Embodiment
[0037] The present invention includes a multi-directional reciprocating apparatus movable left and right and a horsing riding apparatus 200 using the same. Hereinafter, the multi-directional reciprocating apparatus will be described with reference to accompanying drawings.
[0038] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the multi-directional reciprocating apparatus according to the embodiment includes a reciprocating unit including a lifting member 30 and a transfer member 20 to move up, down, back, and forth a support 10 and a left-right moving unit 100 mounted on the support 10 to move left and right.
[0039] In other words, the left-right moving unit 100 according to the present invention is mounted on the support 10 according to the related art, and the support 10, the lifting member 30, and the transfer member 20 according to the related art are disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0469645.
[0040] Meanwhile, the left-right moving unit 100 includes a pair of support plates 110 provided perpendicularly to an upper portion of the support 10, a rotational bar B mounted rotatably between the support plate 110 and the support 10, and a left-right transfer unit 120 to move left and right the support plate 110.
[0041] In other words, the support plate 110 is transferred left and right by the left-right transfer unit 120. The support plate 110 is supported by the rotational bar B and transferred left and right like a swing motion.
[0042] In this case, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, one side of the rotational bar B is rotatably mounted on the support plate 110, and an opposite side of the rotational bar B is rotatable mounted on a support bar F fixed to the support 10. In other words, since the support 10 is fixed, the support bar F fixed to the support 10 is in the fixed state. In this case, since the rotational bar B is rotationally mounted between the support bar F and the support plate 10, the rotational bar B performs a swing motion. To this end, the rotation bar B includes a ring-shape housing B1 to receive bearings BRG rotationally mounted on the support bar F and the support plate 110, respectively. In this case, the rotational bar B includes a coupling part B2 coupled between both housings B1 to perform the above-described swing motion.
[0043] Meanwhile, as shown in the drawings, the support bar F includes a vertical part F1 fixed to the support 10 perpendicularly to the support 10 and a horizontal part F2 bent in a horizontal direction from one side of the vertical part F1 so that the bearing BRG is rotationally mounted on the support bar F. In this case, a pair of support bars F may be mounted on each support plate 110, and may include coupling units FS to couple the support bars F interposed between the support plates 110.
[0044] Meanwhile, although the left-right transfer unit 120 may have various structures sufficient to be mounted at one side of the support plate 110 to move left and right the support plate 110 as described above, the left-right transfer unit 120 may include a vertical plate 122 mounted perpendicularly to one side of the support plate 110 to operate together with a support frame 1 as shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 4.
[0045] In this case, the left-right transfer unit 120 may include a driving pulley 123 mounted rotatably on one side of the vertical plate 122, a driven pulley 124 operating together with the driving pulley 123, a transfer bar 125 eccentrically mounted on one lateral surface of the driven pulley 124, and a fixed bar 126 rotatably mounting a portion of the transfer bar 125 and fixed to the support 10.
[0046] In other words, the vertical plate 122 operates together with the support plate 110. The support plate 110 moves left and right as the vertical plate 122 moves left and right.
[0047] To this end, the driven pulley 124 and the transfer bar 125 eccentrically mounted at one side of the driven pulley 124 are provided, and the transfer bar 125 is fixed to the fixed bar 126 fixed to the support 10.
[0048] In other words, when the driven pulley 124 rotates by the driving pulley 123, the transfer bar 125 eccentrically mounted on the driven pulley 124 moves left and right. In this case, since the transfer bar 125 is fixed to the fixed bar 126, the vertical plate 122 moves left and right. Since the vertical plate 122 operates together with the support plate 110, the support plate 110 is finally transferred left and right.
[0049] Through the structure according to the present invention, a saddle mounted on the support plate 110 is transferred left and right.
[0050] Meanwhile, as described above, the vertical plate 122 operates together with the support plate 110. To this end, as shown in drawings, a horizontal plate 121 may be mounted horizontally to a bottom surface of the vertical plate 122 and fixed to the support plate 110.
[0051] In addition, the driven pulley 124 and the driving pulley 123 may indirectly operate together through a belt as shown in drawings, and may operate together through direct coupling such as gear coupling as generally known to those skilled in the art.
[0052] As described above, the driven pulley 124 is rotated by the driving pulley 123. Accordingly, a left-right driving unit 130 may be provided to drive the driving pulley 123.
