container and a second container with the first foldable component and
the second foldable component respectively after the first cutting line
and the second cutting line are cut and the first foldable component is
bent relative to the second foldable component along the foldable line.
2. The packing board of claim 1, wherein the first foldable component, the second foldable component, the third foldable component, and the fourth foldable component are made of corrugated paper material.
3. The packing board of claim 1, wherein the first foldable component, the second foldable component, the third foldable component, and the fourth foldable component form a packing box together.

The packing board of claim 1, wherein a third cutting line is formed on the first foldable component, a hole pattern is formed on the second foldable component, an engaging pad is formed accordingly on the first foldable component after the third cutting line is cut, an engaging hole is formed accordingly on the second foldable component after the hole pattern is cut, and the engaging pad is used for engaging with the engaging hole so as to fix the first container to a side of the second container.
5. The packing board of claim 4, wherein an included angle is formed between the foldable line and a side line of the second foldable component.
6. The packing board of claim 5, wherein the first container is separated from the second container after the foldable line is cut.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002]The present invention relates to a packing board, and more specifically, to a packing board for containing objects.
[0003]2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004]A common packing board is used for protecting products disposed within. However, the packing board is always discarded after the products are taken out from the packing board, thereby causing a resource waste problem. Due to soaring petroleum prices and increasing awareness of environmental protection issues, one important issue in environmental protection becomes how to use a packing board efficiently to avoid the said resource waste problem.
[0005]In general, a common recycling method for packing boards is to reuse a used packing board to wrap other objects or to unfold the used packing board and manufacture a container out of its material for other purposes. However, the container manufactured by the used packing board usually has problems of insufficient structural strength and appearance quality. Thus, the user may use the said container for urgent needs, but the container cannot be used repeatedly over a long period of time. In other words, the recycled packing board may still be discarded after being used for a period of time. As a result, the said resource waste problem is still not solved efficiently.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006]The present invention provides a packing board for containing objects, the packing board comprising a first foldable component; a second foldable component, a foldable line and a first cutting line being formed between the first foldable component and the second foldable component; a third foldable component connected to the first foldable component; and a fourth foldable component connected to the third foldable component, a second cutting line being formed between the third foldable component and the fourth foldable component, the third foldable component and the fourth foldable component being used for forming a first container and a second container with the first foldable component and the second foldable component respectively after the first cutting line and the second cutting line are cut and the first foldable component is bent relative to the second foldable component along the foldable line.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0016]Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. FIG. 1 is a development diagram of a packing board 10 according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a packing box 12 assembled by the packing board 10 in FIG. 1. The packing board 10 comprises a first foldable component 14, a second foldable component 16, a third foldable components 8, and a fourth foldable component 20. The first foldable component 14, the second foldable component 16, the third foldable components 8, and the fourth foldable component 20 may be made of corrugated paper material, and may form the packing box 12 in FIG. 2 together via the corresponding folding process. The packing box 12 is used for containing objects of appropriate sizes. As shown in FIG. 1, a foldable line 22 and a first cutting line 24 are formed between the first foldable component 14 and the second foldable component 16. An included angle θ is formed between the foldable line 22 and a side line 26 of the second foldable component 14. The third foldable component 18 is connected to the first foldable component 14. The fourth foldable component 20 is connected to the third foldable component 18, and a second cutting line 28 is formed between the third foldable component 18 and the fourth foldable component 20. The third foldable component 18 and the fourth foldable component 20 are used for forming a first container 30 and a second container 32 in FIG. 3 with the first foldable component 14 and the second foldable component 16 respectively after the first cutting line 24 and the second cutting line 28 are cut and the first foldable component 14 is bent outward relative to the second foldable component 16 along the foldable line 22. Furthermore, a third cutting line 34 is formed on the first foldable component 14, and a hole pattern 36 is formed on the second foldable component 16.
