Abstract

Utility model of men underwear, which comprises, two symmetrical portions with the shell or bag jockstrap which has a bulge or lifting, wherein said jockstrap is framed by a elastic band, supporting the male genitals, its formed by two symmetrical sections that form a summit or apex with projecting upwards two sides, and with a triangular or trapezoidal form based on the convex arch, together determine the framed jockstrap, which is joined with the waistband, made of elastic band. Here include two frontal portions projected outward and limited by the bottom, where leg covered in the part where is joined, by the waistband in band-shape, thus forming an integral garment. Mentioned above seams will carry elastic bands or ribbons and underpants, symmetrically placed in strategic places, a perfect fit giving a proportionate appearance to the wearer comprise both in its back and frontal part, various modalities.

[0001] The present invention, is directly relative to functional men's underwear or underpants, in which a jockstrap pouch is formed to contain both penis and scrotum, but according to the design of the elastic band that conforms it, this underwear or underpants cab be conformed by two pouches, one for the scrotum and the other for the penis, besides, this aims to improve the air permeability and subsequently the sexual health of the user; wherein said functional men's underwear or underpants, includes in one frontal surface of thereof, a functional element and means thereof, in which the mentioned functional element includes; an elastic band which surface or contour is shaped ovoid and it boundaries the pouch that works as a jockstrap and according to its design forms a pouch which is adaptable for the accommodation of the male genitals, providing a comfortable fit of these; equally the elastic band provides a view of adornment, highlight and distinction to them, also as stated above, it improves the air permeability improvement in sexual health benefit of user.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

[0002] In the field of the invention, there are already known similar underwear or underpants to those mentioned above, but those that are already known, basically consists in a vertical waistband and a body that generally has a vertical crotch orifice at the front of it. There is also known a variable of these items which are adjusted in the part of the male genitals, for example to realize any adjustment-related action, willing to provide protection and comfort to the penis and scrotum, underwear or underpants that are known as jockstraps; those that tend to be conformed of different materials for the comfort and protection of the male genitals for instance materials which are solid or hard as are the plastic materials.

[0007] Finally there exists document EP0787438 (Raffalli, Dominique), that particularly discloses the shape of the underpants, the frontal part, so that the border preferably the inner border, its curved from the opening in an arched way, so that the opening is approximately in circular shape, the inferior border can be enhanced with an elastic ribbon, the back and front parts of the underpants are preferably made of knitted or woven elastic materials.

[0008] Therefore, when discribing the present invention it is observed with absolute clarity that there are structural characteristics between this one and the already known underwear completely different, therefore the invention presented here results newfangled and so that is patentable as invention.

Uses, Objet and Advantages of Invention

[0009] The present invention, by way of new industrial product, comprises a novel underwear or underpants, as its different modalities that combine in a single garment the functions of underpants and jockstrap, wherewith the new item can be used in any daily activity, including low impact sports practices, without reserving an specific use but in general the use of a useful undergarment, comfortable and aesthetic; more specifically a pair of jockstrap type underpants which lodges male genitals.

THE INVENTION

[0010] Basically the present invention discloses a newfangled pair of underwear and more specifically underpants that either in the front part as the back part is made from adjustable sectioned clothes, that when joining each other parts through seams or continuous portions through the exterior part in a rounded way causes that this underwear or underpants in addition to the normal use of a garment of this nature, can also work as a jockstrap inasmuch as in its front part a pouch is integrated, framed by a band or an elastic ribbon, which gives origin to a pouch or shell with bulge or lifting and loose anchor, adjusting in a comfortable way the male genitals; the pouch or shell as said before, is lined or framed by a band or elastic ribbon in an oval shape, thereby, the disposal of the ribbon, ergo, it will be the design of the border that defines the pouch or shell of the present invention.

