Abstract:
The present invention is intended to increase the privacy of the user by
providing three walls. The present invention is designed in a semi-circle
fashion to provide privacy on three sides. The present invention also
provides the option to connect two privacy modules front-to-front to
provide privacy on four sides. The present invention also provides the
collapsibility aspect by attaching bungee cord at two points on each of
the five separate units, which make up the structure of the privacy
module, giving the user the quick ease of assembling and disassembling of
structure. The present invention is covered by fabric interlaced with
elastic from end to end on base and crown and is secured at four points,
two at both ends of the crown and two at both ends of the base, by an
elastic loop. The present invention utilizing this means of attaching the
cover makes it extremely fast and easy to attach and detach.Claims:
1. The present invention is a portable semi-circle structure built on
three legs in a base supporting a crown.
2. The present invention is collapsible.
3. The present invention has fewer parts to assemble and disassemble compared to current privacy screens.
4. The present invention provides collapsibility of the legs independent of the base and crown.
5. The present invention provides collapsibility of the base independent of the legs and crown.
6. The present invention provides collapsibility of the crown independent of the legs and base.
7. The present invention provides five major collapsible units which fits together to make one semi-circle structure.
8. The present invention provides four connection points, one on each end of the crown and base, to add auxiliary arms to increase the work area while maintaining privacy.
9. The present invention is covered from the outside by a removable fabric cover interlaced with elastic from end to end on base and crown and is secured at four points, two on the ends of the crown and two on the ends of the base, by two elastic loops.
10. The present invention provides rapid collapsibility and effortless portability.

[0001] The present invention relates to a privacy screen apparatus.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The present invention is in the technical field of furniture. More particularly, the present invention is in the technical field of privacy screens. More particularly, the present invention is in the technical field of portable privacy screens. Currently single privacy screens do not provide privacy on three sides, only one. The present invention will provide adequate privacy on three sides. The current privacy screen being used is termed a port-a-wall (U.S. Pat. No. 6,182,740).
SUMMARY
[0003] The present invention is a privacy apparatus developed to maximize the privacy of the user while standing or sitting within its three borders. The present invention is a portable structure built on three legs in a base supporting a crown. The present invention is collapsible. The present invention has less parts to assemble and disassemble. The present invention provide collapsibility of the legs independent of the base and crown. The present invention provide collapsibility of the base independent of the legs and crown. The present invention provide collapsibility of the crown independent of the legs and base. The present invention provide five major collapsible units which fits together to make one structure.
