Abstract:

A dual-extrusion electronic cigarette includes a housing and a dual-extrusion structure installed in the housing. The dual-extrusion structure includes an atomizer seat, a tee tube, three conduits and two oil bottles, and a positive electrode core is connected to the bottom of the atomizer seat and insulated from the atomizer seat. The positive electrode core is a hollow structure with a lower end communicated to the tee tube through the conduit, and the two oil bottles are connected to the tee tube through the conduit. With a simple and convenient squeeze of the oil bottle, the cigarette oil is pumped into the atomizer seat through the atomizer for its use.

Claims:

1. A dual-extrusion electronic cigarette, comprising a housing and a dual-extrusion structure installed in the housing, and the dual-extrusion structure comprising an atomizer seat, a tee tube, three conduits and two oil bottles, and a positive electrode core being coupled to the bottom of the atomizer seat and insulated from the atomizer seat, and the positive electrode core being a hollow structure with a lower end communicated to the tee tube through the conduit, and the two oil bottles being coupled to the tee tube separately through the conduit, and the oil bottle being a soft bottle.

The dual-extrusion electronic cigarette of claim 1, further comprising a dual-channel tube coupled between the oil bottle and the conduit, and the external diameter of both ends of the dual-channel tube being smaller than the external diameter of the middle of the dual-channel tube, and both ends of the dual-channel tube being inserted into the conduit and the oil bottle respectively.

The dual-extrusion electronic cigarette of claim 2, wherein the oil bottle comprises a bottle body, a cap, and a hose, and the bottle body has a bottle opening formed thereon, and the cap is sheathed on the outer side of the bottle opening, and the cap has a cap opening formed thereon, and the hose penetrates through the cap opening, and the external diameter of the hose is equal to the diameter of the cap opening, and an end of the hose is extended to a bottle bottom of the bottle body, and the other end of the hose is sheathed on the dual-channel tube.

The dual-extrusion electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the atomizer seat is disposed on an upper end surface of the housing, and two grooves are formed at the lower end of the housing, and one of the oil bottles is installed in one of the grooves, and an outer cover is disposed on a side of the housing, and a receiving cavity is formed between the outer cover and the housing, and the bottle body is disposed in the receiving cavity.

5. The dual-extrusion electronic cigarette of claim 4, wherein the outer cover is a fully-covering outer cover with a lower end depressed towards the housing, and an anti-slip pattern is disposed at an upper end of the fully-covering outer cover.

The dual-extrusion electronic cigarette of claim 4, wherein the outer cover is a hollow outer cover with a hollow hole formed at a lower end of the hollow outer cover, and the hollow hole penetrates through a sidewall of the hollow outer cover, and an anti-slip pattern is disposed at an upper end of the hollow outer cover.

The dual-extrusion electronic cigarette of claim 4, wherein the outer cover has an upper concave hole formed at an upper end of the outer cover and a lower concave hole formed at a lower end of the outer cover, and the upper concave hole has a magnet installed thereon, and the magnet has an upper end magnetically coupled to the housing and a lower end magnetically coupled to the outer cover, and the housing has a pillar disposed thereon and inserted into the lower concave hole.

FIELD OF INVENTION

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of electronic cigarettes, in particular to a dual-extrusion electronic cigarette.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. Description of the Related Art

[0002] Electronic cigarette is a product simulating a cigarette and has the same appearance, smoke, taste and feeling of a real cigarette. Current electronic cigarettes require users to carry a cigarette of and fill the cigarette oil into the electronic cigarette before use. Obviously, the conventional electronic cigarette is very inconvenient to use.

2. Summary of the Invention

[0003] Therefore, it is a primary objective of this disclosure to overcome the aforementioned drawback of the prior by providing a dual-extrusion electronic cigarette which has the features of a compact structure and a convenient operation, and users need not to carry a cigarette oil bottle with them in order to use the electronic cigarette. The users simply need to press the oil bottle to pump the cigarette oil into the atomizer through the atomizer seat for the use.

