[0019] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0020] As shown in FIG. 1A, a cushion-type mobile phone holder 100 according to the present invention includes a cushion member 10, fix portions 110 and seat portions 120, wherein the fix portions 110 are fixed to be located inside the outer shell or the inner shell of the cushion member 10, the seat portions 120 are coupled to the fix portions 110 at the outer or inner skin of the cushion member 10, the fix portions 110 and the seat portions 120 are joined by screw structure.
[0021] And as shown in FIG. 1B, a cushion-type mobile phone holder 100' according to the present invention includes a cushion member 10, fix portions 110' and seat portions 120', wherein the fix portions 110' are fixed to be located inside the outer shell or the inner shell of the cushion member 10, the seat portions 120' are coupled to the fix portions 110' at the outer or inner skin of the cushion member 10, the fix portions 110' and the seat portions 120' are joined by ball joint structure.
[0022] The cushion member 10 may include a pillow, a cushion, a doll, and the like filled with a sponge, cotton, air, and the like. The size and shape of the cushion member is not particularly limited and any one can be used as long as the user can use the mobile phone while holding it on the chest.
[0023] The cushion member 10 may be typically made of a filling material such as sponge, cotton, or the like, an inner skin for protecting the filling material, and an outer skin positioned outside the inner skin.
[0024] The fix portions 110 or 110' are positioned inside the cushion member 10, wherein the fix portions 110 or 110' may be fixed to the inner surface of the inner skin through the auxiliary coupling pin 111.
[0025] Of course, the fixing portions 110 or 110' may be fixed so as to be located inside the inner or outer skin of the cushion member 10 in a manner of fixing such as sewing or bonding other than the auxiliary coupling pin 111.
[0026] In addition, a screw thread may be formed on the upper outer surface of the fix portion 110 for coupling the seating portion 120. Of course, the corresponding thread is formed in the seating portion 120.
[0027] As such, when using the mobile phone A (see FIG. 4), because the fix portions 110 and the seat portions 120 are coupled, the seat portions 120 are fixed to the inner or outer skin of the cushion member 10, the back of the hand holding the mobile phone can be seated on one of the seat portions 120. The hand holding the mobile phone is supported stably by the seat portion 120 so that the mobile phone can be used in a comfortable state.
[0028] The inner or outer shell of the cushion member 10 may be made of a fabric material. In the state in which the mobile phone A is mounted on the cushion member 10, the direction adjustment of the seating part 120 may be freely performed. Accordingly, the user is provided with the advantage that the user can use the mobile phone in a variety of postures desired in the resting space, such as sofa, bed.
[0029] For another example, the fix portions 110 and the seat portions 120 may be coupled through a coupling means such as Velcro tape other than screwing.
[0030] In this case, the fix portion 110 may be formed as a circular female Velcro tape, and the seat portion 120 may be formed in a disc plate having a male velcro tape corresponding to the female velcro tape at the bottom thereof, such that the fix portion 110 and the seat portion 120 may be coupled to each other. Of course, for this purpose, the fix portion 110 is naturally located outside the inner or outer shell of the cushion member 10.
[0031] In another example, as shown in FIG. 5, the fix portion 110 may be formed as a band-shaped band 112 that surrounds the outer shell of the cushion member 10, and a pair of fix plates 113 formed to be coupled to the band 112 and positioned above the cushion member 10. In this case, the seat portion 120 may be fixedly coupled to the fixing plate 113 by various coupling means such as a screw structure or a joint structure of a ball shape, velcro tapes, or the like.
[0032] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1B, the cushion-type mobile phone holder 100' according to an embodiment of the present invention includes, in addition to the directional adjustment function by the inner or outer shell made of a fabric material, another directional adjustment function by the ball joint coupling structure of the fix portion 110' and the seat portion 120'. The fix portion 110' has a ball groove 110a formed in a circular or elliptical shape at its cross section. The seat portion 120' has a joint ball 121 and a seat plate 122. The joint ball 121 is corresponding to the ball groove 110a and the seat plate 122 is a disc-shaped and located on the upper portion of the joint ball 121. Accordingly, the joint ball 121 of the seat portion 120' may be inserted into the ball groove 110a of the fix portion 110' and jointly coupled in a freely rotatable manner.
[0033] In this case, the seat plate 122 may be adjusted freely to various directions due to the joint structure consisting of the ball groove 110a and the joint ball 121. Therefore, the hand holding the mobile phone A is placed on the seating portion 120' is free to adjust the direction of the back of the hand, so that the mobile phone (A) can be used in a more comfortable state.
[0034] Of course, in order to facilitate the direction adjustment of the seat plate 122, the seat plate 122 and the fix portion 110' is preferably spaced apart by a predetermined interval.
[0035] In addition, the seat portion 120' and the fix portion 110' may be coupled by a ball joint structure as described above, but may be coupled by a screw coupling structure as shown in (A) of FIG. 1. In this case, the screw coupling portion of the seat portion 120' may be further extended to a predetermined length, and the extended portion may be configured to have a pleated shape with an empty inside to adjust the seat portion 120'.
[0036] As such, the fix portion and the seat portion may be coupled through various coupling methods such as Velcro tape, screw coupling, and joint coupling.
[0037] The seat portion 120 or 120' is formed in a smaller size than the back of the user's hand, and is formed in one or two on the upper surface so as to be biased to one side of the cushion member 10, and are formed at intervals when formed in two.
[0038] As another example, the fix portion 110 or 110' for coupling the seat portion 120 or 120' is provided as an upper fix portion formed on a surface of the cushion member 10 and a lower fix portion formed on an opposite surface of the cushion member 10.
[0039] In this case, it is obvious that the upper and lower seat portions are formed to correspond to the upper and lower fix portions.
[0040] In addition, as shown in FIG. 2A, a support 115 may be integrally formed from the upper and lower fix portions 110 or 110' in a vertical direction.
[0041] At this example, the support 115 is necessary for the stable support of the upper and lower fix portions, it is made of a length corresponding to the height of the cushion member 10.
[0042] And the movement of the fix portions 110 or 110' may be limited by the support 115, and thus the seat portions 120 or 120' coupled to the fix portions 110 or 110'' may always maintain their positions.
[0043] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2B, a rod-shaped shape maintain part 130 may be formed at the inner center of the cushion member 10 in the longitudinal direction, that is, the horizontal direction, wherein the shape maintain part 130 may be made of a flexible material.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 4, when the cushion member 10 is folded and used in a C shape to match the height of the mobile phone A, it is formed at the inner center of the cushion member 10 to maintain its shape.
[0045] At this example, both ends of the shape maintain part 130 are fixed through a button-shaped fixing means formed on the inner surface of the cushion member 10, the fixing means may be fixed to the cushion member 10 by sewing, bonding, etc.
[0046] According to the present invention cushion-type mobile phone holder 100 having the above configuration, the hand holding the mobile phone A can be seated on the cushion member 10 on the chest of a user. In this case, the back of the hand holding the mobile phone A may be positioned on the seat portion 120 or 120' formed in the cushion member 10. The user can then use the mobile phone in a comfortable posture through the free direction adjustment of the seat portion 120 or 120'.
