20080246176PRODUCTION METHOD OF PREFABRICATED ELEMENTS MADE FROM POROUS BUILDING MATERIALS, ESPECIALLY FROM COMPOSITE MATERIALS - The invention is a method of manufacturing construction precast elements made of porous construction materials, especially composite materials with open structure of pores, cured under normal temperatures, such as concretes, where these construction materials are formed of a mixture of aggregate and bond. Unsorted plastic waste is added into the mixture of aggregate and bond. Such unsorted plastic waste is freed from dirt, crushed and shaped into granules. These granules of plastic waste are mixed into the mixture of construction material before curing. When cured, the resulting precast element is heated to a temperature causing at least part of the granules to melt into a fully liquid state. The resulting composite element is allowed to cool. The plastic waste becomes an additional bond in the precast elements.10-09-2008

20140157796Heat Management System and Method for Cryogenic Liquid Dispensing Systems - A system for dispensing a cryogenic fluid includes a bulk tank containing a supply of cryogenic fluid. A heating circuit includes an intermediate tank and a heating device and has an inlet in fluid communication with the bulk tank and an outlet. A bypass junction is positioned between the bulk tank and the inlet of the heating circuit. A bypass circuit has an inlet in fluid communication with the bypass junction and an outlet so that a portion of cryogenic fluid from the bulk tank flows through the heating circuit and is warmed and a portion flows through the bypass circuit. A mixing junction is in fluid communication with the outlets of the bypass circuit and the heating circuit so that warmed cryogenic fluid from the heating circuit is mixed with cryogenic fluid from the bypass circuit so that the cryogenic fluid is conditioned. A dispensing line is in fluid communication with the mixing junction so that the conditioned cryogenic fluid may be dispensed. Warmed cryogenic fluid remaining in the heating circuit after dispensing is directed to the intermediate tank and used to warm cryogenic fluid directed through the heating circuit.06-12-2014

20160080009SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIGITAL PREDISTORTION - The radio system comprises a radio unit and an antenna unit coupled to the radio unit. The antenna unit is physically separate and located remote from the radio unit. The antenna unit further comprises a digital (pre-distortion engine configured to pre-distort a modulated digital data signal; a digital to analog converter configured to convert the pre distorted digital data signal to a pre-distorted analog data signal; and a power amplifier configured to amplify the pre-distorted analog data signal which distorts the pre-distorted analog data signal. The distortion introduced by the power amplifier is opposite to the pre-distortion introduced by the digital pre-distortion engine such that the pre-distortion introduced by the digital pre-distortion engine approximately cancels the distortion introduced by the power amplifier. The radio unit further comprises a coefficient computation engine configured to calculate coefficients used by the digital pre-distortion engine to pre-distort the modulated digital data signal.03-17-2016

20090262017SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FAST GNSS SIGNALS ACQUISITION - Systems and methods for acquiring global navigation satellite system (GNSS) signals. An incoming signal is multiplied with a time shifted spreading code replica and converted to zero (or very low) nominal frequency. The converted signal is filtered and downsampled by a large scale. A signal power metric and frequency offset are then determined. This is performed over multiple slices. Fast acquisition is achieved by parallel concatenation of numerous slices.10-22-2009
