of the oil tank is
flexibly connected with the base of the oil tank, wherein a connection
hole in the base of the oil tank is alternately connected with the oil
tank cover, wherein the atomizer comprises an upper cover, a small oil
tank, a ceramic heating core, and a base, wherein an interior of the
upper cover of the atomizer is flexibly connected with the small oil tank
of the atomizer, wherein a hole in the middle of the small oil tank of
the atomizer is flexibly connected with the ceramic heating core, wherein
an interior of the base of the atomizer is flexibly connected with the
small oil tank of the atomizer.
2. The replaceable oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge as recited in claim 1, wherein a top of the base of the oil tank is equipped with oil tank seal components, which are connected with the interior of the upper cover of oil tank.
3. The replaceable oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge as recited in claim 1, wherein the connection port of the base of the atomizer is equipped with base gaskets, which are connected with the connection port of the upper cover of the oil tank.
4. The described replaceable oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge as recited in claim 1, wherein the upper cover of the oil tank is connected with the base of the atomizer through rotating and buttoning.

TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present disclosure relates to an atomized smoke cartridge, and more particularly relates to the replaceable oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge, which relates to the field of e-cigarette technology.
BACKGROUND
[0003] E-cigarettes are electronic products that mimic cigarettes, with the same look, smoke, taste and feel as cigarettes. It is a kind of product for costumer smoking by changing nicotine into steam through nebulization and other means. World Health Organization has specifically studied e-cigarettes and concluded clearly that: E-cigarette is harmful to public health, and it is not a means of quitting smoking, control of it must be strengthened, to eliminate harm to adolescents and non-smokers.
[0004] For the traditional e-cigarette smoke cartridge with oil tank and atomizer in one-piece structure, new smoke cartridge must be replaced when the soot is used up, while the function of the atomizer in the replaced smoke cartridge is still normal, which may lead to a lot of waste and environmental problems. The new type of smoke cartridge is designed with independent oil tank, and the atomizer can be reused. Compared with the traditional smoke cartridge, it can reduce the cost by more than 70%, and environmental pollution by more than 80%.
SUMMARY
[0005] The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a replaceable oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge to solve the problems raised in the above background technology.
[0006] To achieve the above purposes, the present disclosure provides the following technical solutions: the replaceable oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge, including oil tank and atomizer. The described oil tank is connected with the atomizer flexibly. The described oil tank consists of the oil tank upper cover, the tank base and the tank cover. The interior of the described upper cover of the oil tank is connected to the base of the tank flexibly. The connection hole of the described base of the oil tank is connected with oil tank cover interweavingly. The described atomizer consists of the upper cover, the small oil tank, the ceramic heating core and the base. The interior of the described upper cover of the atomizer is connected with the small oil tank of the atomizer flexibly. The described hole in the middle of the small oil tank of the atomizer is connected to the ceramic heating core flexibly. The interior of the described base of the atomizer is connected with small oil tank for atomizer flexibly.
[0007] As a typical technical scheme of the present disclosure, the top of the described base of the oil tank is equipped with oil tank seal components, which is connected with the interior of the upper cover of oil tank.

[0011] The present disclosure can replace the oil tank-type atomized smoke cartridge. The present disclosure is designed with a separate oil tank with its oil tank separating with atomizer. The upper cover of the oil tank is connected with the base of the atomizer flexibly. Compared with traditional smoke cartridge, it can reduce the cost of more than 70%, more than 80% of environmental pollution, greatly reducing the cost of use and environmental pollution. And in the process of packaging and transportation, because the independent oil tank is completely closed, it completely solves the problem of oil leakage in traditional smoke cartridge

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS

Obviously, the example case described is only a part, and not all of the cases of the present disclosure. Based on the example case in the present disclosure, all other cases obtained by ordinary technical personnel in this field without creative work belong to the scope of the protection of the present disclosure.

[0018] As shown in FIGS. 1-3, it includes the oil tank 1 and the atomizer 2. Oil tank 1 is flexibly connected with atomizer 2. Oil tank 1 consists of upper cover of oil tank 3, base of oil tank 5, and cover of oil tank 6. The interior of the upper cover of oil tank 3 is flexibly connected to the base of oil tank 5. The connection hole of the base of oil tank 5 is connected with the cover of oil tank 6 interweavingly. The atomizer 2 consists of the upper cover of atomizer 7, small oil tank of atomizer 8, ceramic heating core 9, and base of atomizer 11. The interior of the upper cover of atomizer 7 is flexibly connected to the small oil tank of atomizer 8. The hole in the middle of the small oil tank of atomizer 8 is flexibly connected to the ceramic heating core 9. The interior of the base of atomizer 11 is flexibly connected with the small oil tank of atomizer 8.
[0019] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the top of the base of oil tank 5 is equipped with the oil tank seal components 4, which are connected with the interior of the upper cover of oil tank 3 to improve sealing and avoid oil leakage problems existing in traditional smoke cartridge. The connection hole of the base of atomizer 11 is equipped with base sealer 10, which is connected with the connection hole of the upper cover of oil tank to improve the sealing of the atomizer 2 and prevent leakage. The upper cover of oil tank 3 is connected with the base of atomizer 11 through rotating and buttoning for fast installation.
[0020] In specific use, the present disclosure can replace the oil tank--type atomized smoke cartridge. Firstly, connect the interior of the upper cover of oil tank 3 to the base of oil tank 5 flexibly, and then install the oil tank seal components 4 at the base of oil tank 5, through oil tank lid 6. Similarly, flexibly connect the interior of the upper cover of atomizer 7 with the small oil tank of atomizer 8, and then install ceramic heating core 9 to the hole of small oil tank of atomizer 8, and place the small oil tank of atomizer 8 to the interior of the base of atomizer 11. At last, rotate and button the top cover of oil tank 3 to the base of atomizer 11 to complete the assembly of the oil tank--type atomized smoke cartridge. In summary, the smoke cartridge of the present disclosure adopts a separate oil tank design, with the oil tank separating from the atomizer. The smoke cartridge is combined with simple method, and the atomizer can be reused during use by only replacing the oil tank. It is a more economical and environmentally friendly new design, and compared with the traditional smoke cartridge, it can reduce the cost by more than 70%, the environmental pollution by more than 80%, significantly reducing the use cost and environmental pollution. Moreover, in packaging and transportation, because the independent oil tank is completely closed, the traditional smoke cartridge oil leakage problem is completely solved.
