Abstract

The invention relates to a personal training device that prevents the need for complex gym apparatus, said novel simple and portable device enabling the user to carry out various types of exercise anywhere, in a simple and comfortable manner.

Description

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The object of the present invention patent is to present a new personal training device made up primarily of a rectangular body housing pulleys which have cords with a handle at the end thereof.

[0002] This new personal training device is envisaged to enable exercising body muscles anywhere.

[0003] The main field of application of this new invention is for home use where a personal training device with said features is required.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0004] For proper personal training, transportation and the availability of heavy and complex gym apparatus with the high costs this entailed was necessary up until now.

[0005] Going somewhere to exercise meant having to depend on the room provided to that end, if said room is available.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The personal training device object of the present invention patent is basically made up of a rectangular body housing therein pulleys assembled on a bolt.

[0007] Inside said pulleys there is located a laminated leaf spring and therein a cord at the end of which there is arranged a handle so that the user can perform various physical exercises by pulling the handles and combining different positions.

[0008] This new personal training device solves the aforementioned problems by means of the simple use of this new portable personal training device.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0013] As can be seen in the attached drawings, the personal training device object of the present invention patent is made up of a rectangular body (1) which houses therein pulleys (2) assembled on a bolt (3).

[0014] A laminated leaf spring (4) is located inside each of the pulleys (2).

[0015] A crown wheel (5) is located at the end of the bolt (3) together with a worm shaft (6) for regulating the pressure of the laminated leaf spring (4).

[0016] Each pulley (2) has a cord (7) at the end of which there is arranged a handle (8).

[0017] Pulleys (9) are located at the upper side ends of the inside of the rectangular body (1).

[0018] The use of said device is as simple as placing it on the floor, positioning oneself above the device and gripping the handles (8) with hands, playing around with different positions in order to perform different types of physical exercises.

[0019] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention as well as a way of carrying it out to practice, it merely remains to be added that said invention may have certain variations in the shape and materials, provided that said alterations do not substantially vary the features which are claimed below.

Claims

1. A personal training device characterized in that it is made up of a rectangular body (1) which houses therein pulleys (2) assembled on a bolt (3); a laminated leaf spring (4) is located inside each of the pulleys (2); a crown wheel (5) is located at the end of the bolt (3) together with a worm shaft (6) for regulating the pressure of the laminated leaf spring (4); each pulley (2) has a cord (7) at the end of which there is arranged a handle (8); pulleys (9) are located at the upper side ends of the inside of the rectangular body (1).
