Abstract:

A Tote Bag (more or less) holding a number of plastic bags. This unit consist of two components: a Holder/Stacker which is were you place the bags. Second component being the actual tote bag--that has an (aperture) front dispensing the bags. The One-Two Digital Touch can be applied one finger and one hand. The unit can be moved anywhere, anytime having straps on either side of the bag. A hook on the strap would be for optional use. As long as the bags are uniformly placed and placed and are a similar size--100% dispensing with ever pull of a bag--anytime, anywhere, home at office, etc.

Claims:

1. The Plastic Bag Dispenser is a one of a kind genotype receiving and storing bags of similar size to be released at random with One-Two Digital Touch Technology, no entanglement, said dispenser comprising: A Tote Bag (more or less) holding a plurality of plastic bags; this unit consist of two components, a Holder/Stacker which is where the bags are placed (Opened/Ballooned) after accumulation; This is a free standing unit (no permanency necessary), guaranteed to function 100% of the time when you put plastic bags of the same or similar size put uniformly by the seam onto the Holder/Stacker; Second component being the actual Tote Bag that has an aperture in front for dispensing the bags (maximum 45 bags); this unit as a result is light weight, and size wise allows you a move it anywhere, anytime, having two straps, one on each side of the Tote Bag; A hook on one strap for optional use and aiding in hanging in different spots wherever you want, This Tote Bag Carrier can be made to fit the motif of the area you have it hanging in, or buy more than one unit for other places (unit cost can be low).

2. The Plastic bag dispenser as described claim 1 of a kind genotype (Genre). Simple Technology--that is mobile, from home, office, etc. Two components Holder/Stacker, Tote Bag Carrier, Straps and Hook.

3. The plastic Bag Dispenser as described in claim 1 the Holder/Stacker is a free standing unit holding a plurality of bags in an open (Ballooned) fashion.

4. The Plastic Bag Dispenser as described in claim 1& 2 no permanency needed for the Holder/Stacker, this a Free Standing unit, which is where the bags can be placed after accumulation.

5. The Plastic Bag dispenser as described in claim 1 the Free Standing Holder/Stacker can hold more than the maximum number of 45 bags, when used without the Tote Bag Carrier (same size is better for best results).

6. The Plastic Bag Dispenser as described in claim 1 the bags should be placed uniformly by the seam on the Holder/Stacker to get 100% consistent release using One-Two Digital Touch Technology.

7. The Plastic Bag Dispenser as described in claim 1 allows you to use just as much or less space compared to paper stacks bags, "Thinking Green, trees are saved, and no GUTTER CLUTTER".

8. The Plastic Bag Dispenser as described in claim 1 the second component the Tote Bag/Carrier combined with Holder/Stacker gives the unit added mobility, home, office, etc; can be made to blend with decor; light weight material used.

9. The Plastic Bag Dispenser as described in claim 1 Tote Bag Carrier when combined with the Holder/Stacker is a One-Two Digital Touch release (index finger one hand on protruding bag one hand on protruding handle).

10. The Plastic Bag Dispenser as described in claim 1 &6 the Tote Bag Carrier has an aperture in front to facilitate the One-Two Digital Touch Technology-one index finger pulls bag forward, the other hand on the protruding handle.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] Like most of the other inventions, it starts with plastic bags coming from different sources allowing them to accumulate. This clutter gets to be a problem that begs for order. This notion combined with recycling and being "GREEN" brings The Plastic Bag Dispenser into existence.

[0002] I recycle a good many things such as food, clothing, and other items. Something used or abandoned being used for other purposes. In this case the bags can be used for trash, transporting other items, groceries (again) or whatever. "No gutter clutter or ocean pollution" helping the footprint get smaller. "This should appeal to anyone and everyone around the world."

[0003] Only one of this genotype, and genre (simple technology) that is mobile that can be used anytime, anywhere, home, office, etc. Two components comprising; of Holder/Stacker and Tote Bag Carrier. The containers developed to facilitate storage of plastic bags in prior art U.S. patent No.

[0005] My findings show that the afore mentioned inventions do not compare in size, weight and footprint. The plastic bags are not folded, balled up in anyway, instead they opened (ballooned-up) and pulled off the Holder/Stacker by the seam to insure readiness and consistency of use. The bags are dispensed by one index finger pulling the seam of the plastic bag and hand on the handle holding while pulling the bag out (One-Two Digital Touch Technology).

[0006] Holder/Stacker--The free standing part 1, the unit allows up to 45 plastic bags of similar size. These bags need to be placed uniformly with the seams of the bags at the top of the holder on both sides left and right. As a free standing unit the bags can be easily separated by pulling them by the seam off the Holder/Stacker with consistency.

[0007] The Tote Bag Carrier gives added mobility after placing the Holder/Stacker inside the Tote Bag Carrier make sure the seam of the plastic bag is positioned thru the aperture. This allows you to apply the One-Two Digital Touch Technology using index finger (either hand) pull the plastic bag thru the aperture while holding the handle on the base of the Holder/Stacker that protrudes with other free hand.

[0008] For 100% consistency all plastic bags musk be of same or similar size placed (lined up) uniformly by the seam on the top of the Holder/Stacker (see FIG. 5,67,8).

EXPLODED VIEW OF HOLDER/STACKER

Description of Drawing

[0019] An exploded view of Holder/Stacker (from FIG. 1,3,4) showing components and dimensions. This unit constructed by examiners only not necessary for general public.

1) I used a thick piece of cardboard 1/4'' for the base, which we will call "A" dimension being 9'' w×131/2'' long. 2) A piece of cardboard same thickness as part "A" (layer) to the base "B" "41/2×11", I poked 3 holes to align with part "D" using two prong paper clip (ties), see diagram from part "B" I cut out a slit "C' 11/4×11, used to secure (hold down) part "E" (in fitted puzzled fashion). These adaptations were off center leaving the left side of the base "A" with 3'' and 11/2'' on the right side. 3) Part "F" I took some cardboard standard thickness formed a handle 3×6×2 poked 4 holes with the 2 pronged paper clips (tie) I placed (attached)1/2 inch from edge of base "A" the width remaining on base "A" was left side 2'' and 1'' on the right side. 4) Part "D" this part should have 3 holes aligned with "A" and "B" the excess at the bottom (end) serves to support the base from wobbling back and forth. Part "D" is 151/2'' long plus the excess afford mentioned. The area where the 3 holes are 2% long×101/2 width. Additional 1'' pleat (folded) to cushion. The paper ties should be attached from underneath part "A" base and "B" pushing the 3 prongs thru to the top then spread them to stabilize and strengthen base. The width and shape of Part "D" varies 8'' top, 9'', 10,''101/4 toward the bottom. This variety facilitates the dispensing of the plastic bags. There is a hole 1'' from the top to connect a corresponding hole in Part "E" at the top, paper clips, strings, rubber bands, or whatever can be used to tie them together. 5) Part "E" along the same lines as "D" varying in width 14'' in length with excess at the bottom to be slotted in underneath Part "C" with part "C" fitted back in puzzle fashion smuggle in place width of part "E" 8'' top, 9'', 91/2'', 10'', 11'', 101/2'', 11''. The 1'' excess of part "D" will rest over part "C" to support and strengthen from the 91/2'' width down part "E" has pleated pieces to the left side to facilitate the flow of the plastic bags forward while digitally pulling for consistency.

[0020] Consumers will not have to worry with assembly of this unit unless sold in kit form, otherwise there will be only 2 components to The Plastic Bag Dispenser (Holder/Stacker & Tote Bag Carrier).
