Abstract:
A Pet bottle forming a cutting guide is developed for easily cutting and
reducing the volume of packing while it is recycling. The bottles form
the trapezoidal shaped, rhombic shaped and inverted trapezoid shaped
comprising that: a main body of bottle consisted of a first portion,
second portion and bottleneck portion; a first cutting surface and second
cutting surface are formed between first and second protruding and third
and fourth protruding for easily cutting along the cutting guide. The
main body of the bottle is separated into the first portion, second
portion and bottleneck portion by cutting along with the first and second
cutting surfaces. So that, the volume of the disposed bottles is reduced
by separating and overlapping the parts, while the plastic bottles are
recycling.Claims:
1. A trapezoidal shaped Pet bottle having a cutting guide for reducing
volume while recycling, the trapezoidal shaped Pet bottle comprising
that: a main body (100) consisting of a first portion (110) and a second
portion (120); said second portion (120) having a trapezoidal
cross-sectional shape, which is gradually increased a diameter from top
to bottom; said first portion (110), which is the lower part of the
bottle, is integrally formed extending from the second portion (120); a
bottleneck portion (130) integrally formed at top of said main body (100)
and formed a thread; a first protruding (110a) formed a triangular convex
edge along with outer periphery of lower first portion (110) of the main
body (100); a second protruding (120a) formed the triangular convex edge
in parallel to the first protruding (110a) with a certain interval; a
first cutting surface (115) formed between the first protruding (110a)
and the second protruding (120a) for easily cutting; wherein the first
protruding (110a) and the second protruding (120a) are guiding a cutter
blade; a third protruding (120b) formed the triangular convex edge along
with the outer periphery between upper second portion (120) and the
bottleneck portion (130); a fourth protruding (130a) formed the
triangular convex edge in parallel to the third protruding (120b) with a
certain interval; a second cutting surface (125) formed between the third
protruding (120b) and the fourth protruding (130a) for easily cutting;
wherein the third protruding (120b) and the fourth protruding (130a) are
guiding the cutter blade; wherein, the main body (100) is separated into
the first portion (110), second portion (120) and bottleneck portion
(130) by cutting along with said first cutting surface (115) formed
between the first protruding (110a) and the second protruding (120a), and
the second cutting surface (125) formed between the protruding (120b) and
the fourth protruding (130a), so that the volume of disposed Pet bottles
having the trapezoidal shape is reduced by overlapping while the plastic
bottle is recycling.
2. A rhombic shaped Pet bottle having a cutting guide for reducing volume while recycling, the rhombic shaped Pet bottle comprising that: a main body (200) forming a rhombic shape, which looks like a barrel having larger diameter in intermediate than that of top and bottom, said main body (200) integrally formed a first portion (210) and a second portion (220); said first portion (210) gradually decreased the diameter from intermediate to bottom; said second portion (220) gradually decreased the diameter from intermediate to top; a bottleneck portion (230) integrally formed at top of the main body (200) including a thread on an outer periphery; a junction formed on the center of the main body (200), which is an intersect of the first portion (210) and the second portion (220); a first protruding (210a) formed along with outer periphery of the junction on the first portion (210); a second protruding (220a) formed along with outer periphery of the junction on the second portion (220) with a certain interval apart from the first protruding (210a); a first cutting surface (215) formed on the junction between the first protruding (210a) and the second protruding (220a); a third protruding (220b) formed along with outer periphery of the second portion (220) on the bottleneck portion (230); a fourth protruding (230a) formed along with the outer periphery of the bottleneck portion (230) with a certain interval apart from the third protruding (220b); a second cutting surface (225) formed between the third protruding (220b) and the fourth protruding (230a); wherein, the main body (200) is separated into the first portion (210), second portion (220) and bottleneck portion (230) by cutting along with said first cutting surface (215) formed between the first protruding (210a) and the second protruding (220a), and the second cutting surface (225) formed between the protruding (220b) and the fourth protruding (230a), due to the symmetry, the first portion (210) and the second portion (220) can be overlapped, so that, the volume of disposed Pet bottles having the rhombic shape is reduced by overlapping while the rhombic shaped plastic bottle is recycling.