[0017]More detailed description for the assembly of the packing board 10 is provided as follows. When a user wants to assemble the packing board 10 into the packing box 12 in FIG. 2, all the user has to do is to fold up the related foldable lines on the packing board 10 sequentially to form the packing box 12. The said folding method for the packing box 12 in FIG. 2 is commonly used in the prior art, and the related description is therefore omitted herein. When the user wants to assemble the packing board 10 into the first container 30 and the second container 32 in FIG. 3, the user may cut the first cutting line 24, the second cutting line 28, the third cutting line 34, and the hole pattern 36 first. After the user cuts the third cutting line 34 and the hole pattern 36 to form an engaging pad 38 and an engaging hole 40 (as shown in FIG. 4) respectively, the next step is to fold up the related foldable lines on the packing board 10 sequentially to form the packing box 12. Subsequently, the user bends the packing box 12 along the foldable line 22 and then engages the engaging hole 40 with the engaging pad 38 (as shown in FIG. 6). Thus, the first container 30 and the second container 32 may be formed without adding extra fixing components on the packing board 10 so that the assembly cost of the packing board 10 may be reduced. As FIG. 3 shows, the first container 30 may be preferably used for containing stationery of small size. Via being connected obliquely to a side of the second container 32, the first container 30 may not only make it easy for the user to pack the stationery inside, but also lets the user know the kinds of the contained stationery clearly at a glance, so as to reduce the time needed for searching for the needed stationery. Furthermore, as the containing space of the second container 32 is larger, the second container 32 may be preferably used for containing documents which occupy more space, such as A4-sized books. It should be noted that the assembly process of the packing board 10 is not limited to the said process. That is to say, the user may directly assemble the packing board 10 into the first container 30 and the second container 32 shown in FIG. 3 according to the said process, or may assemble the packing board 10 into the packing box 12 shown in FIG. 2 first for containing objects of appropriate sizes. The latter means that the user may cut the first cutting line 24 and the second cutting line 28, the third cutting line 34, and the hole pattern 36 until the packing box 12 is not needed any more in use. Subsequently, the user just needs to engage the engaging hole 40 with the engaging pad 38 to assemble the packing box 12 into the first container 30 and the second container 32. In such a manner, the function of the packing board 10 may be switched from wrapping to containing, so as to make the packing board 10 recyclable. In summary, the packing board 10 of the present invention may selectively be folded up to form the packing box 12 shown in FIG. 2 or assembled into the first container 30 and the second container 32 shown in FIG. 3 via the said cutting and folding processes. Thus, compared with the prior art, the present invention may provide a multi-purpose packing board without extra fixing components.
[0018]It should be mentioned that the configuration of the first container 30 and the second container 32 may be changed from the said connection design to a separation design. That is to say, after the packing board 10 is assembled into the first container 30 and the second container 32, the user may also cut the packing board 10 along the foldable line 22 to separate the first container 30 from the second container 32 (as shown in FIG. 7) for using them independently. Furthermore, a connecting method for the first container 30 and the second container 32 is not limited to the said method. The present invention may utilize a connecting method used commonly in the prior art to fix the first container 30 to a side of the second container 32. For example, as FIG. 8 shows, the packing board 10 may further comprise a paste pad 42 disposed on the first container 30 for sticking the first container 30 on the side of the second container 32.
[0019]Compared with the prior art, in which a packing board is used for one single purpose, the present invention may utilize the said foldable and cutting line patterns to switch the function of the packing board 10 from wrapping to containing, so as to make the packing board 10 recyclable, thereby resolving the resource waste problem. Furthermore, the first container 30 may be fixed to a side of the second container 32 without adding extra fixing components on the packing board 10, and the assembly cost of the packing board 10 is therefore reduced.
[0020]Those skilled in the art will readily observe that numerous modifications and alterations of the device and method may be made while retaining the teachings of the invention.
Claims:
1. A packing board for containing objects, the packing board comprising:a
first foldable component;a second foldable component, a foldable line and
a first cutting line being formed between the first foldable component
and the second foldable component, and an oblique angle being formed
between the foldable line and a side line of the second foldable
component;a third foldable component connected to the first foldable
component; anda fourth foldable component connected to the third foldable
component, a second cutting line being formed between the third foldable
component and the fourth foldable component, the third foldable component
and the fourth foldable component being used for forming a first
container and a second container with the first foldable component and
the second foldable component respectively after the first cutting line
and the second cutting line are cut and the first foldable component is
bent relative to the second foldable component along the foldable line.
2. The packing board of claim 1, wherein the first foldable component, the second foldable component, the third foldable component, and the fourth foldable component are made of corrugated paper material.
3. The packing board of claim 1, wherein the first foldable component, the second foldable component, the third foldable component, and the fourth foldable component form a packing box together.

The packing board of claim 1, wherein a third cutting line is formed on the first foldable component, a hole pattern is formed on the second foldable component, an engaging pad is formed accordingly on the first foldable component after the third cutting line is cut, an engaging hole is formed accordingly on the second foldable component after the hole pattern is cut, and the engaging pad is used for engaging with the engaging hole so as to fix the first container to a side of the second container.
5. The packing board of claim 4, wherein an included angle is formed between the foldable line and a side line of the second foldable component.
