Abstract

A garment includes a main member, a sealing device, and a flexible fabric. The main member includes an outer cloth and a lining attached together to form a space therebetween, and is provided with an opening to be an access of the space. The sealing device is provided on the main member to open and close the opening. The flexible fabric is received in the space of the main member and attached to the outer cloth or the lining, wherein the flexible fabric is provided with a first Velcro device at an outer side thereof. Therefore, the hidden receiving space not only reduces the risk of the items in the receiving space being stolen but increases the wholeness of the garment. In addition, the user can increase the receiving spaces through the attachment of storage devices with second Velcro devices to the first Velcro device.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The present invention relates generally to a garment, and more particularly to a garment having a hidden pocket.

[0004] In order to carry items, garments usually are provided with pockets to receive the items. There are usually small pockets on leisure clothes for fashion design, and large pockets on working suits for carrying tools and accessories.

[0005] Taiwan Utility Model M344750 discloses a working suit having exposed pockets and tool bags, and Taiwan Utility Model M454734 discloses a working suit also, which provides various forms of pockets to carry different kinds of tools.

[0006] However, the prior arts provide the suits with exposed pockets that makes anyone knows that you are carrying some items, and thus increases the risk of your items being stolen. In addition, the exposed pockets make the suits not attractive. Furthermore, such working suits are not suitable for both working and casual activities. In conclusion, the conventional suits need to be improved.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] In view of the above, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a garment with a hidden pocket for both working and casual activities.

[0008] The present invention provides a garment includes a main member, a sealing device, and a flexible fabric. The main member includes an outer cloth and a lining attached together to form a space therebetween, and is provided with an opening to be an access of the space. The sealing device is provided on the main member to open and close the opening. The flexible fabric is received in the space of the main member and attached to the outer cloth or the lining to form a first receiving space, wherein the flexible fabric is provided with a first Velcro device at an outer side thereof.

[0009] With the design of the present invention, the receiving space of the garment is formed within the space between the outer cloth and the lining, which makes the items in the receiving space concealed. Therefore, the hidden receiving space not only reduces the risk of the items being stolen but increases the wholeness of the garment.

[0010] In addition, the first Velcro device on the flexible fabric provides a storage device with a second Velcro device for being attached separable. The user can attach different storage devices to the first Velcro device for different occasions and demands.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0027] As shown in FIGS. from FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a garment 1 of the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a main member 10, a sealing device 20, and two flexible fabrics 30.

[0028] The main member 10 includes an outer cloth 12 and a lining 14 sewed on an inner side of the outer cloth 12. In the present embodiment, the outer cloth 12 is provided with an opening 16, and the opening 16 communicates with a space 18 between the outer cloth 12 and the lining 14.

[0029] The sealing device 20 is attached to the outer cloth 12 and around the opening 16 to open and close the opening 16. The sealing device 20 is a zipper in the present embodiment, including a first teeth band 22 at a left side of the opening 16, a second teeth band 24 at a right side of the opening 16 and a slider 26 meshing together or separating the first teeth band 22 and the second teeth band 24.

[0030] The flexible fabrics 30 are received in the space 18, and each has three sides sewed on the lining 14. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, each flexible fabric 30 has a first (inner) side 31 facing the lining 14 and a second (outer) side 32 facing the outer cloth 12. A first receiving space 51 is formed between the first side 31 and the lining 14, and the unsewn side of the flexible fabric 30 forms an access of the first receiving space S1. On the second side 32 of the flexible fabric 30 a first Velcro device 34 (loop fasteners) is provided.

[0031] The pockets, which is formed by the flexible fabrics 30, of the garment 1 is hidden in the space between the outer cloth 12 and the lining 14, thus no pocket is found on an outside of the garment 1. The garment 1 of the present invention could be suitable to all kinds of activities.

[0032] FIG. 4 shows a second type of the sealing device, which includes a plurality of pairs of snap buttons (stud parts 22A and groove parts 22B), and FIG. 5 shows a third type of the sealing device, which includes several pairs of Velcro devices (loop fasteners 24A and hook fasteners 24B). It is noted that there may be only a pair of the Velcro devices. These sealing devices achieve the same function of opening and closing the opening 16.

[0033] FIG. 6 shows a second type of the pocket, in which the flexible fabric 30 is sewn on the lining 14 at three sides and a middle thereof that forms two first receiving spaces S1 with accesses at the same side (the unsewn side) of the flexible fabric 30. FIG. 7 shows the flexible fabric 30 is sewn at three sides and two diagonal lines. In this type of pocket, the first receiving space Si is smaller, but the pocket is firmer. FIG. 8 shows a fourth type of the pocket, in which the flexible fabric 30 is sewn to form three first receiving spaces S1, one of which is bigger and has an access at a top side, and the other two of which are smaller, and have accesses at a left side.

[0034] The garment 1 of the present invention allows a storage device to be carried as well. FIG. 9 shows the storage device is a coin bag 40, which has a second receiving space S2 to receive money or personal belongings. The coin bag 40 is provided a second Velcro device 42 (hook fasteners) on a back side thereof, therefore the coin bag 40 could be attached to the second side 32, on which the first Velcro device 32 (loop fasteners) is provided, of the flexible fabric 30 to be received in the space 18 (FIG. 10 and FIG. 11). As a result, any extra storage device, which could be attached to the first Velcro device 32, can be stored in the space 18 of the garment 1 of the present invention through the opening 16.

[0035] FIG. 12 and FIG. 13 show another storage device, which is a tool bag 50. The tool bag 50 has a base and a strip sewed on a front side of the base. The strip is sewn at several portions to form a plurality of second receiving spaces S3 for receiving (or hanging) tools. On a back side of the base several second Velcro devices (hook fasteners) 52 are provided to be attached to the second side 32 of the flexible fabric 30.

[0036] In conclusion, the garment 1 of the present invention provides the flexible fabrics 30 in the space 18 between the outer cloth 12 and the lining 14 to form the pockets, therefore no pocket is found on an outside of the garment 1. Furthermore, with the first Velcro devices 34 on the flexible fabrics 30 it may store extra storage devices in the space 18 as long as the storage devices could be attached to the first Velcro devices 34.

[0037] It is noted that the flexible fabrics 30 could be sewn to the outer cloth 12 instead of the lining 14 that has the same function as described above. In addition, the looped Velcro device and the hooked Velcro device could be switched.

[0038] It must be pointed out that the embodiments described above are only some preferred embodiments of the present invention. All equivalent structures which employ the concepts disclosed in this specification and the appended claims should fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A garment, comprising: a main member including an outer cloth and a lining attached together to form a space therebetween, wherein the main member is provided with an opening to be an access of the space; a sealing device provided on the main member to open and close the opening; and a flexible fabric received in the space of the main member and attached to the outer cloth or the lining to form a first receiving space, wherein the flexible fabric is provided with a first Velcro device at an outer side thereof.

2. The garment of claim 1, wherein the sealing device has two teeth bands fixed to the main member and located at opposite sides of the opening and a slider for meshing together or separating the teeth bands.

3. The garment of claim 1, wherein the sealing device includes at least a pair of snap buttons fixed to the main member and located at opposite sides of the opening.

4. The garment of claim 1, wherein the sealing device includes a pair of Velcro devices fixed to the main member and located at opposite sides of the opening.

5. The garment of claim 1, wherein the flexible fabric is sewn to an inner side of the outer cloth or an inner side of the lining.

6. The garment of claim 1, further comprising a storage device having a second receiving space therein, wherein the storage device is provided with a second Velcro device to be attached to the first Velcro device on the outer side of the flexible fabric.