An inverted trapezoid shaped Pet bottle having a cutting guide for reducing volume while recycling, the inverted trapezoid shaped Pet bottle comprising that: a main body (300) consisting of a first portion (310) and a second portion (320); said first portion (310) formed the inverted trapezoid shape gradually decreased the diameter from top to bottom; said second portion (320), which is upper part of the bottle, is integrally formed extending from the first portion (310); a bottleneck portion (330) integrally formed at top of the main body (300) including a thread on an outer periphery; a first protruding (310a) formed a triangular convex edge along with outer periphery of upper first portion (310) of the main body (300); a second protruding (320a) formed the triangular convex edge apart in parallel to the first protruding (310a) with a certain interval; a first cutting surface (315) formed between the first protruding (310a) and second protruding (320a) for easily cutting; wherein the first protruding (310a) and the second protruding (320a) are guiding a cutter blade; a third protruding (320b) formed the triangular convex edge along with the outer periphery between upper second portion (320) and the bottleneck portion (330); a fourth protruding (330a) formed the triangular convex edge apart in parallel to the third protruding (320b) with a certain interval; a second cutting surface (325) formed between the third protruding (320b) and the fourth protruding (330a) for easily severing; wherein the third protruding (320b) and the fourth protruding (330a) are guiding the cutter blade; wherein, the main body (300) is separated into the first portion (310), second portion (320) and bottleneck portion (330) by cutting along with said first cutting surface (315) formed between the first protruding (310a) and a second protruding (320a), and the second cutting surface (325) formed between the protruding (320b) and the fourth protruding (330a), so that, volume of the disposed Pet bottles having the inverted trapezoidal shape is reduced by overlapping while the plastic bottle is recycling.
4. A trapezoidal shaped Pet bottle having a severing guidance according to claim 1, further comprising that: said first cutting surface (115) and said second cutting surfaces (125) are formed a groove.
5. A rhombic shaped Pet bottle having a severing guidance according to claim 2, further comprising that: said first cutting surface (215) and said second cutting surface (225) are formed a groove.
6. The inverted trapezoid shaped Pet bottle having a severing guidance according to claim 3, further comprising that: said first cutting surface (315) and said second cutting surface (325) are formed a groove.
Description:
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a plastic bottle forming cutting guide. More particularly, a bottle for containing a liquid substance, such as a water or beverage is configured a cutting guide to easily cut for separating and stacking the bottles.
[0003] Therefore, the volume of disposed bottles could be reduced to minimize the recycling package by cutting and separating the bottles.
[0004] 2. Related Prior Art
[0005] Generally, the PET (Polyethylene Terepthalate) (hereinafter `Pet`) bottle is harmless to the human body. The pet bottle is recyclable, and does not generate a hazardous fume while it is burning.
[0006] In addition, the PET bottle has excellent isolation effect from the carbon dioxide and oxygen, so that it is suitable to store the substance for a long-period without deteriorating its contents. The weight of the Pet bottle is lighter than the glass bottles or the metal cans. The Pet bottle also has properties of the excellent formability and transparency. Thus, it is widely used as a storage container to contain a liquid substance, such as a spring water, beverage, alcoholic beverage and liquid food, etc.
[0007] On the other hand, the Pet bottles are generally made of the plastics, such as a thermoplastic resin. Such a thermoplastic resin will be softened or melted, when the heat is applied to. The molten resin is pouring into a Mold to form various shapes of bottles according to the shape of the Molds. The plastic has a property of formability. However, it will be hardened when the molten thermoplastic resin is cooled down.
