Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] Field of Invention

[0002] The present invention relations to a portable bus shelter used to provide shelter for school children.

[0003] Description of Related Art School children normally travel back and forth to elementary and high school by using school buses. Many times school children wait along the road for the school bus to arrive in order to board the school bus and then also return to the same location when returning home. In a large number of instances many of these children wait on school buses on the side of the road without any type of shelter. It is particularly prevalent in rural areas, which normally lack the placement of bus shelters at school bus locations. Due to this lack of shelter or protection many school children are exposed to rain, snow, heat and other elements of the weather while waiting for the school bus. As a consequence, it would be advantageous to have a portable bus shelter that could be used to provide a convenient shelter in the remote areas. Further the portable shelter provides instant shelter for school children while waiting.
