Abstract

A one-piece pantyhose garment for preventing rolling down while sitting, standing, or doing anything active provides two over the shoulder straps are provided, and the garment covers the full length of a wearer's body. The two straps prevent the pantyhose from rolling down while sitting, standing or doing anything active. The upper body portion of the one-piece pantyhose is preferably made of a stretchable lycra, spandex, or similar material and retains the the top part of the garment about the wearer's body; the upper portion of the leg is similarly retained about the wearer's, leaving the lower leg portion as sheer material pantyhose.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The invention relates generally to pantyhose and in particular to a one-piece pantyhose garment. Pantyhose generally provide a sheer, close-fitting legwear garment, coving a wearer's body from the waist to the feet. However, wearers are presented with the issue of pantyhose rolling down while sitting, standing, or doing anything active. A one-piece pantyhose with retaining properties would resolve this is issue of rolling down.

[0003] Accordingly, the invention is directed to a one-piece pantyhose garment for preventing rolling down while sitting, standing, or doing anything active. Two over the shoulder straps are provided, and the garment covers the full length of a wearer's body. The two straps prevent the pantyhose from rolling down while sitting, standing, or doing anything active. The upper body portion of the one-piece pantyhose is preferably made of a stretchable lycra, spandex, or similar material and retains the the top part of the garment about the wearer's body; the upper portion of the leg is similarly retained about the wearer's, leaving the lower leg portion as sheer material pantyhose.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0007] Referring now to the invention in more detail, the invention is a one-piece pantyhose garment for preventing rolling down while sitting, standing, or doing anything active. The one-piece pantyhose 10 is comprised of two straps 11, onetop-portion 12, and pantyhose 13. FIG. 1 shows the first exemplary embodiment.

[0008] In the first exemplary embodiment, the one-piece pantyhose 10 covers the full body length and is held up by two straps 11. The two straps 11 are attached to the top-portion 12. The top-portion 12 is preferably made of a stretchable lycra, spandex, or similar material and retains the garment about the top portion of a wearer's body. Similarly, the upper leg portions of the garment are retained about the wearer's legs by the stretchable material. The top-portion 12 is attached to the pantyhose 13. The pantyhose 13 covers the legs and is made of nylon and a mixture of spandex as is standard for sheer pantyhose. Alternative embodiments may feature different material composition.

Claims

1. The One-Piece Pantyhose is a No-Roll One-Piece Pantyhose in which it does not roll down around the waist. The assembly comprising of: A dual shoulder strap for support of the upper-body portion of the garment. The straps containing any assortment of plastic or metal clasping materials, or none whatsoever. A upper body portion including stretchable lycra, spandex, or similar material. A below the upper body pantyhose, attached to the upper body portion. A upper leg pantyhose portion containing additional reinforced stretchy material around the upper thigh area. A lower leg pantyhose portion enclosing the foot, containing or including a sheer or woven material.
