[0020] FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are structural schematic views of a pair of suit pants according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0021] According to the background, the vividness and trueness of the color of the printing on the existing waistband lining needs to be improved.
[0022] Especially when the waistband lining is made of cotton, the vividness and trueness of the color of the printing on the cotton cloth are worse. It is found the printing on the waistband lining is generally made of ready-made yarn-dyed cloth.sub.; ready-made printed cloth, silk screen factory-made silk screen, or special printed cloth, which causes high production cost and inconvenient repeat order of the waistband lining. Meanwhile, the color and pattern of the printing on the waistband lining should not be too complicated, and mass production needs to meet at the same time.
[0023] With the development of digital printing technology, the digital printing technology can be used to achieve a small batch production, and the printing formed by the digital printing technology has a high pattern precision, a fine image presentation and a clear layering. However, high-end suit pants are generally made of cotton. Due to the influence of the nature of the cotton cloth, it is difficult to achieve digital printing on the cotton cloth using a digital printing technology. In addition, a polyester waistband lining has a lower cost and is usually used for low-priced suit pants. Digital printing can be used for the polyester waistband lining, but it does not match the market positioning of the low-priced suit pants with polyester waistband lining.
[0024] In view of above, the application of digital printing on the waistband lining is limited, which makes the small batch production of the waistband lining difficult to be achieved, and the vividness and trueness of the color of the printing on the waistband lining to be poor.
[0025] Digital printing can be transferred directly to polyester cloth or polyester blended cloth, therefore, a lining cloth is not necessary to serve as a carrier for digital printing on the polyester cloth or polyester blended cloth. In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure provides a waistband line including a cloth body, a lining cloth and a digital printing layer. The lining cloth includes a front surface and a back surface which are opposite to each other, and the back surface of the lining cloth is attached to the cloth body. The digital printing layer is disposed on the front surface of the lining cloth.
[0026] In some embodiment of the waistband lining according to the present disclosure, the lining cloth is disposed between the cloth body and the digital printing layer, and the lining cloth is used as a medium for disposing the digital printing layer on the cloth body to improve the vividness and trueness of the color of the printing on the cloth body, especially when the cloth body is made of cotton cloth, the digital printing layer can be formed on the cotton cloth; and a small batch production of the waistband lining can also be achieved, thereby saving the production cost and achieving the purpose of a single small batch production.
[0027] In order to better understand the above purposes, features and advantages of the present disclosure, specific embodiments of the present disclosure will be explained in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings.
[0028] FIG. 1 is a cross sectional structural schematic view of a waistband lining according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0029] Referring to FIG. 1, the waistband lining includes a cloth body 101, a lining cloth 102 and a digital printing layer 103. The lining cloth 102 includes a front surface and a back surface which are opposite to each other, and the back surface of the lining cloth 102 is attached to the cloth body 101. The digital printing layer 103 is disposed on the front surface of the lining cloth 102.
[0030] The waistband lining according to the present embodiment of the present disclosure will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.
[0031] In some embodiment, the waistband lining may be applied to high-end suit pants. The cloth body 101 may include cotton cloth, such as pure cotton cloth, tine cotton cloth, polyester cotton cloth, washed cotton cloth, ice cotton cloth, Lycra cotton cloth or mercerized cotton cloth.
[0032] Depending on the application of the waistband lining, different materials may be selected as the cloth body 101. For example, when the waistband lining is applied to low-end suit pants, the cloth body may be polyester cloth; and when the waistband lining is applied to the mid-range suit pants, the cloth body may be polyester cotton cloth.
[0033] In some embodiment, the back surface of the lining cloth 102 is attached to an entire surface of the cloth body 101. The lining cloth 102 serves as a medium for the digital printing layer 103, and the digital printing layer 103 is disposed on the cloth body 101 through the lining cloth 102. In some embodiment, the back surface of the lining cloth may also be attached to a portion of the surface of the cloth body.
[0034] In some embodiment, the lining cloth 102 includes polyester cloth.
[0035] Since the polyester cloth has a good heat resistance and good dyeability, the color of the digital printing layer 103 on the polyester cloth is more vivid and true. Specifically, the manufacturing process of the digital printing layer 103 on the lining cloth 102 includes: printing already processed pattern on a transfer paper by dispersing dye ink and drying; covering the printed transfer paper on the lining cloth 102; putting the transfer paper and the lining cloth 102 into a lining gluing machine for heating and pressurizing, sublimating and vaporizing the dye ink of the pattern on the transfer paper to transfer to the lining cloth 102, and accomplishing the entire printing process. During the heating and pressurizing process, hot melt glue on the lining cloth 102 simultaneously bonds the lining cloth 102 and the cloth body 101.
[0036] By transferring digital printing to polyester cloth lining cloth, the purpose of transferring the digital printing layer 103 to the cloth body 101 can be achieved, so that the purpose of the small batch production can be achieved. Especially when the cloth body 101 is cotton cloth, the digital printing layer 103 can be applied to the cotton cloth, and the color of the digital printing layer 103 on the cloth body 101 is more vivid and true.