6. The packing board of claim 5, wherein the first container is separated from the second container after the foldable line is cut.

However, the packing board is always discarded after the products are taken out from the packing board, thereby causing a resource waste problem. Due to soaring petroleum prices and increasing awareness of environmental protection issues, one important issue in environmental protection becomes how to use a packing board efficiently to avoid the said resource waste problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006]The present invention provides a packing board for containing objects, the packing board comprising a first foldable component; a second foldable component, a foldable line and a first cutting line being formed between the first foldable component and the second foldable component; a third foldable component connected to the first foldable component; and a fourth foldable component connected to the third foldable component, a second cutting line being formed between the third foldable component and the fourth foldable component, the third foldable component and the fourth foldable component being used for forming a first container and a second container with the first foldable component and the second foldable component respectively after the first cutting line and the second cutting line are cut and the first foldable component is bent relative to the second foldable component along the foldable line.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0016]Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. FIG. 1 is a development diagram of a packing board 10 according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a packing box 12 assembled by the packing board 10 in FIG. 1. The packing board 10 comprises a first foldable component 14, a second foldable component 16, a third foldable components 8, and a fourth foldable component 20. The first foldable component 14, the second foldable component 16, the third foldable components 8, and the fourth foldable component 20 may be made of corrugated paper material, and may form the packing box 12 in FIG. 2 together via the corresponding folding process. The packing box 12 is used for containing objects of appropriate sizes. As shown in FIG. 1, a foldable line 22 and a first cutting line 24 are formed between the first foldable component 14 and the second foldable component 16. An included angle θ is formed between the foldable line 22 and a side line 26 of the second foldable component 14. The third foldable component 18 is connected to the first foldable component 14. The fourth foldable component 20 is connected to the third foldable component 18, and a second cutting line 28 is formed between the third foldable component 18 and the fourth foldable component 20. The third foldable component 18 and the fourth foldable component 20 are used for forming a first container 30 and a second container 32 in FIG. 3 with the first foldable component 14 and the second foldable component 16 respectively after the first cutting line 24 and the second cutting line 28 are cut and the first foldable component 14 is bent outward relative to the second foldable component 16 along the foldable line 22. Furthermore, a third cutting line 34 is formed on the first foldable component 14, and a hole pattern 36 is formed on the second foldable component 16.
[0017]More detailed description for the assembly of the packing board 10 is provided as follows. When a user wants to assemble the packing board 10 into the packing box 12 in FIG. 2, all the user has to do is to fold up the related foldable lines on the packing board 10 sequentially to form the packing box 12. The said folding method for the packing box 12 in FIG. 2 is commonly used in the prior art, and the related description is therefore omitted herein. When the user wants to assemble the packing board 10 into the first container 30 and the second container 32 in FIG. 3, the user may cut the first cutting line 24, the second cutting line 28, the third cutting line 34, and the hole pattern 36 first. After the user cuts the third cutting line 34 and the hole pattern 36 to form an engaging pad 38 and an engaging hole 40 (as shown in FIG. 4) respectively, the next step is to fold up the related foldable lines on the packing board 10 sequentially to form the packing box 12. Subsequently, the user bends the packing box 12 along the foldable line 22 and then engages the engaging hole 40 with the engaging pad 38 (as shown in FIG. 6). Thus, the first container 30 and the second container 32 may be formed without adding extra fixing components on the packing board 10 so that the assembly cost of the packing board 10 may be reduced. As FIG. 3 shows, the first container 30 may be preferably used for containing stationery of small size. Via being connected obliquely to a side of the second container 32, the first container 30 may not only make it easy for the user to pack the stationery inside, but also lets the user know the kinds of the contained stationery clearly at a glance, so as to reduce the time needed for searching for the needed stationery. Furthermore, as the containing space of the second container 32 is larger, the second container 32 may be preferably used for containing documents which occupy more space, such as A4-sized books. It should be noted that the assembly process of the packing board 10 is not limited to the said process. That is to say, the user may directly assemble the packing board 10 into the first container 30 and the second container 32 shown in FIG. 3 according to the said process, or may assemble the packing board 10 into the packing box 12 shown in FIG. 2 first for containing objects of appropriate sizes. The latter means that the user may cut the first cutting line 24 and the second cutting line 28, the third cutting line 34, and the hole pattern 36 until the packing box 12 is not needed any more in use. Subsequently, the user just needs to engage the engaging hole 40 with the engaging pad 38 to assemble the packing box 12 into the first container 30 and the second container 32.