[0053] The left-right driving unit 130 may have various structures sufficient to rotate the driving pulley 123. As shown in FIG. 4, the left-right driving unit 130 may include a first pulley 131 rotated by external power and mounted on an opposite lateral surface of the vertical plate 122 and a second pulley 132 provided at one side of the first pulley 131 to operate together with the first pulley 131 and directly coupled to the driving pulley 123.
[0054] In other words, as shown in drawings, if the driving pulley 123 and the driven pulley 124 are mounted at the left of the vertical plate 122 in the drawings, the first pulley 131 may be mounted at the right of the vertical plate 122 in drawings.
[0055] In this case, the first pulley 131 may be rotated by external power as described above, and the second pulley 132, which receives power from the first pulley 131, may receive power through the direct coupling scheme such as the gear coupling, or may receive power through the indirect coupling by a belt after the second pulley 132 is mounted at the right of the vertical plate 122 and under the first pulley 131 in the drawings.
[0056] Meanwhile, the second pulley 132 may be directly coupled to the driving pulley 123 as described above. To this end, as shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 4, the second pulley 132 and the driving pulley 123 are mounted to face each other while interposing the vertical plate 122 therebetween. In this case, the driving pulley 123 may have a radius different from that of the second pulley 132 to perform a deceleration.
[0057] As described above, the first pulley 131 is rotated by external power as described above. The first pulley 131 may have various structures sufficient to be rotated by the external power. There may be provided a power cable 134 coupled to the first pulley 131 to drive the first pulley 131.
[0058] The power cable 134 includes a flexible material, such as a wire, as shown in generally known to those skilled in the art to transfer a rotational force. The power cable 134 is mounted inside an external protective member, such as a rubber hose, and rotated by external power.
[0059] The above-described power cable 134 is directly mounted on the first pulley 131 to rotate the first pulley 131 by the rotation of the power cable 134.
[0060] Meanwhile, the external power may be used through various structures. As shown in FIG. 5, a power source 170, such as an electric motor, and a deceleration part 180 coupled to the power source 170 to primarily perform a deceleration operation may be provided.
[0061] In particular, in order to transmit power through the deceleration part 180, the power transmission unit 160 may be included as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
[0062] As shown in FIG. 5, the power transmission unit 160 includes a belt 163 coupled to the deceleration part 180 to transmit power and a rotational pulley 162 to rotate the power cable 134 while the belt 163 is mounted to transmit power.
[0063] In this case, as shown in drawings, the rotational pulley 162 may be mounted on a support bracket 161, and the support bracket 161 may be mounted in various places. Since the power cable 134 includes a flexible material, there is no great limitation in selecting a mounting place of the support bracket 16.
[0064] As described above, power is transmitted from the power source 170 to the driven pulley 124 through the power cable 134. In this case, the rotational ratio is reduced to the ratio of 2:1 based on the power source 170 and the driven pulley 124.
[0065] Hereinafter, a horse riding apparatus 200 using the multi-directional reciprocating apparatus 100 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 7.
[0066] The horse riding apparatus 200 may include saddle support members 210 mounted at both side ends of the support plates 110 in a direction of the support 10 and allowing a saddle S (hereinafter, see FIG. 2) to be mounted thereon, a support bar unit BU having one side mounted at the saddle support member 210 and an opposite side mounted at one side of the support frame 1 of the multi-directional reciprocating apparatus, and a support member 280 mounted in the support bar unit BU to support a user seated on the saddle S.
[0067] In other words, the left-right moving unit 100 according to the present invention is mounted on the support 10 according to the related art, and the support 10, the lifting member 30, and the transfer member 20 according to the related art are disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0469645.
[0068] In other words, the support 10 moves back, force, up, and down by the lifting member 30 and the transfer member 20 according to the related art, so that the saddle S mounted on the support plate 110 and the saddle support 210 moves back, force, up, and down.
[0069] In this case, since the support plate 110 and the saddle support member 210 move left and right by the multi-directional reciprocating apparatus according to the present invention, the saddle S may move in all direction finally.
[0070] Meanwhile, a user is seated on the saddle S. If the user is a person, such as a patient having physical weakness, the user may fall down from the saddle S. Therefore, a support member 280 and a support bar unit BU are provided according to the present invention.
[0071] To this end, one side of the support bar unit B is mounted in the saddle support member 210 so that the support bar unit B move back, force, left, right, up, and down according to the movement of the saddle support member 210, and an opposite side of the support bar unit BU is fixed to the support frame 1.
[0072] As shown in drawings, the support frame 1 may be mounted at one side of the horse riding apparatus according to the related art, and the mounting position of the support frame 1 is not limited.
