Description:
BACKGROUND
[0001] Field of Invention
[0002] The disclosure relates to a de-stress and comfortable sole structure of high-heeled shoes. More particularly, the disclosure relates to a technology that can improve unwell feelings of body and legs caused by wearing high-heeled shoes. This de-stress and comfortable sole structure can meet the functions of practicing the feet's dynamic movement.
[0003] Description of Related Art
[0004] High-heeled shoes has been a mark and a representative of a special symbol of female. Actually, the high-heeled shoes as the representative of the special symbol reflect a strong pursuit to the beauty, including sexy, of human's behavior, a culture of good things, and exquisite material for people.
[0005] When a woman wears high-heeled shoes, since the weight center moves back, the legs are accordingly stretched, the buttock are contracted, and the breast moves up and forward. When the body is stand upright, the visual femininity is strengthened, and the perfect female line is highlighted. Accordingly, the woman's standing and walking posture are full of charm to increase self-confidence of women. However, the following drawbacks and dangers may occur.
[0006] 1. The most toured part for wearing high-heeled shoes is feet. When high-heeled shoes are worn, 60% of body weight is supported by the anterior sole of feet. Since the feet soles cannot provide a supporting forward momentum, the support of the forward force is provided by shaped vamps. Therefore, when the anterior soles of feet are limited in the shoes, the stress will be focused on toes, and the balls of feet near the big toe joints will take over the support dynamic power. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional diagram showing the shoe's sole 6 has a slightly arced supporting area 61 corresponding to the ball of foot at the big toe joint. However, in FIG. 6, when the ball of foot of the big toe joint presses down to apply force, since the slightly arced supporting area 61 cannot release the stress through the ball area of foot, the sole of foot will be squeezed by the focusing force. Thus, the ball area of the foot and the shoe sole 6 will excessively rub to cause callus growth on the ball area of the foot and the central of the foot sole. In addition, the big toe may turn outward caused by squeezing the foot sole, and the big toe joint may be swollen and inflammation.
[0007] 2. Many women suffer from a long term squeezing to obtain hammer toes. The middle joints of toes are deformed caused by often bending.
[0008] 3. The dorsum of foot is numb and pain caused by over pulling the tendon of extensor digitorum in the ankle. The phenomenon usually includes damage of Achilles tendon and ankle. Achilles tendon attaches on the calf and foot bones. Wearing high-heeled shoes lifts the heels off the ground, and the Achilles tendon is buckled under pressure for a long time to be denatured, swollen, and inflammation. Therefore, the legs will feel pain after stretching the legs.
[0009] 4. After wearing high-heeled shoes, the force line of the weight loading of human bodies are significantly changed. Pelvis is forward, and waist is backward. This situation results in backward extension of the waist, contraction and tension of the dorsal muscles, and forced straightening of the lumbar facet joint and joint capsule. After a long time, the joint capsules and the dorsal muscles are strained to cause low back pain. In addition, the curvature of the spine is also changed. The is spinal nerves are oppressed caused by the tension of the dorsal muscles. Therefore, the patient suffers pain and numb from waist to the feet and lower limb cold.
[0010] 5. Long time standing by wearing high-heeled shoes, especially for the salesmen and receptionists, they usually need to stand straight for all day long. Waist hip thigh muscles intensely oppressing the lumbosacral nerve can cause low back pain. After a long time, the lumbar nerve and the hip nerve are oppressed to cause sciatica.
[0011] Therefore, in view of the drawbacks of the existed structure, the inventors develop a de-stress soles and comfortable structure of high-heeled shoes by the many-year manufacturing and design experience and knowledge in the related fields and ingenuity.
SUMMARY
[0012] A main aspect of this invention is to provide a de-stress and comfortable sole structure of high-heeled shoes to improve the drawback of supporting the body weight by the anterior soles of feet to cause the forward pressure of vamp focusing on toes and hinder the foot stress transferring. The technology mainly makes a ball of the foot to be located in one stamping surface to uniformly disperse the pressure of the sole of feet to reach the effect of effort saving, smooth, and pressure dispersing. Therefore, the dynamic movement of the feet can be met, like the foot prints of walking on beach, to improve the uncomfortable feelings of body and feet caused by wearing high-heeled shoes.
[0013] The main aspects and functions are accomplished by the following technical means.
[0014] The high-heeled shoes each mainly comprises a base, a middle pad, a surface layer, a vamp, and a heel. A bearing area recessed downwards is disposed at a position on the middle pad for receiving ball of foot. Therefore, when a user wearing the high-heeled shoes uses the anterior sole of foot to support the body weight thereof, the ball of foot will sink to be lower than a horizon of the anterior sole of foot. Accordingly, the higher outer side and the lower inner side of the guiding pathway of foot's moving stress can be satisfied to increase the comfortable feeling of the walking and do not cause the injuries of the legs and spine.
[0015] In the de-stress and comfortable sole structure of a high-heeled shoe above, the middle pad has a big toe receiving part located correspondingly to a big toe of a human's foot, and the big toe receiving part connects the bearing area and is recessed according to the shape of the big toe.
[0016] In the de-stress and comfortable sole structure of a high-heeled shoe above, the bearing area is smoothly connected with the peripheral thereof and extending to the outer side of the middle pad to form an is inclined stamping surface.
