Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an impeller for an electric blower including: an
upper plate; a lower plate; and a blade positioned between the upper
plate and the lower plate, wherein the lower plate includes a burring

insertedly coupled. In addition, disclosed herein is an impeller for an
electric blower including: an upper plate; a lower plate; and a blade
positioned between the upper plate and the lower plate, wherein the lower
plate includes a burring part formed at an inner diameter portion thereof
to which a shaft is insertedly coupled and a washer part extended in a
direction perpendicular to the burring part.Claims:
1. An impeller for an electric blower comprising: an upper plate; a lower
plate; and a blade positioned between the upper plate and the lower
plate, wherein the lower plate includes a burring part formed at an inner
diameter portion thereof to which a shaft is insertedly coupled.
2. The impeller as set forth in claim 1, wherein the burring part is protruded so that the inner diameter portion of the lower plate into which the shaft is inserted stands up vertically toward the upper plate.
3. The impeller as set forth in claim 1, wherein the shaft is insertedly coupled to the burring part of the lower plate, and the nut is screw-coupled to an upper end portion of the shaft so as to be positioned at an upper end portion of the burring part.
4. The impeller as set forth in claim 1, further comprising auxiliary members positioned at an inner diameter portion of the impeller to which the shaft is coupled.
5. The impeller as set forth in claim 4, wherein the auxiliary members are coupled to both surfaces of the lower plate, having the lower plate therebetween, and an upper surface of the auxiliary member positioned on an upper surface of the lower plate is fixed by the nut.
6. An impeller for an electric blower comprising: an upper plate; a lower plate; and a blade positioned between the upper plate and the lower plate, wherein the lower plate includes a burring part formed at an inner diameter portion thereof to which a shaft is insertedly coupled and a washer part extended in a direction perpendicular to the burring part.

The impeller as set forth in claim 6, wherein the burring part is protruded so that the inner diameter portion of the lower plate into which the shaft is inserted stands up vertically toward the upper plate, and the washer part is extended in the direction perpendicular to the burring part so as to contact the lower plate.
8. The impeller as set forth in claim 6, wherein the shaft is insertedly coupled to the burring part of the lower plate, and the nut is screw-coupled to an upper end portion of the shaft so as to be positioned at an upper end portion of the burring part.
9. The impeller as set forth in claim 6, further comprising auxiliary members positioned at an inner diameter portion of the impeller to which the shaft is coupled.
10. The impeller as set forth in claim 9, wherein the auxiliary member is coupled to one surface of the lower plate facing the washer part.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
[0001] This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2012-0056257, filed on May 25, 2012, entitled "Impeller for Electric Blower", which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety into this application.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The present invention relates to an impeller for an electric blower.
[0004] 2. Description of the Related Art
[0005] Generally, an impeller for an electric blower is used in a state in which it is connected to a motor in order to suck a fluid. More specifically, an upper portion of a fan-motor for a vacuum cleaner is provided with an impeller that is a centrifugal fan for air suction, wherein the impeller is connected to a shaft of a driving motor to thereby rotate.
[0006] However, as disclosed in the following Prior Art Document, an impeller according to the prior art includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and a blade; however, the upper plate, the lower plate, and the blade are separately manufactured and then coupled to each other, such that stress due to centrifugal force and aerodynamic force is concentrated on a coupling part at the time of rotation of the impeller. Therefore, the coupling part may be damaged due to the concentration of the stress at the time of high-speed rotation of the impeller.
[0007] In addition, the impeller for an electric blower according to the prior art has a thin thickness, such that a change in inner diameter thereof is large at the time of process measurement and assembling treatment. Particularly, in the case of coupling a shaft to the impeller, abrasion occurs at a shaft coupling part of the impeller and eccentricity occurs at the time of assembling, such that a motor is driven in an unbalanced form and the coupling part is not firm, thereby deteriorating firmness and stability.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0009] The present invention has been made in an effort to provide an impeller for an electric blower including a burring part formed at an inner diameter portion thereof to which a shaft is coupled to allow the burring part and an outer peripheral surface of the shaft to be in contact with each other in the case in which the shaft is insertedly coupled to the impeller, such that a contact area between the shaft and the impeller increases by the burring part, thereby making it possible to prevent coupling force deterioration and unbalance due to abrasion at the time of an assembling process, simplify the assembling process, and make a coupling structure the impeller for an electric blower and the shaft more firm.
[0010] Further, the present invention has been made in an effort to provide an impeller for an electric blower including shaft coupling parts formed at an inner diameter portion thereof to which a shaft is coupled and including a burring part and a washer part to allow the burring part and an outer peripheral surface of the shaft to be in contact with each other in the case in which the shaft is insertedly coupled to the impeller, such that a contact area between the shaft and the impeller increases by the burring part', thereby making it possible to prevent coupling force deterioration and unbalance due to abrasion at the time of an assembling process and simplify the assembling process, and that a nut fixed to the shaft is supported by the washer part to allow the impeller to be implemented without a separate washer, thereby making it possible to reduce a manufacturing cost, improve productivity, and make a coupling structure between the impeller for an electric blower and the shaft more firm.
[0011] According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an impeller for an electric blower including: an upper plate; a lower plate; and a blade positioned between the upper plate and the lower plate, wherein the lower plate includes a burring part formed at an inner diameter portion thereof to which a shaft is insertedly coupled.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0026] The objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the accompanying drawings, the same reference numerals are used to designate the same or similar components, and redundant descriptions thereof are omitted. Further, in the following description, the terms "first", "second", "one side", "the other side" and the like are used to differentiate a certain component from other components, but the configuration of such components should not be construed to be limited by the terms. Further, in the description of the present invention, when it is determined that the detailed description of the related art would obscure the gist of the present invention, the description thereof will be omitted.

[0050] As set forth above, with the impeller for an electric blower according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, the upper plate is coupled to the lower plate formed integrally with the blade, thereby making it possible to simplify a manufacturing process and increase productivity. In addition, the impeller is made of a thermoplastic material, thereby making it possible to reduce a manufacturing cost. Further, the lower plate, the blade, and the upper blade are injection-molded integrally with each other, thereby making it possible to reduce stress concentration and improve strength of the impeller.