[0073] Meanwhile, the support bar unit BU may have various structures sufficient to support the support member 280 as described above. However, as shown in drawings, the support bar unit BU may include rear support bars 220 rotatably and perpendicularly mounted at both sides of the saddle support member 210, a front support bar 240 perpendicularly mounted at one side of the support frame 1 of the multi-directional reciprocating apparatus, and a horizontal support bar 230 to couple the rear support bars 220 to the front support bar 240.

[0075] In this case, the horizontal support bar 230 horizontally couples the rear support bar 220 to the front support bar 240. The support member 280 is fixed to one side of the horizontal support bar 230 or the rear support bar 220 to support the user so that the user does not fall down from the saddle S.
[0076] Meanwhile, the horizontal support bar 230 may be mounted vertically or horizontally rotatably about the front support bar 240.
[0077] In addition, the rear support bars 220 may be rotatably mounted at both sides of the saddle support member 210 as described above.
[0078] To this end, the rear support bars 220 may include a pair of support bars 221 and 222 perpendicularly provided in a bar shape at both sides of the saddle support member 210.

[0082] To this end, as shown in drawings, an end 231 of the horizontal support bar 230 is mounted in the bearing BRG mounted at the rear support bar 220 so that the horizontal support bar 230 is rotatable about the rear support bar 220.
[0083] In addition, contact parts between the horizontal support bar 23 and the front support bar 240, that is, connection parts 230A and 240A opposite side to open portions of the substantially C shape can perform a mutually vertical motion or a mutually horizontal motion.
[0084] To this end, there is provided a pin member 250 horizontally mounted at the connection part 240A of the front support bar 240 to allow the up and down rotation.
[0085] In addition, there is provided a hinge member 260 having one side mounted at the pin member 250 and an opposite side mounted at the connection part 230A of the horizontal support bar 230 to allow horizontal rotation.
[0086] In addition, the pin member 250 and the hinge member 260 are mounted at the front support bar 240 and the horizontal support bar 230, respectively, to allow the vertical rotation and the horizontal rotation.
[0087] In other words, as shown in FIG. 7, the pin member 250 includes pin fixing parts 252 mounted at the connection part 240A of the front support bar 240 and a pin 251 interposed between the pin fixing parts 252, so that the pin 251 is rotatable through the pin fixing parts 252.
[0088] In addition, the hinge member 260 includes a pair of fixing plates 261 coupled to the pin 241 while being spaced apart from each other in a height direction thereof, and a rotating part 262 interposed between the fixing plates 261 to rotate horizontally.
[0089] In other words, since the pin 251 vertically rotates, the hinge member 260 mounted at the pin 251 vertically rotates, so that the horizontal support bar 230 vertically rotates about the pin member 250.
[0090] In addition, since the hinge member 260 is mounted at the pin 261 to horizontally rotate left and right, the horizontal support bar 230 may not only be horizontally rotated left and right, but also vertically rotated.
[0091] As described above, according to the multi-direction reciprocating apparatus of the present invention, since the movement is possible up, down, back, forth, left, and right, the vertical rotation and the horizontal rotation is required as described above.
[0092] The back and forth movement can be covered by the up and down direction of the horizontal support bar 230.
[0093] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3, the support member 280 may include a support member body 281 put on by a user and a fixing string 282 provided upward of the support member 281 so that the fixing string 282 is locked with the horizontal support bar 230 or the rear support bar 240.
[0094] In this case, the support member 280 may include a leg insertion part 283 provided under the support member body 281 so that the leg of the user can be inserted into the leg insertion part 283.
[0095] The user can be more safely seated on the saddle S by the support member 280 according to the present invention.
[0096] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 7, the fixing string 282 may be provided on the horizontal support bar 230. To this end, there may be provided a locking port 285 attached to one side of the fixing string 282 and a locking ring 284 mounted on the horizontal support bar 230 so that the locking port 285 is coupled with the locking ring 284.
[0097] Hereinafter, a horse riding method of a user using the horse riding apparatus 200 according to the present invention will be described.
[0098] First, the user seated on the saddle S puts on the support member 280. In this case, the support member 280 is in a fixed state to the horizontal support bar 230 or the rear support bar 220.
[0099] In this case, while the saddle S moves left or right, the multi-directional reciprocating apparatus moves up, down, left, or right by the lifting member 30 and the transfer member 20. Accordingly, the user seated on the saddle S may move up, down, left, or right.
