Abstract:

The present invention relates to an anti-dust mask. The anti-dust mask (1) includes: a pad part (2) to which a sheet is closely attached to a front surface using thermal press forming, wherein a polyurethane film (202) adheres to the inner surface of the sheet and a spandex fabric adheres to the outer surface of the sheet; a fixture (3) for a filter part, to which the pad part and a disposable filter part adhere; a hemispherical filter part (4) defining a front space to filter contaminated air; and a one-way exhaust valve (8). Curves are formed on the pad part such that the pad part can be closely attached to the curvature of the face. The pad part (2) and internal/external wing parts (201, 302, 201', and 302') are sewn or thermally adhered together so as to form an air cushion (7) in the pad part (2).

Claims:

1. An anti-dust mask comprising: a pad part (2); a fixture (3) for a filter part; a disposable filter part(4) or (4-1); and an exhaust valve (8), wherein, in the pad part (2), a sheet is manufactured by adhering a polyurethane film (202) and a spandex fabric (203) to each other to process the polyurethane film (202) and a spandex fabric (203) into a circular shape with thermal press forming, and a pad internal wing part (201') and a pad external wing part (201) are mounted on both end portions of an inside and an outside of the pad part, curved surfaces with certain curvatures are formed in the part (206) of a bridge of a nose, the part (207) between a bridge of a nose and a cheekbone, the cheekbone part (208), the cheek part (209) and the chin part (210) of the pad part (2), and an external wing part (302) of a fixture for a filter part and an internal wing part (302') of a fixture for a filter part are formed in the fixture (3) for a filter part manufactured of one of polyurethane, silicon, polypropylene and polyethylene, and a rib (301) is formed in an upper portion of the fixture (3)for a filter part.

The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, an air cushion (7) is formed in the pad part (2) by adhering the pad external/internal wing parts (201) and (201') of the pad part (2) and the external/internal wing parts (302) and (302') of a fixture for a filter part to each other with sewing or a heat sealing.

3. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, a pad external wing part (201) of the pad part (2) and a filter wing part (401) of the disposal filter part (4) are adhered to each other by using sewing or a heat sealing.

The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, in a pad width (204) of the pad part (2), a pad width of the part (206) of a bridge of a nose and the part (207) between a bridge of a nose and a cheekbone is from 5 mm to 12 mm, and a pad width of the cheekbone part (208), the cheek part (209) and the chin part (210) is from 8 mm to 25 mm.

The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, in a pad height (205) of the pad part (2), a pad height of the part (206) of a bridge of a nose and the chin part (210) is from 2 mm to 10 mm, and a pad height of the part (207) between a bridge of a nose and a cheekbone, the cheekbone part (208) and the cheek part (209) is from 5 mm to 25 mm, and a pad height of a pad internal wing part (201') is higher by 2 mm to 10 mm than that of a pad external wing part (201).

6. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, a radius curvature (206-1) of the part of a bridge of a nose of the pad part (2) is from 7 mm to 20 mm.

7. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, a radius curvature (207-1) of the part between a bridge of a nose and a cheekbone of the pad part (2) is from 7 mm to 20 mm.

8. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, a radius curvature (208-1) of the cheekbone part of the pad part (2) is from 50 mm to 80 mm.

9. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, a radius curvature (209-1) of the cheek part of the pad part (2) is 25 mm to 40 mm.

10. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, a radius curvature (210-1) of the chin part of the pad part (2) is from 30 mm to 60 mm.

11. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, a thickness of the polyurethane film is from 0.3 mm to 1 mm.

12. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, a plurality of holes (303) is formed in the fixture (3) for a filter part of the anti-dust mask (1-1), and protrusions (101) are formed in a disposal filter part (4-1).

13. The anti-dust mask of claim 1, wherein, an exhaust tube fixing rib (803-1) is disposed in a lower portion (803) of an exhaust valve.

