Abstract:
The present invention relates to the skin cleansing device with plurality
of cleansing element, wherein the plurality of cleansing element
comprises plurality of microfiber element. The plurality of microfiber
element absorbs the pollutants from the tiny pores of the user skin and
prevents the scattering of the pollutants from the tiny pores onto the
user skin. The present invention also eliminates the need of using any
harmful cleansing lotion during the skin cleansing process as it enables
the user to just moisturise the plurality of microfiber elements with
water for absorbing the pollutants.Claims:
1. A cleansing head of a skin cleansing device, wherein the cleansing
head comprises: at least one cleansing element, connected to a base of
the cleansing head, wherein the cleansing element comprises: a stable
element, wherein a first end of the stable element is coupled to the base
of the cleansing head; a plurality of microfiber element, wherein a first
end of the plurality of microfiber element is coupled to the second end
of the stable element and a second end of the plurality of microfiber
element is enabled to contact the user skin wherein shape of the second
end of plurality of microfiber element is different from shape of first
end of plurality of microfiber element, wherein the stable element
provides stability to the plurality of microfiber element for preventing
the scattering of plurality of microfiber element, while cleansing the
user skin, and enables the second end of the plurality of microfiber
element contacts the user skin efficiently for better cleansing purposes.
2. The cleansing head of the skin cleansing device of claim 1, wherein the base of the cleansing head is made up of at least one of elastomers, polypropylene, SAN and ABS.
3. The cleansing head of the skin cleansing device of claim 1, wherein the base of the cleansing head comprises the plurality of holes so as to enable the coupling of the first end of the stable element.
4. The cleansing head of the skin cleansing device of claim 1, wherein the stable element of the cleansing element is made up of at least one of thermoplastic elastomers, plastic, natural polyisoprene, 4-polyisoprene, synthetic polyisoprene and polybutadiene.
5. The cleansing head of the skin cleansing device of claim 1, wherein the plurality of microfiber element of the cleansing element is made up of at least one of polyester, polyamides such as nylon, kevlar, nomex, trogamide, conjugation of polyester, polyamide and polypropylene.

The cleansing head of the skin cleansing device of claim 1, wherein the base of the cleansing head is coupled to the first end of the stable element by at least one of the bonding agent adhesive, glue, epoxy and binder using at least one method inserted, tagged, stapled, vulcanized or moulded together using pressure, temperature, chemistry or combination of these.

The cleansing head of the skin cleansing device of claim 1, wherein the plurality of microfiber element is coupled to the stable element by at least one of the bonding agent adhesive, glue, epoxy and binder using at least one of the method mounted, attached, bonded, inserted, tagged, stapled, vulcanized or moulded together.
8. The cleansing head of the skin cleansing device of claim 1, wherein the shape of the first end of the plurality of microfiber element is at least one of cylinder, cube, cuboid, sphere and square.
9. The cleansing head of the skin cleansing device of claim 1, wherein the shape of the second end of the plurality of microfiber element is at least one of cylinder, cube, cuboid, sphere, triangular prism, hexagonal prism, dome and square.

The method of assembling components of a cleansing head of a skin cleansing device, the method comprises: coupling a first end of a stable element to a base of the cleansing head; coupling a first end of plurality of microfiber element to a second end of the stable element, thereby enabling the second end of the plurality of microfiber element to contact the user skin and wherein shape of the second end of plurality of microfiber element is different from shape of first end of plurality of microfiber element; wherein the stable element provides stability to the plurality of microfiber element for preventing the scattering of plurality of microfiber element, while cleansing the user skin, and enabling the second end of the plurality of microfiber element contact the user skin for better cleansing purposes.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the base of the cleansing head is made up of at least one of elastomers, polypropylene, SAN and ABS.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the base of the cleansing head comprises the plurality of holes so as to enable the coupling of the first end of the stable element.
13. The method of claim 10, wherein the stable element of the cleansing element is made up of at least one of thermoplastic elastomers, plastic, natural polyisoprene, 4-polyisoprene, synthetic polyisoprene and polybutadiene.
14. The method of claim 10, wherein the plurality of microfiber element of the cleansing element is made up of at least one of polyester, polyamides such as nylon, kevlar, nomex, trogamide, conjugation of polyester, polyamide and polypropylene.