[0008] For example, a method of producing Pet bottle by using such a thermoplastic resin is adopted an injection blow molding (Injection Stretch Blow Molding) process. The injection blow molding is applied to produce the hollow products, such as a bottle. This molding method is called a blow molding (Blow Molding). Such the injection blow molding method is generally applied to the thermoplastic resin. There are various Molding methods those are the extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, and injection stretch blow molding.
[0009] As an example, the Republic of Korea Patent Application No. 10-2008-0044663 discloses a background technology, which produces conventional pet bottle by using the thermoplastic resins as described above.
[0010] According to the conventional technology of the Pet bottle, as shown in FIG. 1, a drinking water container (10) is consisted of a main body portion (11), lower containing portion (12), upper tapered portion (13), bottleneck portion (14) and the cap (15). Excluding the cap (15), the Pet bottle is integrally made of thermoplastic transparent resin as a raw material by injection molding process.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0012] However, the PET bottle according to the conventional technology, the hollow portion of the bottle occupies a very large proportion by volume, so it will be bulky packing when it is disposed. There is the disadvantage that a large amount of garbage bag is unnecessarily consumed, and occupied large storage space.
[0013] Further, according to the conventional technology, the discarded PET bottles are collected through many different routes for recycling. At this moment, the bulky volume of the disposed bottles is raised a big problem. The volume of bulky recycling packages will cost to collect and inconvenient to transport.
[0014] The object of the present invention is to solve the above mentioned problem. A main body of the plastic bottle has formed a cutting guide along the outer periphery. The cutting guide is a pair of raised borders and a groove between the raised borders to easily cut along the groove.
[0015] For example, the bottle is configured to easily cut by using a cutting means, such as a knife cutter, so that the separated bottle parts are overlapped to stack a plurality of disposed bottles. Thus, it is continent to handle the bulky empty bottles for recycling.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0016] In order to achieve an object of the present invention, the Pet bottle having a cutting guide is provided, the Pet bottle is comprising that: A trapezoidal shaped Pet bottle having a cutting guide for cutting and reducing the volume while it is recycling, the trapezoidal shaped Pet bottle comprising that: a main body (100) consisting of a first portion (110) and a second portion (120); the second portion (120) having a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape, which is gradually increased a diameter from top to bottom; the first portion (110), which is the lower part of the bottle, is integrally formed extending from the second portion (120); a bottleneck portion (130) integrally formed at top of the main body (100) and formed a thread; a first protruding (110a) formed a triangular pointed convex edge along with outer periphery of lower first portion (110) of the main body (100); a second protruding (120a) formed the triangular pointed convex edge in parallel to the first protruding (110a) with a certain interval; a first cutting surface (115) formed between the first protruding (110a) and the second protruding (120a) for easily cutting; wherein the first protruding (110a) and the second protruding (120a) are safely guiding a cutter blade; a third protruding (120b) formed the triangular pointed convex edge along with the outer periphery between upper second portion (120) and the bottleneck portion (130); a fourth protruding (130a) formed the triangular pointed convex edge in parallel to the third protruding (120b) with a certain interval; second cutting surface (125) formed between the third protruding (120b) and the fourth protruding (130a) for easily severing; wherein the third protruding (120b) and the fourth protruding (130a) are guiding the cutter blade; wherein, the main body (100) is separated into the first portion (110), the second portion (120) and the bottleneck portion (130) by cutting along with the first cutting surface (115) formed between the first protruding (110a) and a second protruding (120a), and the second cutting surface (125) formed between the protruding (120b) and the fourth protruding (130a). So that, the volume of disposed Pet bottles having the trapezoidal shape is reduced by overlapping each other while the plastic bottle is recycling.
