Abstract:
A type of furniture with structural support, mainly includes: a first
base and a second base connected to said first base, wherein the first
base has a first frame having a first opening, a first connecting portion
having an inner surface and an outer surface, and a plurality of first
connectors, the first connecting portion and the first frame being
separately configured and connected through the first connectors; the
second base has second frame having a second opening, a second connecting
portion, having an inner surface and an outer surface, the first and
second connecting portions are connected through an assembly, and a
plurality of second connecters, the second connecting portion and the
second frame being separately configured and connected through the second
connecters.Claims:
1. A kind of furniture with structural support, comprising: a first base,
comprising: a first frame, having a first opening; a first connecting
portion, having an inner surface and an outer surface; and a plurality of
first connectors, said first connecting portion and said first frame
being separately configured and connected through said first connectors
to form a three dimensional structure, and the space enclosed between
said first connecting portion, said first frame and said first connectors
forming a first holding space; and a second base connected to said first
base, comprising: a second frame, having a second opening; a second
connecting portion, having an inner surface and an outer surface, said
first and second connecting portions being connected through an assembly
means; and a plurality of second connecters, said second connecting
portions and said second frame being separately configured and connected
through said second connecters to form a three dimensional structure, and
the space enclosed by said second connecting portion, said second frame
and said second connecters forming a second holding space; wherein said
first frame is to adapted be placed on ground and said second frame is to
be connected with a plate; said first base be in the style of gradual
contraction from said first frame toward the direction of said first
connecting portion, and said second base be in the style of gradual
contraction from said second frame toward the direction of said second
connecting portion.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 1, wherein said assembly means: when said first and second bases are at a first assembly position, the outer surface of said first connecting portion and the outer surface of said second connecting portion are flat and aligned, said first and second holding spaces are not overlapped to each other, and said first and second connecting portions are connected through at least one fixing piece going through.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 1, wherein said assembly means is like this: when said first and second bases are at a second assembly position, as the outer diameter of said first connecting portion is lower than the inner diameter of said second opening, said first connecting portion goes through said second opening and place said first base in the second holding space of said second base; the outer surface of said first connecting portion is face-to-face aligned to the inner surface of said second connecting portion, and said first and second connecting portions are connected through at least one fixing piece going through.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 1, wherein said assembly means is like this: when said first and second bases are at a third assembly position, as the outer diameter of said second connecting portion is lower than the inner diameter of said first opening, said second connecting portion goes through said first opening and place said second base in the first holding space of said first base; the outer surface of said second connecting portion is face-to-face aligned to the inner surface of said first connecting portion, and said first and second connecting portions are connected through at least one fixing piece going through.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 2, wherein said first connecting portion has a plurality of first holes, and said second connecting portion has a plurality of second holes corresponding to said first holes; said at least one fixing piece goes through the first and second through-holes, and connects said first and second connecting portions.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 3, wherein said first connecting portion has a plurality of first holes, and said second connecting portion has a plurality of second holes corresponding to said first holes; said at least one fixing piece goes through the first and second through-holes, and connects said first and second connecting portions.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 4, wherein said first connecting portion has a plurality of first holes, and said second connecting portion has a plurality of second holes corresponding to said first holes; said at least one fixing piece goes through the first and second through-holes, and connects said first and second connecting portions.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 5, wherein the outer surface of said first connecting portion is configured with at least one positioning column, and said second connecting portion has at least one positioning hole corresponding to the positioning column, and the positioning column is embedded into the positioning hole, so that the positions of the first and second through-holes are in a corresponding setting.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 6, wherein the outer surface of said first connecting portion is configured with at least one positioning column, and said second connecting portion has at least one positioning hole corresponding to the positioning column, and the positioning column is embedded into the positioning hole, so that the positions of the first and second through-holes are in a corresponding setting.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 7, wherein the outer surface of said first connecting portion is configured with at least one positioning column, and said second connecting portion has at least one positioning hole corresponding to the positioning column, and the positioning column is embedded into the positioning hole, so that the positions of the first and second through-holes are in a corresponding setting.
11. The furniture with structural support defined in claim 8, wherein said first and second connecting portions are respectively configured with a first and second through-hole.
12. The furniture with structural support defined in claim 9, wherein said first and second connecting portions are respectively configured with a first and second through-hole.
13. The furniture with structural support defined in claim 10, wherein said first and second connecting portions are respectively configured with a first and second through-hole.
14. The furniture with structural support defined in claim 11, wherein any one of said first and second through-holes has inner threads for said at least one fixing piece to be locked inside.
