1. A flush toilet comprising:a bowl (10) having a supporting face (12) and
a concave portion (13);a urine funnel (21), fitted in said concave

said supporting face (10);a toilet seat (30) pivotally connected to the
bowl (10), covering said supporting face (12) and urine funnel (21);a
delivery tube (22) connected pivotally to said urine funnel (21); said
urine funnel (21) and delivery tube (22) are rising as said toilet seat
(30) is lifted.
2. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein said concave portion (13) is provided at frontal side of the bowl (10) toward a user.
3. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein a tank (60) is provided at a rear side of the bowl (10).
4. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein a push button (C) is set on said bowl (10) for operating ascending/descending of said urine funnel (21).
5. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein an exhaust gas pipe (50) which passing through the toilet seat (30) is provided along a lateral side of the bowl (10) and installed thereto.
6. The flush toilet of claim 5, wherein a waste passage (70) is connected to the bowl (10) from a bottom side and said exhaust gas pipe (50) provided on the lateral side of the bowl (10) is also connected to the waste passage (70).
7. The flush toilet of claim 5, wherein a sensor (S) and a gas pump are provided further to the bowl (10); the gas pump is connected to said exhaust gas pipe (50) and is activated as the sensor (S) sensing an external pressure.
8. The flush toilet of claim 3, wherein the tank (60) incorporates a reservoir (61) and said toilet seat (30) incorporates a water passage (31) which connecting to the reservoir (61), leading water from the reservoir (61) to the urine funnel (21).
9. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein said toilet seat (30) butts the supporting face (12) tightly.
10. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein said urine funnel (21) moves pivotally and inclines when said toilet seat (30) is lifted.
11. The flush toilet of claim 6, wherein said waste passage (70), delivery tube (22) and bowl (10) are linked.Description:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001]The present invention relates to a flush toilet including a urine funnel for collecting urine.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART
[0002]A flush toilet is a sanitary apparatus for disposing human excreta: urine and fecal matter. The conventional toilet bowl of the flush toilet is designed to have lower height, allowing it be used with a sitting posture. Thus, when a male user urinates with a standing posture, the urine may splash over and fall outside the bowl, rising hygiene and sanitary issue. Therefore, to find a solution for the flush toilet to avoid aforementioned problem has become the main objective of the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003]An improved flush toilet consists of a bowl (10), a urine funnel (21), a toilet seat (30) and a delivery tube (22). The bowl has a supporting face (12) and a concave portion (13); the urine funnel (21) is fitted in said concave portion (13); an opening (211) of the urine funnel (21) is level with said supporting face (12). The toilet seat (30) is pivotally connected to the bowl (10), covering said supporting face (12) and urine funnel (21). Said delivery tube (22) is pivotally connected to the urine funnel (21) and said urine funnel (21) and delivery tube (22) can ascend as said toilet seat (30) is lifted.
[0004]Said concave portion (13) is provided at frontal side of the bowl (10) toward a user and a tank (60) is provided at a rear side of the bowl (10). A push button (C) is set on said bowl (10) for operating lifting/descending of said urine funnel (21). An exhaust gas pipe (50), which passing through the toilet seat (30) is provided along a lateral side of the bowl (10) and installed thereto.
[0005]A waste passage (70) is connected to the bowl (10) from the bottom and linked to said exhaust gas pipe (50). A sensor (S) and a gas pump are provided further to the bowl (10). The gas pump is connected to said exhaust gas pipe (50) and will be activated as the sensor (S) sensing an external pressure.
[0006]The toilet seat (30) incorporates a water passage (31) which connecting to a smaller reservoir (61) provided in the tank (60). Said water passage (31) leading water from the reservoir (61) to the urine funnel (21), washing the funnel with efficient usage of water. The urine funnel (21) can move pivotally relative to the delivery tube (22) and inclines when said toilet seat (30) is lifted.
[0007]Said waste passage (70), delivery tube (22) and bowl (10) are linked, thus either urine or fecal is sent to the passage (70) and be disposed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0012]The preferred embodiment of the present invention is described in detail according to the appended drawings.