[0017] In the de-stress and comfortable sole structure of a high-heeled shoe above, the surface layer is adhered on the middle pad for contacting the sole of a foot. The surface layer is comformal with the shape of the middle pad.
[0018] In the de-stress and comfortable sole structure of a high-heeled shoe above, the base and the heel are formed as one piece, or separately formed but combined together by adhering or nailing

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0025] To more completely and clearly illustrate the technical means and effects of this invention, the detailed descriptions are set forth below. Please refer to the disclosed figures and the reference numbers.
[0026] First, FIG. 1-3 are diagrams showing a de-stress and comfortable sole structure of a high-heeled shoe according to this invention. The de-stress and comfortable sole structure mainly comprises a base 1 having a lower part, for supporting the anterior sole of foot, rising up to a higher part, for supporting the poster heel. A heel 2 is disposed under the base 1, and a middle pad 3 is disposed on the base 1. A surface layer 4 is disposed on the middle pad 3 for contacting a foot's sole of a human body. A vamp 5 is combined with the external of the base 1.
[0027] The middle pad 3 has a bearing area 31 recessed downwards for receiving ball of foot T, and the bearing area 31 is smoothly connected to the periphery thereof. The surface layer 4 is conformal with the middle pad 3 and combined with the middle pad 3.
[0028] Before illustrating the instructions for use, the guiding pathway of foot's moving stress is explained first, please refer to the arrows in FIG. 4. When pace is taken, the heel A will land first, and the foot's sole will then contact the ground. When the pace moves forward to lift the foot, the heel will be gradually raised to let the outside of the foot to be turned forward. Therefore, the stress is from arrow a1 to the landing site of a little toe C (called as cross-bow) of a foot sole B. The landing sites is bear the body's weight and conduct the stress. The stress follows from the arrow a2 to a big toe D to do a screwed into action. At this time, the stress is conducted to the lower position, and further conducted to the lowest landing site (i.e. the big toe D). As the step is continuously advanced and the heel is continuously raised, the stress is conducted follow the direction of arrow a3 to kick out the big toe D and the big toe D is thus off the ground to complete a full dynamic walking.
[0029] Please refer to FIG. 3. When a user wearing high-heeled shoes, the foot soles are conformed with the arc curves of the high-heeled shoes. The anterior soles of the feet support 60% of the body weight. When a ball of the foot T stamps down, the ball of the foot T is below the level of the anterior sole of foot to be sunk down to fall into the bearing area 31. Furthermore, since the bearing area 31 is smoothly connected with the peripheral area thereof to form an inclined stamping surface 32 on outer side of the middle pad 3, the anterior sole of the foot can slightly incline inward. Therefore, the higher outer side and the lower inner side of the guiding pathway of foot's moving stress can be satisfied to increase the comfortable feeling of the walking and do not cause the injuries of the legs and spine.
[0030] Moreover, when a user wears the high-heeled shoes of this disclosure to walk, the balance of gravity center and the increase of stability can be reached. Generally, when a person stands, three points, i.e. the roots of the first and the fifth metatarsus as well as the calcaneus, are used as the supporting points. However, the design in this disclosure are different from the above 3 supporting points. When the ball of foot is sunk into the bearing area 31 smoothly connected with the peripheral thereof to form an inclined stamping surface 32, as shown in FIG. 2, the weight center of the anterior sole of foot can be balanced by contacting the inclined inward surface. Therefore, the stability of walking or standing can be increased to be beneficial to the application angle of the foot sole on the ground and decrease the fatigue of the leg muscle.
[0031] In addition, please refer to FIG. 5. In order to let the toes more comfortable when the high-heeled shoes are worn, a big toe receiving part 33 connecting the bearing area 31 is disposed on a position of the middle pad 3 corresponding to the big toe D. The big toe receiving part 33 is recessed with the shape of the big toe D.
[0032] In light of the foregoing, voluntary females are requested to perform the test of walking shopping, getting up and down stair, and wearing for a long time to obtain the personal experiences. There are 10 females received the tests. The common feelings are described below.
[0033] 1. It is very comfortable to stand on ground and walk.
[0034] 2. The fatigue as whole is decreased very much.
[0035] 3. It is less sour and ache after standing for a long time.
[0036] 4. The stress on the lumbar is less than before.
[0037] As described above, it can be known that this invention, comparing with the conventional structures, has the following advantages.
[0038] 1. When the ball of foot is sunk into the bearing area, the first metatarsus can be played inward. Then, the leg as a whole can be observed that the first metatarsus is almost aligned with the shin bone to form a stretched straight line to modify the line of the lower body.
[0039] 2. The ball of foot sunk in the bearing area can correct the sole of foot to decrease the stress on the arch and the stretched state of the arc when the sole is rotated inward.
[0040] 3. The ball of foot sunk in the bearing area can correct the sole of foot to avoid the sole from rotating outward. The almost straight legs while walking can avoid the heel from turning outward.
[0041] 4. The junction between the sole and the vamp is a dead space that cannot accommodate toes. In this invention, a big toe receiving part is disposed to maintain the beautiful line of legs and increase the use u) volume inside the shoes. Moreover, the big toe receiving part expands the volume inside the shoes can increase the supporting area of the big toe and decrease the stress from the vamp on the big toe, as well as change the pressing inward angle to decrease the turning outward probability of the big toe.