15. The furniture with structural support defined in claim 12, wherein any one of said first and second through-holes has inner threads for said at least one fixing piece to be locked inside.
16. The furniture with structural support defined in claim 13, wherein any one of said first and second through-holes has inner threads for said at least one fixing piece to be locked inside.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 11, which further comprises at least one coupler to be screwed on the free end of said at least one fixing piece; when said at least one fixing piece is locked inside the first hole of said first connecting portion, the second hole of said second connecting portion and said at least one coupler, said at least one fixing piece and said at least one coupler relatively tighten said first and second connecting portions, and lock said first and second connecting portions together.

The furniture with structural support defined in claim 12, which further comprises at least one coupler to be screwed on the free end of said at least one fixing piece; when said at least one fixing piece is locked inside the first hole of said first connecting portion, the second hole of said second connecting portion and said at least one coupler, said at least one fixing piece and said at least one coupler relatively tighten said first and second connecting portions, and lock said first and second connecting portions together.
19. The furniture with structural support defined in claim 13, which further comprises at least one coupler to be screwed on the free end of said at least one fixing piece; when said at least one fixing piece is locked inside the first hole of said first connecting portion, the second hole of said second connecting portion and said at least one coupler, said at least one fixing piece and said at least one coupler relatively tighten said first and second connecting portions, and lock said first and second connecting portions together.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
[0005] The present invention relates generally to furniture with structural support, and more particularly to an innovative design of furniture with detachable combined structural support.

[0006] Heavy furniture is often designed to be an integral structure that is unable to be disassembled. As the overall size is very large, and during transportation, the furniture is placed in a carrying box, a large amount of packing material is required. It is environmentally inefficient, and the cost of transportation is greatly increased. Hence, it is not economical.
[0007] In view of the problem of the above-mentioned conventional furniture structure, the development of a practically ideal and innovative structure is expected by users. Related manufacturers shall make a breakthrough in this area and make it the ultimate goal and direction for their research and development. Therefore, based on years of experience in the manufacturing, development and design of related products, the inventor made an effort to realize the above goal. After sophisticated design and careful evaluation, the inventor finally developed the present invention which is truly practical.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The main objective of the present invention is to make an innovative breakthrough by providing a kind of furniture with structural support which solves the technical problem and realizes the goal of developing a new design of furniture with structural support that is practically ideal.
[0009] As the main technical features of the present invention to solve the above problem, said furniture with structural support comprises: a first base, comprising: a first frame, having a first opening; a first connecting portion, having an inner surface and an outer surface; and a plurality of first connectors, said first connecting portion and said first frame being separately configured and connected through said first connectors to form a three dimensional structure, and the space enclosed by said first connecting portion, said first frame and said first connectors forming a first holding space; and a second base connected to the first base, comprising: a second frame, having a second opening; a second connecting portion, having an inner surface and an outer surface, said first and second connecting portions being connected through an assembly means; and a plurality of second connecters, said second connecting portion and said second frame being separately configured and connected through said second connecters to form a three dimensional structure, and the space enclosed by said second connecting portion, said second frame and said second connecters forming a second holding space; in particular, said first frame is to be placed on ground, and said second frame is to be connected with a plate.
[0010] Based on such an innovative and unique design, the present invention made an inventive advance over the prior art. Through different connecting means between the first and second connecting portions, it provides diversified assembly styles for the first and second bases. Moreover, as the first and second connecting portions are assembled and fixed through a fixing piece, the assembly is very fast and convenient.
[0011] Furthermore, the first and second bases can be nested to greatly reduce the overall size of the structure, consequently reducing the packing size and improving environmental efficiency. On the other hand, reduced transportation cost means better economic benefits. Meanwhile, better structural stability is realized between the first and second bases to avoid collision and scratch between the first and second bases, realizing better duration of the structure product. Therefore, the present invention made a practical advance and has a good value for industrial implementation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, a preferred embodiment of the present invention of furniture with structural support is depicted. While such an embodiment is descriptive only, it is to be understood that the embodiment is not intending to limit the scope of patent claims. Said furniture with structural support comprises: a first base 10 and a second base 20 connected to said first base 10.