[0017] Further, according to a second aspect of the present invention, a rhombic shaped Pet bottle having a cutting guide for reducing volume while it is recycling, the rhombic shaped Pet bottle comprising that: a main body (200) forming a rhombic shape, which looks like a barrel having larger diameter in intermediate than that of top and bottom, the main body (200) integrally formed a first portion (210) and a second portion (220); the first portion (210) gradually decreased the diameter from intermediate to bottom; second portion (220) gradually decreased the diameter from intermediate to top; a bottleneck portion (230) integrally formed at top of the main body (200) including a thread on an outer periphery: a junction formed on the center of the main body (200), which is an intersect of the first portion (210) and the second portion (220); a first protruding (210a) formed along with outer periphery of the junction on the first portion (210); a second protruding (220a) formed along with outer periphery of the junction on the second portion (220) with a certain interval apart from the first protruding (210a); a first cutting surface (215) formed on the junction between the first protruding (210a) and the second protruding (220a); a third protruding (220b) formed along with outer periphery of the second portion (220) on the bottleneck portion (230); a fourth protruding (230a) formed along with the outer periphery of the bottleneck portion (230) with a certain interval apart from the third protruding (220b); a second cutting surface (225) formed between the third protruding (220b) and the fourth protruding (230a); wherein, the main body (200) is separated into the first portion (210), the second portion (220) and the bottleneck portion (230) by cutting along with the first cutting surface (215) formed between the first protruding (210a) and a second protruding (220a), and the second cutting surface (225) formed between the protruding (220b) and the fourth protruding (230a). Due to the symmetry shape of the first portion (210) and the second portion (220), it is possible to be overlapped the separated first and second portions. So that, the volume of disposed Pet bottles having the rhombic shape is reduced by overlapping, while the rhombic shaped plastic bottle is recycling.
[0018] Further, according to the third aspect of the present invention, an inverted trapezoid shaped Pet bottle having a cutting guide for reducing volume while it is recycling, the inverted trapezoid shaped Pet bottle comprising that: a main body (300) consisting of a first portion (310) and a second portion (320); first portion (310) formed the inverted trapezoid shape gradually decreased the diameter from top to bottom; second portion (320), which is upper part of the bottle, is integrally formed extending from the first portion (310); a bottleneck portion (330) integrally formed at top of the main body (300) including a thread on an outer periphery; a first protruding (310a) formed a convex edge along with outer periphery of upper first portion (310) of the main body (300); a second protruding (320a) formed the convex edge apart in parallel to the first protruding (310a) with a certain interval; a first cutting surface (315) formed between the first protruding (310a) and the second protruding (320a) for easily cutting; wherein the first protruding (310a) and the second protruding (320a) are guiding a cutter blade; a third protruding (320b) formed a convex edge along with the outer periphery between upper second portion (320) and the bottleneck portion (330); a fourth protruding (330a) formed the convex edge apart in parallel to the third protruding (320b) with a certain interval; a second cutting surface (325) formed between the third protruding (320b) and the fourth protruding (330a) for easily cutting; wherein the third protruding (320b) and the fourth protruding (330a) are guiding the cutter blade; wherein, the main body (300) is separated into the first portion (310), the second portion (320) and the bottleneck portion (330) by cutting along with the first cutting surface (315) formed between the first protruding (310a) and a second protruding (320a), and the second cutting surface (325) formed between the protruding (320b) and the fourth protruding (330a). So that, the volume of disposed Pet bottles having the inverted trapezoidal shape is reduced by overlapping the separated parts while the plastic bottle is recycling.
[0019] According to the Pet bottle having a cutting guide of the present invention, a pair of the triangular convex borders is formed in parallel along the outer periphery of the bottle body with a certain interval. A cutting surface is formed between the convex borders. For example, the plastic bottle is separated by cutting means, such as a cutter to cut along the cutting groove. Therefore, the volume of the disposed bottles is minimized to easy collect for recycling and the recycling cost can be reduced. In addition to the above objectives, another object of the present invention will be described in detail accompanying with the drawings, and the advantages of the present embodiment is apparently exposed through the description.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0025] Hereinafter, a plastic bottle forming a cutting guide according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
