Abstract:
An atomization core, including a ceramic body, two or more heating
elements, and a plurality of heating wires. The ceramic body includes a
plurality of vertical through holes corresponding to the heating elements
in number. The two or more heating elements are disposed in the plurality
of vertical through holes, respectively. The plurality of heating wires
is fixed on the bottom end of the ceramic body.Claims:
1. An atomization core, comprising a ceramic body, two or more heating
elements, and a plurality of heating wires; wherein the ceramic body
comprises a plurality of vertical through holes corresponding to the
heating elements in number; the two or more heating elements are disposed
in the plurality of vertical through holes, respectively; and the
plurality of heating wires are fixed on a bottom end of the ceramic body.
2. The atomization core of claim 1, comprising two heating elements and four heating wires; wherein the four heating wires extend along an axial direction of the first/second vertical through hole.
3. The atomization core of claim 1, wherein the ceramic body is I-shaped and comprises two ends and a center, and a cross section on the two ends is larger than that in the center.
4. The atomization core of claim 2, wherein the ceramic body is I-shaped and comprises two ends and a center, and a cross section on the two ends is larger than that in the center.

BACKGROUND
[0002] The disclosure relates to an atomization core.
[0003] A conventional atomization core comprises one heating element. The thermal utilization rate of the atomization core leaves much to be desired.
SUMMARY
[0004] The disclosure provides an atomization core, comprising a ceramic body, two or more heating elements, and a plurality of heating wires; the ceramic body comprises a plurality of vertical through holes corresponding to the heating elements in number; the two or more heating elements are disposed in the plurality of vertical through holes, respectively; and the plurality of heating wires is fixed on a bottom end of the ceramic body.
[0005] In a class of this embodiment, the atomization core comprises two heating elements and four heating wires; the four heating wires extend along an axial direction of the first/second vertical through hole.
[0006] In a class of this embodiment, the ceramic body is I-shaped and comprises two ends and a center, and a cross section on the two ends is larger than that in the center.
[0007] The following advantages are associated with the of the disclosure. Compared with a conventional atomization core, when used in an atomizer, the ceramic atomization core has a low resistance value and high heating power, and can vaporize much more smoke materials and produce more vapor. The atomization core is adapted to a variety of smoke materials, has long service life, quick temperature rise, no explosion, and thus can protect the quality of the smoke material from being damaged.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0011] To further illustrate, embodiments detailing an atomization core are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.
[0012] Smoke materials refer to smoke oil, tobacco, tobacco and other materials used to produce smoke.
[0013] As shown in FIGS. 1-3, provided is an atomization core comprising a ceramic body 1, a first heating element 2, a second heating element 3, and four heating wires 4. The ceramic body 1 comprises a first vertical through hole 5 and a second vertical through hole 6. The first heating element 2 is parallel to the second heating element 3.
[0014] The first heating element 2 and the second heating element 3 are disposed in the first vertical through hole 5 and the second vertical through hole 6, respectively. The ceramic body 1 is I-shaped, and the four heating wires 4 is disposed in parallel on the bottom end of the ceramic body and extend along the axial direction of the first/second vertical through hole. The four heating wires 4 also function as the positive and negative leads of the first/second vertical through hole.