The method of claim 10, wherein the base of the cleansing head is coupled to the first end of the stable element by at least one of bonding agent adhesive, glue, epoxy and binder using at least one method inserted, tagged, stapled, vulcanized or moulded together using pressure, temperature, chemistry or combination of these.

The method of claim 10, wherein the plurality of microfiber element is coupled to the stable element of the cleansing element by at least one of bonding agent adhesive, glue, epoxy and binder using at least one of the method mounted, attached, bonded, inserted, tagged, stapled, vulcanized or moulded together.
17. The method of claim 10, wherein the shape of the first end of the plurality of microfiber element is at least one of cylinder, cube, cuboid, sphere and square.
18. The method of claim 10, wherein the shape of the second end of the plurality of microfiber element is at least one of cylinder, cube, cuboid, sphere, triangular prism, hexagonal prism, dome and square.
Description:
BACKGROUND
[0001] A healthy skin is an important aspect of the human beauty. With increasing pollution and changing lifestyle, small particles of pollutants inhabiting bacteria accumulate into the numerous tiny pores of the human skin which makes the skin dull. For proper care of the skin, cleansing these tiny pores of skin is inevitable which makes the skin glow. Presently, there are plenty of skin cleansing devices available which enables the user to clean these tiny pores of the skin. These skin cleansing devices consists plurality of cleansing element which cleans the tiny pores of the user skin by removing pollutants from them. Usually, the arrangement of the cleansing element with the skin cleansing device is such that its first end is connected to the head of the skin cleansing device and its second end contacts with the user skin. Since, the plurality of cleansing element is usually made up of a flexible material therefore these bends and scatters over the user skin during the skin cleansing process. This scattering of the cleansing element causes the scattering of the removed pollutants from the tiny pores onto the user skin. Also, such cleansing devices use a cleansing lotion for removing the pollutants, wherein the chemically made cleansing lotion causes adverse reactions on the user sensitive skin.
[0002] Thus, there remains a need to eliminate the above mentioned shortcomings in the existing prior arts. Therefore, the present invention facilitates the user to have a skin cleansing device with plurality of cleansing element, wherein the plurality of cleansing element comprises the plurality of microfiber element. The plurality of microfiber element absorbs the pollutants from the tiny pores of the user skin and prevents the scattering of the pollutants from the tiny pores onto the user skin. The present invention also eliminates the need of using any harmful cleansing lotion during the skin cleansing process as it enables the user to just moisturise the plurality of microfiber elements with water for absorbing the pollutants.
SUMMARY
[0003] The main objective of present invention is to provide a skin cleansing device which eliminates the shortcomings of the prior art and facilitates the user to clean the tiny pores of the user skin efficiently.
[0004] In order to achieve the above mentioned objective, the present invention provides a skin cleansing element having a head and a handle. The head and/or handle may be made in oscillating or non-oscillating configurations. The head comprises plurality of cleansing element coupled to its base. The plurality of cleansing element comprises a stable element and plurality of microfiber element wherein the first end of the stable element is coupled to the base of the cleansing head and the second end of the stable element is coupled to the first end of the plurality of microfiber element thereby enabling the second end of the plurality of microfiber element to contact with the user skin.
[0005] Moreover, the stable element provides stability to the plurality of microfiber element wherein the plurality of microfiber element is enabled to absorb the pollutants such as oil & dirt inhabiting the bacteria from the tiny pores of the user skin and thus increases the efficiency of the skin cleansing device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0008] Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiment(s) of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Whenever possible, the same reference numerals will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like parts.
[0009] FIG. 1 illustrates the side view of the skin cleansing device 10 having a handle 12, a cleansing head 14 coupled with plurality of cleansing element 16. Wherein, the skin cleansing device 10 comprises a cleansing head 14 coupled to the plurality of cleansing element 16.