Description:

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No.10-2010-0115934, filed on Nov. 22, 2010 and Korean Patent Application No.10-2011-0060005, filed on Jun. 21, 2011 and Korean Patent Application No.10-2011-0074393, filed on Jul. 27, 2011 and Korean Patent Application No.10-2011-0086781, filed on Aug. 30, 2011 in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] Generally, anti-dust masks used in an industrial site are categorized into a filter replaceable anti-dust mask and a disposable anti-dust mask.

[0003] A related art disposable anti-dust mask is configured to include a cover covering a nose and a mouth, is formed in a hemispherical shape with a non-woven fabric, is configured to include a sponge adhered to an inside of a filter disposed around a bridge of the nose in order for the mask to closely contact the bridge of the nose of a user, is configured to include a nose clip adhered to an outside of the filter, and is configured to include a head band fixed to both sides of a filter part.

BACKGROUND ART

[0004] In a related art disposable anti-dust mask, adhesive strength between a face of a user and the mask is low, and thus, a user may inhale a contaminated air which does not pass through a filter. Also, in a cold weather environment, condensation generated by a breath may occur on glasses or goggles, and thus, a user may experiences inconvenient. Moreover, a bonding portion, in which a filter and a non-woven fabric are adhered to each other by using ultrasonic waves or a heat plate bonding method in a process of manufacturing a filter part, contacts a face, and thus, a user may experiences displeasure. The present invention is relates to an anti-dust mask including a circular pad part 2, a fixture 3 for a filter part, a disposable filter part 4 and an exhaust valve 8. That is, the anti-dust mask includes a pad part 2, which is configured with a sheet manufactured by adhering a polyurethane film 202 disposed in an inside surface of the pad part 2 and a spandex fabric 203 disposed in an outside surface of the pad part 2 to each other to process the polyurethane film 202 and a spandex fabric 203 with thermal press forming and is configured to contact a face, a fixture 3 for a filter part, to which the pad part 2 and the disposable filter part 4 are adhered, the hemispherical disposal filter part 4, which defines a front space to filter contaminated air, and a one-way exhaust valve 8.

[0005] Also, in the present invention, curved surface with certain curvatures are formed in a part 206 of a bridge of a nose of the pad part 2, a part 207 between a bridge of a nose and a cheekbone, a cheekbone part 208, a cheek part 209 and a chin part of a pad part 210, which closely contact a curved surface of a face, such that each of the parts closely contacts a curved surface of a face.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

[0007] In a related art disposable anti-dust mask, adhesive strength between a face of a user and a mask is low, and thus, a user may inhale a contaminated air which does not pass through a filter. Also, in a cold weather environment, condensation generated by a breath may occur on glasses or goggles, and thus, a user may experiences inconvenient. Moreover, a bonding portion, in which a filter and a non-woven fabric are adhered to each other by using ultrasonic waves or a heat plate bonding method in a process of manufacturing a filter part, contacts a face, and thus, a user may experiences displeasure.

[0008] The present invention is relates to an anti-dust mask including a circular pad part 2, a fixture 3 for a filter part, a disposable filter part 4 and an exhaust valve 8. That is, the anti-dust mask includes a pad part 2, which is configured with a sheet manufactured by adhering a polyurethane film 202 disposed in an inside surface of the pad part 2 and a spandex fabric 203 disposed in an outside surface of the pad part 2 to each other to process the polyurethane film 202 and a spandex fabric 203 with thermal press forming and is configured to contact a face, a fixture 3 for a filter part, to which the pad part 2 and the disposable filter part 4 are adhered, the hemispherical disposal filter part 4, which defines a front space to filter contaminated air, and a one-way exhaust valve 8.

[0011] According to the present invention, because a pad part having certain curvatures is processed depending on a curved surface of a face around a nose and a mouth, sponges and nose clips does not need to be attached to a part of a bridge of a nose of an anti-dust mask according to the present invention in a process of manufacturing the anti-dust mask, adhesive strength between a face of a user and the pad of the mask increases, and thus, a user can inhale an air, which comes from an outside to be purified through a filter. Also, in a cold weather environment, condensation generated by a breath can be prevented from occurring on glasses or goggles, and thus, a user may experiences convenient. Moreover, because spandex fabric contacts skins, a wear sensation is improved, and thus, the mask wearing rate can increase.
