[0021] FIG. 1 is a structural schemetical view of a packing case with a stacking structure according to the first embodiment of the invention. FIG. 2 is a three-dimentional schemetical view of two packing cases with stacking structures before stacking accoding to the first embodiment of the invention. Stacking multiple packing cases with the stacking structure according to the first embodiment of the invention in practical process is understandable.
[0022] Refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2, the first embodiment accoding to the invention including a base 10 and a case body 20 disposed at the base 10.
[0023] A first groove 11 is disposed along a first direction of a bottom of the base 10. In this embodiment, the first direction is x-axis direction of FIG. 1, but not limited hereto in the invention, and the first direction can be any proper direction, ex: the first direction can be a diagonal direction along the base 10. In addition, an amount of the first grooves 11 is not limited as the amount of the first groove shown in FIG. 1, and can be any proper amount, ex: multiple first grooves 11 can be disposed along the first direction, and the multiple first grooves 11 can be arranged at intervals.
[0024] A first card 21 is disposed to match the first groove 11 along the first direction on a top surface of the case body 20. In the embodiment, the first card 21 is fixed on the top surface of the case body 20 by adhering or soldering, but not limited hereto in the invention; the first card 21 can be fixed on the top surface of the case body 20 by screw locking, or fixing the first card 21 on the top surface of the case body 20 by applying any other similar fixing method. In addition, an amount of the first cards 21 is not limited as the amount of the first card shown in FIG. 1, and can be any proper amount, ex: multiple first cards 21 can be disposed along the first direction, and the multiple first cards 21 can be arranged at intervals. Correspondingly, a first card 21 matches a first groove 11.
[0025] To avoid a first groove 11 at a base 10 of a packing case on the top cannot be engaged precisely with a first card 21 on a top surface of a packing case while stacking, preferably a connecting side between the first groove 11 and the bottom of the base 10 is a beveling side 13, and a connecting side between a top surface of the first card 21 and a lateral side is a beveling side 23 in this embodiment.
[0026] In addition, a material applied to the first card 21 is paperboard, foaming material or plastics, but is not limited hereto in this invention that materials applied in the first card 21 can be other proper materials.
[0027] Therefore, during the stacking procedure of the packing cases with stacking structure according to the first embodiment of the invention, a card on a top surface of another packing case is engaged by the groove on the bottom to restrict the packing cases at horizontal direction, and the packing cases won't fall down even encounter adverse factors, ex: quacking, during transporting to protect safety of products effectively and increase working efficiency of loading/uploading and carrying simultaneously.
[0028] FIG. 3 is a structural schemetical view of a packing case with a stacking structure according to the second embodiment of the invention. FIG. 4 is a three-dimentional schemetical view of two packing cases with stacking structures before stacking accoding to the second embodiment of the invention. Stacking multiple packing cases with the stacking structure according to the second embodiment of the invention in practical process is understandable.
[0029] Refer to FIG. 3 to FIG. 4, the first embodiment accoding to the invention includes a base 10 and a case body 20 disposed at the base 10.
[0030] A first groove 11 is disposed along a first direction of a bottom of the base 10 and a second groove 12 is disposed along a second direction of the bottom of the base 10, wherein, the first groove 11 and the second groove 12 are cross-disposed correspondingly. In this embodiment, the first direction is x-axis direction of FIG. 3 and the second direction is y-axis direction of FIG. 3, but not limited hereto in the invention, and the first direction and the second direction can be any proper directions, ex: the first direction can be a diagonal direction along the base 10, and the second direction can be the other diagonal direction along the base 10. In addition, an amount of the first grooves 11 and the second grooves 12 is not limited as the amount shown in FIG. 3, and the amount of the first grooves 11 and the second grooves 12 can be any proper amount, ex: multiple first grooves 11 can be disposed along the first direction, which arranged at intervals, and multiple second grooves 12 can be disposed along the second direction, which arranged at intervals, wherein, the first groove 11 and the second groove 12 are cross-disposed correspondingly.
[0031] A first card 21 is disposed to match the first groove 11 along the first direction on a top surface of the case body 20, and a second card 22 is disposed to match the second groove 12 along the second direction on the top surface of the case body 20, wherein, the first groove 11 and the second groove 12 are cross-disposed correspondingly. Preferably, the first card and the second card are integrated molding, and in other words, the first card 21 and the second card 22 show in crisscross integrally.
[0032] The first card 21 and the second card 22 are both fixed on the top surface of the case body by adhering or soldering, but not limited hereto in the invention; the first card 21 and the second card 22 can be fixed on the top surface of the case body 20 by screw locking, or fixing the first card 21 and the second card 22 on the top surface of the case body 20 by applying any other similar fixing method. In addition, an amount of the first cards 21 and the second card 22 is not as limited as in FIG. 3 shows, and the first card 21 and the second card 22 can be any proper amount, ex: multiple first cards 21 can be disposed along the first direction, and the multiple first cards 21 can be arranged at intervals; also, multiple second cards 22 can be disposed along the second direction, and the multiple second cards 22 can be arranged at intervals; wherein, every first card 21 and every second card 22 are cross-disposed correspondingly. Correspondingly, a first card 21 matches a first groove 11, and a second card 22 matches a second groove 12.
[0033] To avoid a first groove 11 and a second groove 12 at a base 10 of a packing case on the top cannot be engaged precisely and respectively with a first card 21 and a second card 22 on a top surface of a packing case while stacking, preferably a connecting side between the first groove 11 and the bottom of the base 10 is a beveling side 13, a connecting side between a top surface of the first card 21 and a lateral side is a beveling side 23 in this embodiment, a connecting side between the second groove 12 and the bottom of the base 10 is a beveling side 13, and a connecting side between a top surface of the second card 22 and a lateral side is a beveling side 23.
[0034] In addition, a material applied to the first card 21 and the second card 22 is paperboard, foaming material or plastics, but is not limited hereto in this invention that materials applied in the first card 21 and the second card 22 can be other proper materials.
[0035] Therefore, during the stacking procedure of the packing cases with stacking structure according to the second embodiment of the invention, a crisscross card on a top surface of another packing case is engaged by the crisscross groove on the bottom to restrict the packing cases at horizontal direction, and the packing cases won't fall down even encounter adverse factors, ex: quacking, during transporting to protect safety of products effectively and increase working efficiency of loaing/uploading and carrying simultaneously.
[0036] Although the present invention with reference to certain preferred embodiment shown and described the present invention, but persons of ordinary skill in the art will be understood that the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention limits the scope of the case and, in this can make various changes in form and detail.
