Abstract:
An atomizer includes an atomizing assembly composed of a tobacco pot
defining an atomizing chamber and a mouth piece assembly detachably
connected to the atomizing assembly. The mouth piece assembly includes a
dipping member connected to an end of the tobacco pot. When the tobacco
pot is connected to the dipping member, at least a part of the dipping
member extends into the atomizing chamber for dipping atomizing
substrate. The aforementioned atomizer is installed in an electronic
cigarette.Claims:
1. An atomizer, comprising; an atomizing assembly comprising a tobacco
pot defining an atomizing chamber; and a mouth piece assembly detachably
connected to the atomizing assembly; wherein the mouth piece assembly
comprises a dipping member connected to an end of the tobacco pot, when
the tobacco pot connects the dipping member, at least a part of the
dipping member extends into the atomizing chamber, for dipping atomizing
substrate.
2. The atomizer according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing assembly further comprising a housing sleeved on a periphery of the tobacco pot.
3. The atomizer according to claim 2, wherein the dipping member comprises a fixing sleeve and a dipping portion, the dipping portion is formed on an end of the fixing sleeve and extends toward the atomizing assembly along an axial direction of the fixing sleeve.
4. The atomizer according to claim 3, wherein the dipping member has a conic structure.
5. The atomizer according to claim 4, wherein the atomizing chamber has a conic structure.
6. The atomizer according to claim 3, wherein the mouth piece assembly further comprises a mouth piece detachably connected to the fixing sleeve.
7. The atomizer according to claim 6, wherein the mouth piece assembly further comprises a connecting sleeve sleeved on a periphery of the dipping member, the connecting sleeve is fixed to the dipping member, the connecting sleeve is detachably connected to the housing.
8. The atomizer according to claim 2, wherein the tobacco pot is substantially a hollow cylindrical structure having openings on opposite ends of the tobacco pot.
9. The atomizer according to claim 8, wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises a heater positioned on a bottom of the tobacco pot.
10. The atomizer according to claim 2, wherein the tobacco pot has a hollow cylindrical structure, the tobacco pot defines an opening facing the mouth piece assembly, and an end of the tobacco pot away from the mouth piece assembly is closed.
11. The atomizer according to claim 2, wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises a heater, the heater is laminated on an internal circumferential surface or an external circumferential surface of the tobacco pot.
12. The atomizer according to claim 10, wherein a sidewall of the tobacco pot is provided a sintered heating strip.

The atomizer according to claim 2, wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises a bracket and an upper cover, the bracket is received in an end of the housing away from the mouth piece assembly, the upper cover is assembled to an end of the housing adjacent to the mouth pieced assembly, an end of the tobacco pot resists the bracket, an opposite end of the tobacco pot resists the upper cover.
14. The atomizer according to claim 13, wherein a sidewall of the tobacco pot defines a ventilation hole, the housing defines an intake hole, outside airflow enters the atomizing chamber of the tobacco pot via the intake hole and ventilation hole.

The atomizer according to claim 14, wherein the housing is provided with a plurality of protrusions which are spaced from each other, every two adjacent protrusions form a second intake groove there-between, each protrusion forms an extending portion at an end which is adjacent to an inner wall of the housing, the extending portion extends toward the mouth piece assembly along an axial direction of the housing, every two adjacent extending portions form a first intake groove there-between, the first intake groove fluidly communicates with the second intake groove, the ventilation and the intake hole.

The atomizer according to claim 9, wherein the housing forms a connector pipe extending away from the mouth piece assembly along an axial direction of the is housing, the connector pipe is formed at an end of the housing away from the mouth piece assembly and fluidly communicates with an inner chamber of the housing.
17. The atomizer according to claim 16, wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises an electrode and an insulator, the electrode is assembled in the connector pipe, the insulator is sandwiched between the electrode and the connector pipe.
18. The atomizer according to claim 17, wherein the heater or the heating strip comprises two leading pins, one leading pin electrically connected to the housing, the other leading pin is electrically connected to the electrode.
19. An electronic cigarette, comprising an atomizer; wherein the atomizing assembly comprises a tobacco pot and a mouth piece assembly, the tobacco pot defines an atomizing chamber, the mouth piece assembly is detachably connected to the atomizing assembly, the mouth piece assembly comprises a dipping member connected to an end of the tobacco pot, when the tobacco pot connects the dipping member, at least a part of the dipping member extends into the atomizing chamber, for dipping atomizing substrate.
20. The atomizer according to claim 11, wherein the housing forms a connector pipe extending away from the mouth piece assembly along an axial direction of the housing, the connector pipe is formed at an end of the housing away from the mouth piece assembly and fluidly communicates with an inner chamber of the housing.

FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
[0001] The present disclosure relates generally to smoking simulation, and more particularly, relates to an atomizer and an electronic cigarette having the atomizer.
BACKGROUND
[0002] In the flue-cured electronic cigarette adopting tobacco, the tobacco pot heats up the tobacco and causes the tobacco to generate smog for user to inhale. When the related flue-cured electronic cigarette is used, it usually requires filling the tobacco in the tobacco pot by an external tool. Because a viscosity of the tobacco is high, the tobacco is easily to remain on the external tool, causing a secondary pollution and a waste of the tobacco, and the cost to the user is increased.
SUMMARY
[0003] Accordingly, it is necessary to provide an atomizer and an electronic cigarette having the atomizer, which can reduce a waste of the tobacco in the using procedure, and a secondary pollution can be avoided.
[0004] An atomizer includes an atomizing assembly and a mouth piece assembly. The atomizing assembly includes a tobacco pot defining an atomizing chamber. The mouth piece assembly is detachably connected to the atomizing assembly. The mouth piece assembly includes a dipping member connected to an end of the tobacco pot, when the tobacco pot connects the dipping member, at least a part of the dipping member extends into the atomizing chamber, for dipping atomizing substrate.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Apparently, the embodiments described herein are merely parts of but not exclusive embodiments of the present application. All alternative embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without creative works shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
[0030] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present disclosure provides an electronic cigarette (not shown), the electronic cigarette includes an atomizer 100 and a battery pack (not shown) electrically connected to the atomizer 100. The atomizer 100 includes an atomizing assembly 10, and a mouth piece assembly 20 detachably connected to the atomizing assembly 10. The battery pack is detachably connected to the atomizing assembly 10. When in work, the battery pack provides a power for the atomizing assembly 10 for the atomizing assembly 10 to heat the tobacco. The smog generated by the tobacco enters the user's mouth via the mouth piece assembly 20.
[0031] Also referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the atomizing assembly 10 includes a housing 11, an electrode 12 assembled to an end of the housing 11, a bracket 13, a heater 14, a tobacco pot 15, and an upper cover 16. The bracket 13, the heater 14, and the tobacco pot 15 are received in the housing 11. The upper cover 16 is assembled an end of the housing 11 away from the electrode 12.
[0032] The housing 11 is substantially a hollow cylindrical structure having two openings on opposite ends of the housing 11. The housing 11 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 1113 which are spaced from each other. Every two adjacent protrusions 1113 form a second intake groove 1112 there-between. The connector pipe 112 is formed at a bottom of the housing 11 and fluidly communicates with the inner chamber of the housing 11. The battery pack is provided with a plurality of first internal threads (not shown) engaging the plurality of first external threads 121. The intake hole 1122 fluidly communicates with the second intake groove 1112. When sucking, outside airflow flows into the electronic cigarette via the intake hole 1122.

[0035] The electrode 12 substantially has a post structure, and is assembled in the connector pipe 112 of the housing 11. Referring to FIG. 4, the inner chamber of the tobacco pot 15 forms an atomizing chamber 151, the sidewall of the tobacco pot 15 defines a pair of ventilation holes 152 which are opposite to each other. The pair of ventilation holes 152 fluidly communicates with the atomizing chamber 151 and the first intake groove 1111, respectively. The atomizing chamber 151 receives tobacco. When the heater 14 works, the heater 14 heats the tobacco pot 15. The heat generated by the tobacco pot 15 and the heater 14 causes the temperature in the atomizing chamber 151 to increase for heating the tobacco. The smoke generated by the tobacco is filled in the atomizing chamber 151. When user inhales, the airflow passing through the intake hole 1122 enters the atomizing chamber 151 via the second intake groove 1112, the first intake groove 1111, and the ventilation hole 152, successively, the generated smog is driven into user's mouth by the airflow. In the illustrated embodiment, the tobacco pot 15 is is made of ceramic.
[0039] In the embodiment, the heater 14 is a heating sheet, the atomizing chamber 151 has a conic structure, and a small opening end of the conic structure of the atomizing chamber 151 is positioned adjacent to the heater 14, causing the molten tobacco to flow along the inner wall of the tobacco pot 15, and reaches the heater 14, thereby enhancing an atomizing efficiency. It can be understood that, in alternative embodiments not shown, the tobacco pot 15 can be a hollow cylindrical structure having an upper opening and a closed lower end. At the time, the heater 14 can be a heating sheet laminated on the internal circumferential surface of the tobacco pot 15 or a heating sheet laminated on the external circumferential surface of the tobacco pot 15, or a heating strip sintered on the sidewall of the tobacco pot 15, which can heat up the tobacco pot 15 for atomizing the tobacco, causing the tobacco to generate smog.

The four exhaust holes 2211 surround the dipping portion 222. It can be understood that, in alternative other embodiments not shown, the number of the exhaust holes 2211 can be at least one. Certainly, it can be understood that the exhaust holes 2211 can be positioned on the dipping portion 222. At the time, the exhaust hole 2211 extends through the upper end surface of the dipping portion 222 and fluidly communicates with the mouth piece 23.
