Description:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention is directed toward a combination of a wristband and a miniature doll and more particularly, toward a wristband which is enabled to be easily inserted and removed from the miniature doll via novel attachment methods.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] A wristband is small bracelet-like accessory worn for either fashion purposes, for identity purposes, or for sporting purposes. Wristbands can be worn by any age group and can solve different purposes depending on the utility.
[0003] In the case where wristbands are worn by toddlers or children, they are usually used for fashion purposes. Conventionally, wristbands for children were designed with decorations, words, buttons, gems to make them attractive for children but the utility of the wristbands was limited as they lack a significant amount of amusement and play value for the children.
[0004] Other conventional wristbands include figures of cartoon characters imbedded on them which makes the wristbands more appealing to children, but as the children cannot fully interact with these cartoon characters, the children tend to lose their interest in them and these wristbands become undesirable for them.
[0005] Thus, there remains a need to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks in the existing prior art.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] In order to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art the present invention provides a wristband coupled to a miniature doll, wherein the miniature doll is easy to insert and remove from the wrist band. This invention enables wearer to couple any miniature doll of their wish to their wristband. This activity builds their interest in the wristband while also allowing a miniature doll to be carried around with the wearer of the wristband.
[0007] In the present invention, the snap of the wristband couples to the recess portion of the miniature doll in a lock and key mechanism. This coupling enables the recess to cover the snap entirely, thus securing the miniature doll with the wristband. In the situation of removal, the child can easily pull out the miniature doll which separates the miniature doll from the wristwatch.
[0008] In another embodiment, the snap of the miniature doll is coupled to the recess portion of the wristband. This coupling enables the snap to fit entirely inside the recess portion of the wristband and enable the miniature doll to protrude out from the wristband.
[0009] In another embodiment, the hollow snap of the wristband is enabled to receive a W-shaped snap of the miniature doll. This coupling enables the W-shaped snap to get securely inside the hollow snap for preventing accidental fall-off of the miniature doll from the wristband.
[0010] In yet another embodiment, the magnets present inside the wristband and the miniature doll enable the tight secure and easy removal of the miniature doll from the wristband.
