[0026] It is also to be noted that in embodiments of the present disclosure, according to the XYZ rectangular coordinate system established in FIG. 1, a side in the positive direction of the X-axis is defined as the front side, and a side in the negative direction of the X-axis is defined as the rear side; a side in the positive direction of the Y-axis is defined as the left side, and a side in the negative direction of the Y-axis is defined as the right side; a side in the positive direction of the Z-axis is defined as the upper side, and a side in the negative direction of the Z-axis is defined as the lower side.
[0027] It is also noted that orientation terms such as the left, right, upper, and lower in the embodiments of the present disclosure are only relative concepts or reference to the normal use state of the product, and are not considered as restrictive.
[0028] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the embodiment provides a nail-printing device including a printing head (not shown in figures) and a drying mechanism 200, the printing head is configured to move along a set path under driving of the driving mechanism to spray nails, and the set path may be a movement path of the printing head along the slide rail 400 driven by the driving mechanism. The driving mechanism may include a driving motor, and a direct current (DC) motor is preferable. The drying mechanism 200 is used for drying the nails in the spraying process. The drying mechanism 200 is disposed on a peripheral side of the printing head and synchronously moves with the printing head. The drying mechanism 200 may be disposed on the left side of the printing head, on the right side of the printing head or at the front end of the printing head, as long as the direction of the light is just toward the nails. The printing head is usually disposed at the bottom end of the ink cartridge 100. When in printing, the ink cartridge 100 performs a reciprocating movement in the printing area under the driving of the driving mechanism, and the ink is ejected from the printing head for spraying and printing during the movement of the ink cartridge 100. The driving mechanism may include the (DC) motor, a belt and a plurality of gears, and the belt drives the printing head to move along the slide rail 400. There are various implementations for the driving mechanism, which are not the invention point of the technical solution, and will not be described in detail herein.
[0029] The present disclosure realizes the effect of spraying on the nails while drying and solidifying the sprayed nails by configuring the drying mechanism 200 to move synchronously with the movement of the printing head. The drying mechanism 200 moves with the printing head, and thus when the printing head sprays the nails, the drying mechanism enables the nails in spraying to obtain effective illumination as soon as possible to improve the curing efficiency. In addition, utilizing the nail-printing device of the embodiment, there is no need to purchase a separate dryer, which saves working space. At the same time, between the step of spraying the nails and the step of drying and solidifying the sprayed snails, the fingers are not required to move, the risk of pattern deformation due to finger movement is reduced, and thus the quality of the nail-painting is ensured. Configuring the drying mechanism 200 to move synchronously with the movement of the printing head makes the spraying time and the drying time overlap, saves the time of the entire nail-printing work, and improves the work efficiency, thereby improving the user's service satisfaction.
[0030] Referring to FIG. 3, the drying mechanism 200 of the present embodiment includes at least one light source assembly 210. The light source assembly 210 includes an ultraviolet lamp 212 and an aluminum substrate 211. The ultraviolet lamp 212 is disposed on the lower surface of the aluminum substrate 211.
[0031] The ultraviolet lamp 212 acts as a fast curing on the painted nail. The aluminum substrate 211 is made of aluminum material, which has good thermal conductivity and reduces the influence of heat concentration of light source on the performance and life of the ultraviolet lamp 212.
[0032] Further, an even number of the light source assemblies 210 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the printing head. When the printing head moves from the right side to the left side of the nails, the ultraviolet lamp 212 on the left side of the printing head illuminates the nails firstly; and as the printing head moves to the left, the ultraviolet lamp 212 on the left side of the printing head gradually moves away from the nails, and the ultraviolet lamp 212 on the right side of the printing head gradually approaches to the nails and illuminates the nails. The printing head performs the reciprocating movement in a nail area to spray the nails. The ultraviolet lamp 212 on the left side of the printing head and the ultraviolet lamp 212 on the right side of the printing head irradiate the nails in the painting alternately, improving the drying efficiency.
[0033] Referring to FIG. 2, the light source assemblies 210 are detachably fixed to both sides of the printing head. During the installation of the light source assemblies 210, the ultraviolet lamp 212 is mounted on the aluminum substrate 211 by screws or by thermal adhesive firstly, and then the aluminum substrate 211 is mounted on the printing head by screws or by thermal adhesive. The specific fixing manner of the light source assemblies is not limited herein. The ultraviolet lamp 212 is small in size, and if directly mounted on the printing head, the ultraviolet lamp 212 is limited to operate inconveniently by the structure of the printing head. The ultraviolet lamp 212 is placed on the aluminum substrate 211, and the aluminum substrate 211 and the printing head are designed in a fit connection, improving the mounting convenience. The light source assemblies 210 are detachably fixed to both sides of the printing head to facilitate replacement of a broken ultraviolet lamp 212.
