placed under the cushioned sitting plate portion of the sitting block.
The on/off switch is housed as an extension of one of the arm-rest.Claims:
1. A toy wheel chair of various designs and sizes with manual or
electronic operation accompanied by a young adult human doll like figure:
a design from said embodiment modeling a human sized wheel chair; a
chair-like sitting compartment disposed above said main frame foundation
having wheels of various sizes, where a battery or storage unit fits
underneath the said main frame having electronic remote control operation
when batteries are in function, having an antenna as necessary for
electronic remote control operation, a young adult human doll like figure

limitation.Description:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a toy wheel chair of various designs with manual or electronic operation. A young adult like doll figure accompanies each toy wheel chair.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] The wheel chair is known. Such wheel chairs are of human size form in various designs. However, the prior art is not modeled in a toy form. A human handicapped child or young adult rarely have the opportunity to relate with a toy or doll that mirrors them.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The present invention relates to a wheel chair in toy form designed for a doll that represents an individual limited to a wheel chair due to a handicap. The object of the present invention is to provide a concept of a toy wheel chair of various designs with manual or electronic operation.
[0004] There is provided a toy form modeled after human sized wheel chairs.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0005] The various objects of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawings.
[0006] FIG. 1 shows an embodiment with a young adult human doll like figure seated inside;
[0007] FIG. 2 is a perspective front view of the present invention detailing the front wheels, storage or battery compartment and on/off handle switch;
[0008] FIG. 3 is a perspective side view of the present invention;
[0009] FIG. 4 shows a perspective rear view of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0010] With reference to all figures, FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the embodiment is formed from suitable child safe materials, such as, but not limited to, hard plastic, aluminum, or Teflon. The toy operation is manual or electronically battery operated.
[0011] In FIG. 1 the embodiment of the present invention is shown with a young adult human like doll figure seated inside. A doll like figure will accompany the toy wheel chair. The doll is designed to fit the toy wheel chair, but not limited to a specific look, such as ethnic features, clothes, or detailed handicaps.
[0012] FIG. 2 shows the structural design from a front perspective, where the seats frame sits over the battery and or store unit. The on/off switch extends beyond one of the arm rest, but is not limited to the shown location. The switch orientation will be determined by a toy manufacturer. Three of the four small wheels are shown. A larger wheel is attached mid-way between two of the smaller wheels on each side of the chair. The chair has padded seat cushions, arm rest, and grip push guards on the back handles.
[0013] FIGS. 3 show the structural design from a front perspective, where three of the four smaller wheels are in view; two are shown adjacent to a larger wheel. The present invention is not limited to the six wheel design.
[0014] FIG. 4 is a perspective view from the chair rear, where two of the four smaller wheels are shown. The battery or storage unit can be accessed from the rear located beneath the toy wheel chair seat.
[0015] The present invention provides a toy that expresses the likeness of one in need of tools for mobility. A child who is limited to a wheel chair will relate to the wheel chair toy with doll.
[0016] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiment, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details described thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