[0013]As shown in FIG. 1, a flush toilet consists of a bowl (10), a urine collecting apparatus (20), a toilet seat (30), a seat cover (40), an exhaust gas pipe (50) and a tank (60). Said toilet seat (30) and seat cover (40) are connected pivotally to the bowl (10). Said urine collecting apparatus (20) comprises a urine funnel (21), a delivery tube (22) and a sheath (23) covering said delivery tube (22). A smaller opening of the urine funnel (21) is attached to an opening of said delivery tube (22). The delivery tube (22) can be protracted and retracted by a electric motor (not shown) driving a gear set (not shown) or roller (R), and the sheath (23) serves as a protection to avoid the external force damaging the delivery tube (22) as is ascending or descending.
[0014]Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, said bowl (10) includes a hollow (11), a supporting face (12) and a concave portion (13). The concave portion (13) is sized to receive said urine funnel (21). The urine funnel (21) has a wider opening (221), when said delivery tube (22) retracted in the sheath (23), the opening (221) is level with the supporting face (12) and both are covered by the toilet seat (30); the supporting face (12) can be seal tightly by the toilet seat (30). The urine funnel (21) is provided at a frontal end of the bowl (10) where approximating the user and the tank (60) is provided at the rear end thereof.
[0015]Said exhaust gas pipe (50) is provided on a lateral face of the bowl (10), passing the toilet seat (30) and communicating said hollow (11). A pressure-activated air pump (not shown) is connecting to the exhaust gas pipe (50), thus, when an external pressure is applied to the toilet seat (30), the air pump is then activated, transferring air within the hollow (11) to a waste passage (70) through said exhaust gas pipe (50), eliminating bad odor efficiently. Said waste passage (70) also communicates the hollow (11) through the bottom of the bowl (10) and the urine funnel (21) through said delivery tube (22), delivering both gas and liquid with the same delivering pipe.
[0016]FIG. 3 demonstrates the function of the toilet for urinating. By lifting the toilet seat (30) and pressing a push button set on the supporting face (12), the electric motor is activated to drive the rollers (R), protracting said delivery tube (22) and ascending the urine funnel (21) to a predetermined height. The urine funnel (21) can move pivotally for adjusting purpose.
[0017]The urine funnel (21) and delivery tube (22) can be retracted to their original positions by pressing said push button (C) again. A sensor (S) can be further installed on the supporting face (12), and will be activated when the user sits thereon, driving the air pump to, expel air inside the hollow (11) to the waste passage (70) through said exhaust gas pipe (50), eliminating bad odor. Said sensor (S) can also be installed on said toilet seat (30) for monitoring if the toilet seat (30) is lifted, and said urine funnel (21) and delivery tube (22) rise to the height that mentioned previously.
[0018]When said urine funnel (21) returns to its original position and the toilet seat (30) is moved down, as shown in FIG. 4, an additional reservoir (61) incorporated in the tank (60) delivers water to wash the urine funnel (21) through a water passage (31) incorporated in the toilet seat (31). The water passes the delivery tube (22) and is led to the waste passage (70). The amount of water utilized for washing the urine funnel is relatively lower than require amount for washing the bowl, which reducing the water usage efficiently.
Claims:
1. A flush toilet comprising:a bowl (10) having a supporting face (12) and
a concave portion (13);a urine funnel (21), fitted in said concave
portion (13); an opening (211) of the urine funnel (21) is level with
said supporting face (10);a toilet seat (30) pivotally connected to the
bowl (10), covering said supporting face (12) and urine funnel (21);a
delivery tube (22) connected pivotally to said urine funnel (21); said
urine funnel (21) and delivery tube (22) are rising as said toilet seat
(30) is lifted.
2. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein said concave portion (13) is provided at frontal side of the bowl (10) toward a user.
3. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein a tank (60) is provided at a rear side of the bowl (10).
4. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein a push button (C) is set on said bowl (10) for operating ascending/descending of said urine funnel (21).
5. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein an exhaust gas pipe (50) which passing through the toilet seat (30) is provided along a lateral side of the bowl (10) and installed thereto.
6. The flush toilet of claim 5, wherein a waste passage (70) is connected to the bowl (10) from a bottom side and said exhaust gas pipe (50) provided on the lateral side of the bowl (10) is also connected to the waste passage (70).
7. The flush toilet of claim 5, wherein a sensor (S) and a gas pump are provided further to the bowl (10); the gas pump is connected to said exhaust gas pipe (50) and is activated as the sensor (S) sensing an external pressure.
8. The flush toilet of claim 3, wherein the tank (60) incorporates a reservoir (61) and said toilet seat (30) incorporates a water passage (31) which connecting to the reservoir (61), leading water from the reservoir (61) to the urine funnel (21).
9. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein said toilet seat (30) butts the supporting face (12) tightly.
10. The flush toilet of claim 1, wherein said urine funnel (21) moves pivotally and inclines when said toilet seat (30) is lifted.
11. The flush toilet of claim 6, wherein said waste passage (70), delivery tube (22) and bowl (10) are linked.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001]The present invention relates to a flush toilet including a urine funnel for collecting urine.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART
[0002]A flush toilet is a sanitary apparatus for disposing human excreta: urine and fecal matter. The conventional toilet bowl of the flush toilet is designed to have lower height, allowing it be used with a sitting posture. Thus, when a male user urinates with a standing posture, the urine may splash over and fall outside the bowl, rising hygiene and sanitary issue. Therefore, to find a solution for the flush toilet to avoid aforementioned problem has become the main objective of the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003]An improved flush toilet consists of a bowl (10), a urine funnel (21), a toilet seat (30) and a delivery tube (22). The bowl has a supporting face (12) and a concave portion (13); the urine funnel (21) is fitted in said concave portion (13); an opening (211) of the urine funnel (21) is level with said supporting face (12). The toilet seat (30) is pivotally connected to the bowl (10), covering said supporting face (12) and urine funnel (21). Said delivery tube (22) is pivotally connected to the urine funnel (21) and said urine funnel (21) and delivery tube (22) can ascend as said toilet seat (30) is lifted.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013]As shown in FIG. 1, a flush toilet consists of a bowl (10), a urine collecting apparatus (20), a toilet seat (30), a seat cover (40), an exhaust gas pipe (50) and a tank (60). Said toilet seat (30) and seat cover (40) are connected pivotally to the bowl (10). Said urine collecting apparatus (20) comprises a urine funnel (21), a delivery tube (22) and a sheath (23) covering said delivery tube (22). A smaller opening of the urine funnel (21) is attached to an opening of said delivery tube (22). The delivery tube (22) can be protracted and retracted by a electric motor (not shown) driving a gear set (not shown) or roller (R), and the sheath (23) serves as a protection to avoid the external force damaging the delivery tube (22) as is ascending or descending.
[0014]Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, said bowl (10) includes a hollow (11), a supporting face (12) and a concave portion (13). The concave portion (13) is sized to receive said urine funnel (21). The urine funnel (21) has a wider opening (221), when said delivery tube (22) retracted in the sheath (23), the opening (221) is level with the supporting face (12) and both are covered by the toilet seat (30); the supporting face (12) can be seal tightly by the toilet seat (30). [0015]Said exhaust gas pipe (50) is provided on a lateral face of the bowl (10), passing the toilet seat (30) and communicating said hollow (11). A pressure-activated air pump (not shown) is connecting to the exhaust gas pipe (50), thus, when an external pressure is applied to the toilet seat (30), the air pump is then activated, transferring air within the hollow (11) to a waste passage (70) through said exhaust gas pipe (50), eliminating bad odor efficiently. Said waste passage (70) also communicates the hollow (11) through the bottom of the bowl (10) and the urine funnel (21) through said delivery tube (22), delivering both gas and liquid with the same delivering pipe.