[0037] The digital printing layer 103 may include trademarks or various printing patterns.
[0038] The lining cloth 102 should not be too light or too heavy. If the lining cloth 102 is too light, the quality of the digital printing layer 103 on the lining cloth 102 may be adversely affected, for example, the definition of the digital printing layer 103 provided on the lining cloth 102 may be poor; if the lining cloth 102 is too heavy, the waistband lining may be too thick, thereby affecting the drape or softness of the waistband lining, and affecting the aesthetic and comfort of the suit pants accordingly.
[0039] To this end, in some embodiment, the lining cloth 102 has an area mass ranging from 10 g/m.sup.2 to 100 g/m.sup.2.
[0040] In some embodiment, the waistband lining may also include a glue layer 104 disposed between the back surface of the lining cloth 102 and the cloth body 101. The glue layer 104 bonds the cloth body 101 and the back surface of the lining cloth 102.
[0041] In some embodiment, the glue layer 104 includes hot melt glue. Specifically, the process of setting the glue layer 104 between the back surface of the lining cloth 102 and the cloth body 101 includes: placing hot melt glue particles between the back surface of the lining cloth 102 and the cloth body 101; during the heating and pressurizing process of the transfer paper and the lining cloth 102 in a heat transfer printing machine, the hot melt glue particles between the back surface of the lining cloth 102 and the cloth body 101 are affected by the heating and pressurizing process, thus the hot melt glue particles are melted to bond the rear face of the lining cloth 102 and the cloth body 101. The melted hot melt glue panicles form a glue dispensed layer 104 after cooling.
[0042] Therefore, in some embodiment of the waistband lining, the attachment of the cloth body 101 to the back surface of the lining cloth 102 and the setting of the digital printing layer 103 on the front surface of the lining cloth 102 can be implemented in a same step, thereby saving the production cost of the waistband lining.
[0043] The hot melt glue may be made of polyethylene, polyester, polyamide or polyurethane, or the hot melt glue may be made of a copolymer composed of at least two selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polyester, polyamide and polyurethane.
[0044] The glue layer 104 should not be too light or too heavy. If the glue layer 104 is too light, insufficient stickiness may be generated between the cloth body 101 and the lining cloth 102, which may cause the cloth body 101 to be separated from the lining cloth 102 easily; and, if the glue layer 104 is too heavy, the waistband lining may too thick, which may have an adverse effect on the drape and softness of the waistband lining.
[0045] To this end, in some embodiment, the glue layer 104 has an area mass ranging from 3 g/m.sup.2 to 25 g/m.sup.2.
[0046] In some embodiment, the glue layer 104 may include a plurality of dispersing glue particles. The density of the glue particles should not be too low or too high. If the density of the glue particles is too high, the glue layer 104 may cause a poor drape and softness of the waistband lining; and, if the density of the glue particles is too low, the bonding effect between the lining cloth 102. and the cloth body 101 may be poor.
[0047] To this end, in some embodiment, the density of the glue particles is in the range of 1 particle/cm.sup.2 to 100 particle/cm.sup.2.
[0048] In this embodiment, the glue particles are equidistantly distributed between the cloth body 101 and the back surface of the lining cloth 102. For example, the glue particles are arranged in an array between the cloth body 101 and the back surface of the lining cloth 102. It should be noted that in some embodiment, the glue particles disposed between the cloth body 101 and the back surface of the lining cloth 102 are arranged in a regular manner; in sonie embodiments, the glue particles disposed between the cloth body and the lining cloth may also be arranged in an irregular manner. For example, the glue particles may be randomly arranged by computer print.
[0049] In some embodiment, the glue particles of the glue layer 104 may have a circular shape. In other embodiments, the glue particles of the glue layer may also have an elliptical or an irregular shape.
[0050] It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the glue layer may also be a sheet glue or a mesh glue.
[0051] In some embodiment, the digital printing layer 103 may be disposed on a portion of the front surface of the lining cloth 102. In some embodiments, the digital printing layer may also be disposed on the entire front surface of the lining cloth.
[0052] In some embodiment of the present disclosure, the lining cloth is disposed between the digital printing layer and the cloth body, and the lining cloth may serve as a medium for disposing the digital printing layer on the cloth body, so that a digital printing pattern can be formed on different cloth, for example, a digital printing can be formed on cotton cloth, to improve the vividness and trueness of the color of the printing on the waistband lining, to break through the restrictions on the color and pattern of the printing on the waistband lining, and to make the printing on the waistband lining rich in color; further, a small batch production of the waistband lining can be achieved and easy to reorder, thereby saving the production cost and achieving the purpose of a single small batch production.
[0053] Accordingly, the present disclosure further provides a pair of suit pants, including a waistband and the preceding waistband lining. The waistband has an inner side and an outer side which are opposite to each other, and the waistband lining is disposed on the inner side of the waistband,
[0054] The pair of suit pants will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.
