20090319797 | METHOD AND COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR ENSURING AUTHENTICITY OF AN ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION - At least one embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for ensuring authenticity of an electronic transaction performed during a transaction session. The method includes receiving, over a first network, a request from a user for the completion of an electronic transaction; receiving, over the first network, an authentication code from the user which has been provided to the user over a second network separated from the first network, thereby authenticating the user, completing the electronic transaction; and storing information associated with the electronic transaction and the transaction session. The method further includes generating a one-way hash value based on information comprised in the electronic transaction and information associated with the transaction session, and providing the one-way hash value to the user, wherein the one-way hash value is usable for ensuring the authenticity of the electronic transaction. The procedure enables authentication, integrity, non-repudiation, and time stamping in a cost efficient way. An enhanced security level can be achieved as the network used for providing the authentication code to the user is separate from the network where the user returns the authentication code. At least one embodiment of the present invention also relates to a corresponding computer system adapted for ensuring the authenticity of an electronic transaction. | 12-24-2009 |

20100058820 | TIMER DEVICE FOR A CONTAINER - A timer device for a container with a handle mounted on a rotable axis, a locking device and a bar element. The locking device has a recess for receiving the handle, adapted to rotate between a locking position and an opening. The locking device in its locked position holds the bar element, while it in its opening position leaves the bar element moveable. In the locking position the bar element holds an opening of the container closed, while in the opening position tends to open the opening of the container. The device may be used for automatically opening a container, which may contain fodder for feeding horses, at a chosen time. Such a timer device for a container which has at least a first locking element and a second locking element is described | 03-11-2010 |
20100101287 | TIMER DEVICE FOR A BAR ELEMENT - A device for, at predefined times, opening bordered areas to deposited fodder for feeding horses, cattle, sheep, goats, lambs, game, fish farms etc. includes a flexible opening mechanism which is kept closed by a turnable counterstay. This closing counterstay is kept in a closed position with a settable timer. This timer allows the counterstay to turn to an open position after a certain time period. Whereby the fodder device is opened. | 04-29-2010 |
20130086832 | DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CHANGING ELONGATED OBJECTS - A device for successively changing elongated flexible objects from an active viewable position to a non-active, non-viewable position includes a rotatable drum to which the flexible objects are attached, a motor driving the rotatable drum in opposing rotational directions, and a controller unit controlling motor speed and direction. A balancing spring is preloaded when the flexible objects are unwound from the drum, providing a lifting force when the flexible objects are wound up on the drum. By using a freewheeling clutch, preloading only occurs in one rotational direction, the balancing spring freewheeling in the other direction, taking no load. Utilizing a magnetically interactive identification strip the device gains highly accurate information on the position of the flexible elongated objects. By pre-attaching the flexible elongated objects on each other and providing the identification strip on the designated carrier flexible object exchanging the set of flexible elongated objects is made very simple. | 04-11-2013 |