Moreover, the stable element 18 provides stability to the plurality of microfiber element 20 wherein the plurality of microfiber element 20 enters the tiny pores of the user skin to absorb the pollutants such as oil & dirt inhabiting the bacteria. The direct absorption of the pollutants eliminates the risk of scattering the pollutants from the tiny pores onto the user skin which usually causes more contamination to the user skin, thus increasing the efficiency of the skin cleansing device 10.
[0011] With reference to FIG. 1, the skin cleansing device 10 having a handle 12, a head 14 coupled with a base 15, wherein the handle 12, head 14 and base 15 are made of at least one of elastomers, polypropylene, SAN and ABS and are of various sizes and shapes. The handle 12 enables the user to firmly grip the skin cleansing device 10 and the head 14 coupled with base 15 has plurality of holes to couple plurality of cleansing element 16. The head and/or handle may be made in oscillating or non-oscillating configurations.
[0012] With reference to FIG. 2, the plurality of cleansing element 16 comprises: a stable element 18 and plurality of microfiber element 20. The stable element 18 is made up of at least one of thermoplastic elastomers, plastic, natural polyisoprene, 4-polyisoprene, synthetic polyisoprene and polybutadiene and the plurality of microfiber element 20 are made up of at least one of polyester, polyamides such as nylon, kevlar, nomex, trogamide, conjugation of polyester, polyamide and polypropylene wherein the stable element 18 & plurality of microfiber element 20 are of various sizes and shapes. The element-18 can be made in different shapes, volume and geometry, of various biocompatible materials and flexibility.
[0013] The plurality of microfiber element 20 comprises first end 20a and second end 20b wherein the shape of first end 20a is different from the shape of second end 20b. The shape of first end 20a of plurality of microfiber element 20 is at least one of cylinder, cube, cuboid, sphere and square and the shape of second end 20b of plurality of microfiber element 20 is at least one of cylinder, cube, cuboid, sphere, triangular prism, hexagonal prism, dome and square. The shape of the second end 20b enables the plurality of microfiber element 20 to enter the tiny pores of the user skin, wherein the plurality of microfiber element 20 absorbs the tiny particles of pollutants such as oil and dirt inhabiting the bacteria. The direct absorption of the pollutants from the tiny pores eliminates the risk of scattering the pollutants from the tiny pores onto the user skin which usually causes more contamination to the user skin. Also the skin cleansing device 10 do not require a cleansing lotion to clean the tiny pores of the user skin, its plurality of microfiber element 20 are enabled to work efficiently with little moisture of water.
[0014] With reference to FIG. 2 the user (not shown) initially couple the first end 20a of plurality of microfiber element 20 to a second end 18b the stable element 18 by at least one of the bonding agent adhesive, glue, epoxy and binder using at least one of the method mounted, attached, bonded, inserted, tagged, stapled, vulcanized or moulded together. Thereafter, the user couples the first end 18a of a stable element 18 to a base 15 of the cleansing head 14 by at least one of the bonding agent adhesive, glue, epoxy and binder using at least one method inserted, tagged, stapled, vulcanized or moulded together using pressure, temperature, chemistry or combination of these. Subsequently, the user couples the cleansing head 14 to the skin cleansing device 10.
[0015] In a preferred embodiment, the user moisturises the skin to be cleaned and actuates the skin cleansing device 10. Thereafter, the user places the head 14 onto the skin wherein the plurality of cleansing element 16 coupled with head 14 enables the second end 20b of its plurality of microfiber element 20 to contact the user skin. The stable element 18 of the plurality of cleansing element 16 provides the stability to the plurality of microfiber element 20 and thus prevents its bending and scattering onto the user skin. The second end 20b of the plurality of microfiber element having at least one of the shape, cylinder, cube, cuboid, sphere, triangular prism, hexagonal prism, dome and square is enabled to enter into the tiny pores of the user skin for absorbing the pollutants such as oil and dirt inhabiting bacteria from them.
[0016] Although the exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been described for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate the skin cleansing device 10 with plurality of cleansing element 16 which absorbs the pollutants and prevents the scattering of the pollutants onto the user skin and also eliminates the need of using any harmful cleansing lotion during the skin cleansing process for providing better skin cleansing.