[0021] Said first base 10, comprises: a first frame 11, a first connecting portion 12 and a plurality of first connectors 13, wherein, said first frame 11 has a first opening 111, and said first frame 11 is to be placed on ground. Said first connecting portion 12 has an inner surface 121 and an outer surface 122, and said first connecting portion 12 has a plurality of first holes 123. Moreover, the outer surface 122 of said first connecting portion 12 has at least one positioning column 124, and said first connecting portion 12 has a first through-hole 125. Said first connecting portion 12 and said first frame 11 are separately configured and connected through said first connectors 13 to form a three dimensional structure, and the space enclosed by said first connecting portion 12, said first frame 11 and said first connectors 13 forms a first holding space 126. Furthermore, said first base 10 is in the style of gradual contraction from said first frame 11 toward the direction of said first connecting portion 12.
[0022] Said second base 20 comprises: a second frame 21, a second connecting portion 22 and a plurality of second connecters 23, wherein, said second frame 21 has a second opening 211, and said second frame 21 is to be connected with a plate 30. Said plate 30 especially for but is not limited to, be rectangular, oval or in any other common shape. Said second connecting portion 22 has an inner surface 221 and an outer surface 222. Said second connecting portion 22 has a plurality of second holes 223 corresponding to said first holes 123. Any one of said first and second through-holes 123, 223 has inner threads for at least one fixing piece 40 to be locked inside. Moreover, said second connecting portion 22 has at least one positioning hole 224 corresponding to said positioning column 124. Said second connecting portion 22 has a second through-hole 225, and said first and second connecting portions 12, 22 are connected through an assembly means. Said second connecting portion 22 and said second frame 21 are separately configured and connected by said second connecters 23 to form a three dimensional structure, and the space enclosed by said second connecting portion 22, said second frame 21 and said second connecters 23 forms a second holding space 226. Said second base 20 is in the style of gradual contraction from said second frame 21 toward said second connecting portion 22.
[0023] In the present embodiment, said assembly means is as follows: when said first and second bases 10, 20 are at a first assembly position, the outer surface 122 of said first connecting portion 12 and the outer surface 222 of said second connecting portion 22 are flat and aligned, said first and second holding spaces 126, 226 are not overlapped to each other, and said positioning column 124 is embedded into said positioning hole 224. Thus, the position of said first and second through-holes 123, 223 are corresponded to each other, and said first and second connecting portions 12, 22 go through said first and second through-holes 123, 223 and are connected through at least one fixing piece 40.
[0024] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, said assembly means is like this: when said first and second bases 10, 20 are at a second assembly position, as the outer diameter of said first connecting portion 12 is lower than the inner diameter of said second opening 211, the second opening 211 is larger than the first opening 111, and the first and second connecting portions 12, 22 are of the same shape and size, said first connecting portion 12 goes through said second opening 211 and place said first base 10 in the second holding space 226 of said second base 20. The outer surface 122 of said first connecting portion 12 is face-to-face aligned to the inner surface 221 of said second connecting portion 22, so that the first and second holding spaces 126, 226 are overlapped to each other, and the positioning column 124 is embedded into the positioning hole 224. Thus, the positions of the first and second through-holes 123, 223 are corresponded to each other, and said first and second connecting portions 12, 22 go through said first and second through-holes 123, 223 and are connected through at least one fixing piece 40. Furthermore, when at least one fixing piece 40 is screwed inside the first hole 123 of said first connecting portion 12 and the second holes 223 of said second connecting portion 22, the free end of said at least one fixing piece 40 is configured with a coupler 41, and when said at least one fixing piece 40 and said at least one coupler 41 relatively press on said first and second connecting portions 12, 22, said first and second connecting portions 12, 22 are tightened together. In particular, said coupler 41 especially for but not limited to be a bolt.
[0025] In another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the main difference from the preferred embodiment is in the assembly means. When said first and second bases 10, 20 are at a third assembly position, as the outer diameter of said second connecting portion 22 is lower than the inner diameter of said first opening 111, said first opening 111 is larger than said second opening 211, and said first and second connecting portions 12, 22 are of the same shape and size, said second connecting portion 22 goes through said first opening 111 and place said second base 20 in the first holding space 126 of said first base 10. The outer surface 222 of said second connecting portion 22 are face-to-face aligned to the inner surface 121 of said first connecting portion 12, so that said first and second holding spaces 126, 226 are overlapped to each other, and said first and second connecting portions 12, 22 go through said first and second through-holes 123, 223 and are connected through at least one fixing piece 40.
[0026] Referring to FIG. 8, another embodiment of the present invention is disclosed. It mainly differs from the preferred embodiment in that, the shape of the first connecting portion 12 of the first base 10 and the style of the first through-hole 125 is variable based on the need of users.