[0034] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in an embodiment, the nail-printing device further includes an ink cartridge 100 and an ink cartridge bracket 300. The printing head is disposed at one end of the bottom surface of the ink cartridge 100, and the ink cartridge 100 is fixed to the ink cartridge bracket 300. A support table 310 is disposed on each of left and right sides of an area of the ink cartridge bracket 300 corresponding to the printing head, and is used for supporting the light source assemblies 210. The support table 310 is disposed on each of both sides of the area of the ink cartridge bracket 300 corresponding to the printing head, and is close to the printing head but does not affect the spraying of the printing head, achieving a better drying effect on the nails in spraying; and the structure of the support table 310 is also more stable. In this embodiment, the driving mechanism drives the ink cartridge bracket 300 to move along the slide rail 400, and the ink cartridge bracket 300 drives the ink cartridge 100 to perform a reciprocating movement in the printing area for printing. In some embodiments, the support table 310 and the ink cartridge bracket 300 are integrally formed.
[0035] In this embodiment, one end of the aluminum substrate 211 is provided with a bump 2111. A front plate 320 perpendicular to a plane of the support table 310 is disposed on one end of the support table 310 connected to the ink cartridge bracket 300. The front plate 320 is provided with a groove 321 which accommodates the bump 2111 to be inserted and limits a movement of the bump 2111. The groove 321 is applied to restrict the aluminum substrate 211 to move back and forth and restrict the front end of the aluminum substrate 211 to move left and right.
[0036] The front plate 320 is provided with a through hole 322 below the groove 321. The width of the through hole 322 in a left-to-right direction is greater than the width of the groove 321. When the bump 2111 on the aluminum substrate 211 is inserted into the groove 321, the bump 2111 at the front end of the aluminum substrate 211 is inserted into the through hole 322 firstly, and then the aluminum substrate 211 is placed flatly. At this moment, the bump 2111 fits in the groove 321. The installation is quick and easy.
[0037] The support table 310 is provided with an illumination hole 312 in an area corresponding to the ultraviolet lamp 212. When each of the light source assemblies 210 is fixed on the support table 310, the ultraviolet lamp 212 protrudes from the illumination hole 312. The irradiation hole 312 has a protective effect on the ultraviolet lamp 212 without blocking the light, and prevents other hard objects from colliding with the ultraviolet lamp to cause damage of the ultraviolet lamp.
[0038] A center of the support table 310 is recessed to form a receiving cavity (not shown in figures), and the aluminum substrate 211 is disposed above the receiving cavity. When the aluminum substrate 211 is fixed above the accommodating cavity, the ultraviolet lamp 212 on the aluminum substrate 211 passes through the illuminating hole 312, and part of a body of the ultraviolet lamp 212 is located in the receiving cavity.
[0039] One end of the aluminum substrate 211 away from the bump 2111 is fixed to the support table 310 by screws. The screws and the bump 2111 together serve as two fixed points of the aluminum substrate 211, and lengthening the distance between the two stress points properly is advantageous for improving the stability of mounting of the aluminum substrate 211 and provides sufficient spaces for the operation of the screws.
[0040] In the process of installation, the bump 2111 of the aluminum substrate 211 is inserted obliquely downward into the through hole 322 firstly, and then the aluminum substrate 211 is laid on the support table 310 flatly, meanwhile the bump 2111 enters into the groove 321 which limits the displacement of the bump 2111. Finally, the aluminum substrate 211 is fixed on the support table 310 by the screws, and the installation of the aluminum substrate 211 is completed. The installation of the light source assemblies 210 is simple and quick.
[0041] Referring to FIG. 2 again, the support table 310 is provided with a retaining post 311 for restricting the movement of the aluminum substrate 211. A slot 2112 is disposed on in an area of the aluminum substrate 211 corresponding to the retaining post 311.
[0042] Further, the aluminum substrate 211 is correspondingly provided with two retaining posts 311, and the retaining posts 311 of the aluminum substrate 211 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the aluminum substrate 211.
[0043] The configuration of the retaining posts 311 and slot 2112 is convenient for installation. Specifically, after the bump 2111 of the aluminum substrate 211 is inserted into the through hole 322, the presence of the retaining posts 311 and the slot 2112 directs the installer to mount the aluminum substrate 211 between the two retaining posts 311 and limits the left and right of the aluminum substrate 211 firstly, and then the slot 2112 is aligned with the retaining post 311 to fix the front and rear positions of the aluminum substrate 211, that is, the retaining posts 311 and the slot 2112 have an anchoring effect on the aluminum substrate 211. Then, the aluminum substrate 211 is placed on the support table 310 flatly, and the bump 2111 at the front end of the aluminum substrate 211 naturally enters the groove 321 without manual alignment. At this moment, the screw hole (not shown in the figures) on the aluminum substrate 211 and the studs (not shown in the figures) on the support table 310 are just aligned, thereby improving the ease of installation.
[0044] The above are only optional embodiments of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure are within the scope of the present disclosure.
