Abstract

A novelty replica outhouse that includes: a base; a lower replica outhouse mounted on the base; an upper platform above the lower replica outhouse; an upper replica outhouse mounted on the upper platform; an upper sleeve for placement around the upper replica outhouse; and a lower sleeve for placement around the lower replica outhouse. The novelty replica outhouse further includes a first miniature door on the lower replica outhouse; and a second miniature door on an upper replica outhouse. The upper replica outhouse preferably includes a roof and a miniature ladder leading to the upper platform.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of Invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a novelty replica outhouse used for entertainment purposes.

Description of Related Art

[0002] Many individuals use novelty items as a means to decorate or show enthusiasm for a particular interest. In particular, such novelty items are especially used with respect to sport teams. Various types of novelty items are used to associate with sports teams and to show general fan enthusiasm. Such items may be in the form of various household goods; vehicle attachments in the form of banners, license plates or stickers; clothing; furniture; phones; and other accessories. Numerous items have been incorporated with sports themed decorations for use by a consumer. Occasionally many of these sporting teams have rivalries in the form of heated competitions between particular teams. These sports rivalries therefore create historic division and fanaticism. Such rivalries are present in many leagues between particular teams such as NFL teams, NBA teams, college teams, and therefore certain paraphernalia has been developed to address the fanaticism associated with each rivalry.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The present invention relates to a novelty replica outhouse that includes: a base; a lower replica outhouse mounted on the base; an upper platform above the lower replica outhouse; an upper replica outhouse mounted on the upper platform; an upper sleeve for placement around the upper replica outhouse; and a lower sleeve for placement around the lower replica outhouse. The novelty replica outhouse further includes a first miniature door on the lower replica outhouse; and a second miniature door on an upper replica outhouse. The upper replica outhouse preferably includes a roof and a miniature ladder leading to the upper platform.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0005] The present invention relates to a novelty outhouse replica that in essence creates a rivalry based novelty item. This replica includes a base with a lower replication of an outhouse and an upper replication of an outhouse that symbolizes a distinction between two particular teams. Sleeves are provided to slide over each outhouse that represent a particular sporting team. Ideally, a user's favorite team is positioned at the upper outhouse in the form of sleeve attachment and a rival team is placed over the lower outhouse creating a gag gift or novelty piece for a user. The sleeves slide over the outer surface of the outhouse so the configuration could be interchangeable between sports teams as needed and further may be integrated with various types of leagues such as an NFL, NBA, MLB or other leagues thus associating in particular configuration of a particular league and rivalry.

[0006] In reference to FIG. 1, a novelty replica outhouse is depicted. This replica includes a lower replica outhouse 32 and an upper replica outhouse 30. The lower outhouse 32 is mounted on a base 15 as shown and includes a door 12. The upper replica outhouse 30 includes door 10 and is mounted on an upper platform 13. Other accessories associated with this replica outhouse includes a ladder 25 extending up to the upper platform 13. A pitch roof 35 is provided on the upper replica outhouse 30. A sleeve is available to place over each outhouse that is representative of a particular sporting team.

Claims

1. A novelty replica outhouse comprising of: a base; a lower replica outhouse mounted on the base, wherein the lower replica outhouse is adapted to receive a first image on an outside surface; a single entrance for the lower replica outhouse void of any other openings; an upper platform above the lower replica outhouse; an upper replica outhouse mounted on the upper platform, wherein the upper replica outhouse is adapted to receive a second image on an outside surface, wherein the lower replica outhouse and upper replica outhouse are aligned to create a column; a single entrance for the upper replica outhouse void of any other openings; a pitched roof covering the upper replica outhouse; and a miniature ladder leading to the upper platform.

2. The novelty replica outhouse according to claim 1, further comprising a first miniature door on the lower replica outhouse; and a second miniature door on an upper replica outhouse.

3. The novelty replica outhouse according to claim 1, where the upper replica outhouse includes a roof.