[0011] In the process of elaboration of the present invention, by effectuating the frontal sewing of the underpants lateral parts and joining them to the elastic ribbon to give the oval shape preferably even when not necessarilly to the pouch or shell that can also have a triangular or trapezium shape, the bulge which is formed by the already accommodated male genitals is similar to a summit of irregular hillsides projecting towards the front thereby forming an apex in peak or else a double apex according to the shape of the frontal bulge or lifting, allowing the crotch part to be wide and to form adequate space so that the genitals are not only covered but also firmly supported and sustained in a maner similar to the function that does the bra brassiere with the women's bust.

[0012] The underpants back part can be conventional and varies according to the model of the aforementioned underpants, that can even be "dental floss" type depending as may be stated conventionally or in accordance with the established frontal design, according to the variant of the invention, which will be detailed below; likewise, the back part presents in one of its modalities a pair of springs adequately designed and placed into a central strip, without binding in cloth portion and with seams of the aforementioned front part, without being the width of the "dental floss"; but that may be a spring or thin elastic band that achieves a better fit and back support.

[0013] It is also evident that the underpants of the present invention can be manufactured with any of the known or hereafter elastic stretch type materials without necessarily contemplating another invention, for instance they can be made of nylon, lycra, cotton knits, either alone or combined with any other conventional aterial from those used in the confection of underwear, in the same way the dimensions or sizes of the underpants will be of different measures small, medium, large or extra large; same thing will happen with colors, its diversity will be alike to raw materials diversity, which will result in the quality or durability of the garment.

[0014] In addition to the above, the lifting or bulge, and the adjustable and loose anchor of the male jockstrap underwear or underpants with adjustable elastic band of the present invention, comprises one part of the belt connected to the frontal part of the underpants, specifically from the band or ribbon that constitutes the contour or frame of the jockstrap's bulge or lifting so it can make enough space so that the male genitals are not only covered but also to serve as support, and comfortably sustain the male genitals, this means that, these will be connected in one piece since the front part with the underpants belt, comprises one extreme part of the underpants belt which is connected to the back and the front parts of which comprises an integral part with the user's crotch, in this way they will be connected in a single piece by fusing the back and front parts, and the crotch without presenting any sheathing. Then after, the jockstrap of the present invention is intended to accomodate the penis ant scrotum, keeping them in the desired position.

[0015] The underpants of the present invention are preferably manufactured with stretch type elastic materials allowing a constant tension, the seams are also made of elastic threads, this, not only in its frontal side but wherever seams are carried, to provide a fit presentation, support, comfort and estheticity during its use, since the elastic materials that are used for the manufacture f the present invention underpants, will always be the appropriate and subsequently these materials do not present difficulty its elaboration.

[0016] With the present invention it has been achieved to make underwear or underpants with jockstrap more efficient, so that in the front part lifting may be comfortable and aesthetically held, both penis and scrotum in the adequate position according to the size of the male genitals by the jockstrap's contour or framing, regardless of the body constitution of the user.

[0017] To manufacture the present invention underwear or underpants, similarly, with the use and manufacture of the underpants, in any all of the modalities of the present invention, that has the jockstrap framed (bag-shaped or shell) by a band or elastic ribbon that is attached to the waistband, for the genitals it causes that said pouch or jockstrap to extend or amplify itself and to form the lifting of said pouch or jockstrap, and to serve as an anchor and as a fastener or pouch or jockstrap, using it in adequate position according to the genitalia size "package" that the user achieves according to its body mass or what is permitted by the user's virile capacity without eliminating user's comfort or in some other way to alter user's reproductive capacity.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0028] Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, they disclose underwear or underpants (1), in which a jockstrap is illustrated, shell or pouch (2) for underpants and more specifically for underpants which both front and back parts (3), are made from sectioned cloth, which when bound to each other both parts by seams or continuous portions on the exterior part, shape or set, the jockstrap, shell or pouch (2) in ovoidal form, which can be seen in its front part; the contour or enclosing (4) from said pouch with a bulge or lifting (5) with irregular slopes (6) projecting itself to the front thus forming a beak-shaped apex or double beak-shaped apex, depending on the shape of the bulge or lifting, letting the crotch (7) to be wide loose and adjustable so it can provide enough space for not only cover the genitals but also to anchor them, bear them or support them in a similar way to the function of the bodice of bra in the women's breast; the back part (3) of the underpants may suffer different modalities, conventional type, wide, regular, thin, braces, or dental floss type and it can be formed by a piece of cloth or simply by, an adequately designed ribbon, or spring, as to size and thickness, sewn onto a strip or a elastic band without union and with seams of the same front part, without getting to be "dental floss" or a very thin elastic band or ribbon spring, so that there is a better fit and back support, besides the lifting or bulge and anchor (5) tight and loose of the present invention underwear or underpants, comprises a waistband part (9) connected to the front part of the underpants, specifically to the band or ribbon that forms the contour or frame (4), of jockstrap's bulge, pouch or shell (2) so that it makes enough space to accommodate the male genitals and not only to cover them but also, to serve as support and sustain or as a loose anchor for the genitals, i.e the front part will be connected to the elastic band of the underpants waist as the back part (3) with the user's crotch (7), what makes it a one-piece integral element, without presenting any liner.

