BACKGROUND

[0010] I, Veronica Ann Temple, sole inventor of "AQUAGENISIS" (shampoo emitting hair brush idea) being a person who enjoys multitasking, thought that it would be a good idea to combine washing your hair while showering to cut down on the time it takes to get ready to start or end the day. However, on numerous occasions, I found myself grabbing the wrong product out of the shower caddy and using too much shampoo, due to my eyes being closed to prevent shampoo from getting into them.

[0011] Generally, devices which store and dispense liquids have been in use for many years. These devices commonly referred to as liquid dispensers, have been constructed in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, since as far back as 1969. So I thought that I would invent a functioning device specifically tailored for the washing of hair and massaging the scalp (either individually or simultaneously) while showering.

[0012] Then I thought about it further and realized that it would be a lot more convenient and time saving to have a shampoo emitting hair brush that held enough shampoo for an individual wash and massaging of the scalp, compact in size enough to travel with so that my favorite shampoo bottles would not get thrown away at the airport when I am traveling, and designed for easy use.

[0013] It is in light of these and other similar circumstances that the following application for "AQUAGENISIS" is being presented.

SUMMARY

[0014] Embodiments presented herein are generally related to a shampoo emitting hair brush also knows as "AQUAGENISIS". The embodiment presented stretchable handle allows for a firm grip, easy accessibility to the shampoo dispensing button, can be used to shampoo and massage wet hair, as a massager on dry hair, a massager on aching body parts, as a teaching tool to help young children learn to wash their hair, and as a pet groomer with or without the shampoo function. In addition, the embodiment presented meets the post 911 federal and international mandated transportation requirements of allowing only three ounces of shampoo or less in carry on or checked baggage when traveling, especially by airplane.