[0004] To achieve the aforementioned and other objectives, this disclosure provides a dual-extrusion electronic cigarette comprising a housing and a dual-extrusion structure installed in the housing, and the dual-extrusion structure comprising an atomizer seat, a tee tube, three conduits and two oil bottles, and a positive electrode core being coupled to the bottom of the atomizer seat and insulated from the atomizer seat, and the positive electrode core being a hollow structure with a lower end communicated to the tee tube through the conduit, and the two oil bottles being coupled to the tee tube separately through the conduit, and the oil bottle being a soft bottle.

[0005] In a preferred embodiment, a dual-channel tube is coupled between the oil bottle and the conduit, and the external diameter of both ends of the dual-channel tube is smaller than the external diameter of the middle of the dual-channel tube, and both ends of the dual-channel tube are inserted into the conduit and the oil bottle respectively.

[0006] In a preferred embodiment, the oil bottle comprises a bottle body, a cap, and a hose, and the bottle body has a bottle opening formed thereon, and the cap is sheathed on the outer side of the bottle opening, and the cap has a cap opening formed thereon, and the hose penetrates through the cap opening, and the external diameter of the hose is equal to the diameter of the cap opening, and an end of the hose is extended to a bottle bottom of the bottle body, and the other end of the hose is sheathed on the dual-channel tube.

[0008] In a preferred embodiment, the outer cover is a fully-covering outer cover with a lower end depressed towards the housing, and an anti-slip pattern is disposed at an upper end of the fully-covering outer cover.

[0011] This disclosure has the following beneficial effects. The dual-extrusion electronic cigarette of this disclosure has the features of a compact structure and a convenient operation. The users need not to carry a cigarette oil bottle with them but simply press the oil bottle to pump the cigarette oil into the atomizer through the atomizer seat for the use of the electronic cigarette. The users no longer need to fill the cigarette oil during the process of using the electronic cigarette, but directly refill the atomizer through the oil bottle in the electronic cigarette.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0018] To understand the technical characteristics of this disclosure intuitively and comprehensively, exemplary embodiments are used and illustrated in referenced figures of the drawings. It is intended that the embodiments and figures disclosed herein are to be considered illustrative rather than restrictive.

Embodiment 1

[0019] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 for a dual-extrusion electronic cigarette of this embodiment, the dual-extrusion electronic cigarette comprises a housing 1 and a dual-extrusion structure installed in the housing 1, and the dual-extrusion structure comprises an atomizer seat 2, a tee tube 3, three conduits 4 and two oil bottles, and a positive electrode core 5 is coupled to the bottom of the atomizer seat 2 and insulated from the atomizer seat 2, and the positive electrode core 5 is a hollow structure, with a lower end communicated to the tee tube 3 through the conduit 4, and the two oil bottles are coupled to the tee tube 3 through the conduit 4, and the oil bottle is a soft bottle.

[0020] Since the oil bottle is a soft bottle, the interior of the oil bottle will be deformed when a user's fingers squeeze and press the oil bottle, so that a cigarette oil can be squeezed out from the oil bottle and passed through the connected positive electrode core 5, the conduit 4 and the tee tube 3, so that the cigarette oil of the two oil bottles can be collected into the atomizer connected to the atomizer seat 2, and then the cigarette oil can be atomized into vapor and mist.

[0031] With reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 5, and 6 for a dual-extrusion electronic cigarette in accordance with this embodiment, the dual-extrusion electronic cigarette comprises a housing 1 and a dual-extrusion structure installed in the housing 1, and the dual-extrusion structure comprises an atomizer seat 2, a tee tube 3, three conduits 4, and two oil bottles, and a positive electrode core 5 is coupled to the bottom of the atomizer seat 2 and insulated from the atomizer seat 2, wherein the positive electrode core 5 is a hollow structure with a lower end passing through the conduit 4 and communicated to the tee tube 3, and the two oil bottles are passed through the conduit 4 and coupled to the tee tube 3, and the oil bottle is a soft bottle.