[0029] The materials used for the confection of the underpants of the present invention may be textile fibers or mixtures thereof, combined with elastics and sewn parts forming the unit, samely with elastic threads, also all this results in a very comfortable and aesthetic garment.

Claims

1. Men's underwear or underpants with a elastic band or framed ribbon jockstrap of adjustment, garnish, comfort and aesthetic, characterized in that comprises a complete back portion or a straight elastic waist band in the superior part, same which covers the buttocks or partially these same; as two spring strips perpendicularly distributed from the elastic waist band in its superior part to the inferior part of the back portion, and one portion or front part that includes a band or elastic waist band in its superior part, wherein said front or frontal portion comprises two symmetrical portions in relation to a central axis, these same form the jockstrap, plus, the front or frontal part of the underpants include two curved inferior portions encountered by a convex part that delimits the inferior frontal part of the underpants, wherein the inferior parts of each curved portion form with each other the inferior parts themselves and these same are communicated with the back parts of the underpants through seams or continuous portions. Thus forming an integral garment, these underpants are characterized because it presents a jockstrap in its front part, a pouch or shell framed by a band or elastic ribbon and divided by a seam in a central axis thus forming two symmetrical sections that when being occupied by the penis and scrotum, is projected to the front or out forming a bulge or lift and an anchor with an apex with one or two peaks, comfortably adjusting the male genitalia in the pouch, shell, or jockstrap since as stated it is framed by an ovoid band or elastic ribbon same that is joined to the similar band that forms the waist in its inferior part and central axis, to delimit the frame of the band or elastic ribbon located in the superior part and the inferior part.

Men's underwear or underpants with a elastic band or framed ribbon jockstrap of adjustment, garnish, comfort and aesthetic pursuant to clause 1, characterized in that the back part or portion of the underpants is continuous or divided into two symmetrical portions joined by seams, from the central axis to the frontal part, where it borders with the band or elastic waistband and the front or frontal part.

Men's underwear or underpants with a elastic band or framed ribbon jockstrap of adjustment, garnish, comfort and aesthetic pursuant to clause 1, characterized in that the shell, bag, or framed elastic ribbon jockstrap is from the same materials and structural characteristics as for the band or ribbon width of the waistband.

Men's underwear or underpants with a elastic band or framed ribbon jockstrap of adjustment, garnish, comfort and aesthetic pursuant to clause 1, characterized in that the back portion or part forms two elastic strips or bands equal to the waistband, which are wider from among 2 to 3 centimeters, presenting a window between the lower part and a superior arch-shaped or curved band of the jockstrap, above the framing.

5. Men's underwear or underpants with a elastic band or framed ribbon jockstrap of adjustment, garnish, comfort and aesthetic pursuant to clause 1, characterized in that the shell or pouch jockstrap, symmetrically forms both a triangle and trapeze with the convex rounded base.

6. Men's underwear or underpants with a elastic band or framed ribbon jockstrap of adjustment, garnish, comfort and aesthetic pursuant to clause 1, characterized in that the back part varies in its covering, in accordance to the front part or portion.
