Abstract:

The present invention discloses a backing plate for storage bags as well as a storage bag and a storage box with the same. With this backing plate including a backing plate body, a trapezoid or triangular edge fold is formed as an extension to one end of the backing plate body, and another trapezoid or triangular edge fold as an extension to the other end of the backing plate body. With the backing plate arranged in the storage bag and the storage box, there are no requirements for the two edge folds extended outwards at the bottom of the storage bag. This will not only strengthen the stereoscopic perception of the storage bag, but also save materials and reduce the production cost, better satisfying the users' requirements.

Claims:

1. A backing plate for storage bags, comprising a backing plate body (1), characterized in that: a trapezoid or triangular edge fold (2) is formed as an extension to one end of the backing plate body (1), and another trapezoid or triangular edge fold (3) as an extension to the other end of the backing plate body (1).

2. The backing plate for storage bags according to claim 1, characterized in that: the two trapezoid or triangular edge folds (2) and (3) can be folded to form an angle of 90 degrees with the backing plate body (1).

A storage bag with the backing plate for storage bags according to claim 1, comprising a storage bag body (8), characterized in that: with the backing plate body (1) arranged inside at the bottom of the storage bag body (8), the trapezoid or triangular edge fold (2) of the backing plate body (1) is inserted into a corner (4) at the bottom of the storage bag body (8) and can be folded upwards along this corner (4), and the trapezoid or triangular edge fold (3) of the backing plate body (1) is inserted into another corner (5) at the bottom of the storage bag body (8) and can be folded upwards along this corner (5).

A storage box with the backing plate for storage bags according to claim 1, comprising a storage box body (9), characterized in that: an interlayer (6) is arranged in a side wall of the storage box body (9), and another interlayer (7) in another side wall of the storage box body (9); the trapezoid or triangular edge fold (2) of the backing plate body (1) is folded upwards into the interlayer (6), and the trapezoid or triangular edge fold (3) of the backing plate body (1) upwards into the interlayer (7).

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a component of storage bags, and particularly to a backing plate for storage bags as well as a storage bag and a storage box with the same.

[0002] A traditional backing plate 20 for storage bags is of a rectangular or square shape, as shown in FIG. 1. This backing plate is arranged inside at the bottom of a storage bag to strengthen the stereoscopic perception of the storage bag. However, with this backing plate arranged inside at the bottom of the storage bag, both ends of this backing plate cannot be inserted into the two corresponding corners at the bottom of the storage bag, resulting in poor stereoscopic perception of the storage bag. Therefore, the traditional backing plate 20 for storage bags cannot satisfy the users' requirements better. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, in order to strengthen the stereoscopic perception of the storage bag with the traditional rectangular or square backing plate for storage bags, two edge folds 22 and 23 are extended outwards at the bottom of the storage bag 21, which will complicate structure of the storage bag and increase the production cost. A common storage bag without the two edge folds 22 and 23 will result in poor stereoscopic perception.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] For overcoming the defects in the prior art as described above, a first purpose of the present invention is to provide a backing plate for storage bags that can not only strengthen the stereoscopic perception of the storage bag but also save materials and reduce the production cost, so as to satisfy the users' requirements better.

[0004] For overcoming the defects in the prior art as described above, a second purpose of the present invention is to provide a storage bag with the backing plate for storage bags.

[0005] For overcoming the defects in the prior art as described above, a third purpose of the present invention is to provide a storage box with the backing plate for storage bags.

[0006] In order to achieve the above purposes, the present invention presents the following technical solution: With a backing plate for storage bags including a backing plate body, a trapezoid or triangular edge fold is formed as an extension to one end of the backing plate body, and another trapezoid or triangular edge fold as an extension to the other end of the backing plate body.

[0007] A storage bag with the backing plate for storage bags is provided, including a storage bag body; with the backing plate body arranged inside at the bottom of the storage bag body, a trapezoid or triangular edge fold of the backing plate body is inserted into a corner at the bottom of the storage bag body and can be folded upwards along this corner, and another trapezoid or triangular edge fold of the backing plate body is inserted into another corner at the bottom of the storage bag body and can be folded upwards along this corner.

[0008] A storage box with the backing plate for storage bags is provided, including a storage box body; an interlayer is arranged in a side wall of the storage box body, and another interlayer in another side wall of the storage box body; a trapezoid or triangular edge fold of the backing plate body is folded upwards into an interlayer, and another trapezoid or triangular edge fold of the backing plate body upwards into another interlayer.

[0009] The backing plate for storage bags as well as the storage bag and the storage box with the same according to the present invention have the following beneficial effects: With a trapezoid or triangular edge fold formed as an extension to one end of the backing plate body, another trapezoid or triangular edge fold is formed as an extension to the other end of the backing plate body. Both ends of this backing plate can be inserted into the two corresponding corners at the bottom of the storage bag, which can not only strengthen the stereoscopic perception of the storage bag greatly, but also save materials and reduce the production cost due to no requirements for the two edge folds extended outwards at the bottom of the storage bag.

[0010] The backing plate for storage bags as well as the storage bag and the storage box with the same according to the present invention will be further described in the following with reference to drawings and examples.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0016] The backing plate for storage bags as well as the storage bag and the storage box with the same according to the present invention have the following most preferred examples, which will not thus limit the extent of protection of the present invention.

[0017] As shown in FIG. 3, with a backing plate for storage bags including a backing plate body 1, a trapezoid or triangular edge fold 2 is formed as an extension to one end of the backing plate body 1, and another trapezoid or triangular edge fold 3 as an extension to the other end of the backing plate body 1.

[0018] The two trapezoid or triangular edge folds 2 and 3 can be folded to form an angle of 90 degrees with the backing plate body 1.

[0019] As shown in FIG. 4, a storage bag with the backing plate for storage bags is provided, including a storage bag body 8; with the backing plate body 1 arranged inside at the bottom of the storage bag body 8, the trapezoid or triangular edge fold 2 of the backing plate body 1 is inserted into a corner 4 at the bottom of the storage bag body 8 and can be folded upwards along this corner 4, and the trapezoid or triangular edge fold 3 of the backing plate body 1 is inserted into another corner 5 at the bottom of the storage bag body 8 and can be folded upwards along this corner 5; and thus both ends of the backing plate are inserted into the two corresponding corners at the bottom of the storage bag. This can not only strengthen the stereoscopic perception of the storage bag effectively, but also have no requirements for the two edge folds extended outwards at the bottom of the storage bag.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 5, in a storage box with the backing plate for storage bags, an interlayer 6 is arranged in a side wall of the storage box body 9, and another interlayer 7 in another side wall of the storage box body 9; the trapezoid or triangular edge fold 2 of the backing plate body 1 is folded upwards into the interlayer 6, and the trapezoid or triangular edge fold 3 of the backing plate body 1 upwards into the interlayer 7.

[0021] The examples as described above are the preferred embodiments of the present invention. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not restricted to the examples as described above. Any other modification, polish, substitution, combination and simplification, so long as not departing from spiritual substance of the present invention, should be regarded as equivalent displacement and fall within the extent of protection of the present invention.
