Abstract:
The present utility model it is an air conditioner Split type, with
application in environments cooling area, internal humidification system
and water dispersion system in cool mist form to the external environment
aiming to return the water was removal of the environment. Characterized
by an air conditioner Split type (FIG. 2) with addition of a
humidification system that uses metal diaphragms (item 2.g) vibrating at
ultrasonic frequency to create water droplets, producing a cool mist
(item 2.d) to be released in the external environment through the duet
conductor (item 2.m) eliminated by the air conditioner and stored in the
reservoir (item 2.n) located in the lower region of the evaporator unit.
The humidification of the internal environment is controlled by a
humidity meter that, when it reaches a level lower than recommended by
the World Health Organization, dispense water in the form of cool mist,
balancing the humidity in the indoor environment.Claims:
1. "Split type air conditioner with an internal humidification system and
water dispersion system in cool mist form to the external environment"
characterized by an air conditioner Split type with integration of a
humidification system that uses metal diaphragms fluttering ultrasonic
frequency to create water droplets, producing a cool mist that will be
released in the external environment when driving a float sensor on-off
the contact with the water eliminated by the air conditioning unit and
stored in a reservoir located in the lower region evaporating unit.
Humidification of the internal environment is controlled by a humidity
meter that to achieve a level lower than recommended by the World Health
Organization (WHO), dispense water in mist form, balancing, thus, the
relative humidity of the internal environment.Description:
[0001] Descriptive report for a utility model patent application that it
is an air conditioner split type, with application in the refrigeration
field environments, which includes a humidification system that uses
metal diaphragm which vibrates ultrasonic frequency to create droplets
water, producing a cool mist that will be released in the internal and
external environment.
[0002] Currently, the split type air conditioners have evaporators and condensing units (FIG. 1) united by copper tubing that leads the coolant. Its operation ensures an ambient temperature exchange through the air passage through the coil that is inside the evaporator (item 1.a) which, by contact, breaks down to temperature increase, depending on the used cycle, lowering the relative humidity. When the desired temperature is reached takes a reading by a sensor (item 1.b) located in the evaporator which turns off the compressor (item 1.c), causing the equipment to maintain the temperature, any variation in temperature triggers stipulated again the compressor that is responsible for circulating coolant within the system.
[0003] The atmospheric air cooling when crossing the evaporator coil fins makes the overheating water vapor present in the air sucked in the room is condensed. The higher the atmospheric humidity, the greater the amount of produced liquid water, becoming liters per day, causing problems such as water accumulation in inappropriate places, which bring several drawbacks to society as the spread of dengue fever; reducing the relative humidity in the indoor environment, causing difficulty breathing and allergies; and especially distilled water waste, since, according to United Nations (UN), the water reserves of the world can reduce 40% by 2030, it is necessary, therefore, a better mana, gement of this resource, creating measures to return this water to the environment.
[0004] In order to help solve these problems and contribute to reducing, the environmental impact, developed this utility model, consisting of a split air conditioner with humidifier built into its structure, whose main function is to return the water was removed from the internal and external environment for the air conditioning, making the same return in the form of cool mist by the evaporator to the external environment and internal environment through ultrasonic humidification process currently used in portable humidifiers, incorporated into a self adjustable evaporative system, which maintains the relative humidity within the recommended levels for human beings, that is, approximately 60% so that there breathing comfort and feeling of well being.
[0005] The utility model can be better understood through the detailed description, in accordance with the attached figures. FIG. 2 (evaporating unit) is an evaporator unit SE appropriate improvements of utility in the item 2a refers to the humidity meter display which quantities the amount of water in the vapor slate in a particular location; 2.b, temperature display used in current evaporators; 2.c, air vents. The water produced by the air conditioner drains (item 2.f) to a reservoir (item 2.n) at the bottom of the evaporator where the humidification system used in current ultrasonic humidifiers. This system uses metal diaphragm (item 2.g) that vibrate at ultrasonic frequency, similar to elements of a high-frequency speaker, to create a cool fog, silently. The system has a magnetic float sensor on-off (item 2.i), a device is triggered when entering water (item 2.e) in the reservoir (item 2.n), that makes the float up, gravity, and activates the ultrasonic sensors (item 2.g), turning them off automatically when there is a lack of water (item 2.e) in the reservoir. The cold mist produced is released to the outside environment by Duct Cool Mist Conductor (item 2.m).
[0006] Already the mist humidifier's internal environment (item 2.d) is released through the air outlet of the internal humidifier (item 2.j) when the humidity meter (item 2a) achieve a level lower than recommended by the World Health organization (WHO), which states that 60% lower indices are not suitable for Human health. Noting that the air outlet (2.jitem) must be located in the upper front region of the reservoir.
[0007] When the relative humidify is critically low, or even very high there may be problems, especially respiratory. With very low humidity (less than 60%), allergies, sinusitis, asthma and other diseases tend to worsen. Already, when the relative humidity is very high (80%) can arise fungi, molds, molds and dust mites.
[0008] In FIG. 3 illustrates a mounted evaporator profile, which shows the result of improvement of utility, the evaporator due to the changes seen in profile wall mount (item 3.a), which can be seen the duct conductor of cool mist (item 3.c) to the external environment by returning the water or fog to p environment from which it was removed. Importantly, the duct cool mist conductor must have a 90.degree. angle as shown (item 3.e) to prevent cool mist again be condensed and causing dripping.
