The LCD with the built-in touch screen panel includes a lower substrate on whose upper surface a pixel electrode is formed, an upper substrate on whose bottom surface facing the lower substrate sensing patterns, color filters, and a common electrode are sequentially formed, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate.

|FLEXIBLE TOUCH SCREEN PANEL - A flexible touch screen panel is disclosed. The flexible touch screen panel has sensing patterns formed on a thin film substrate as touch sensors, and a phase difference compensation layer formed on the sensing patterns to compensate phase difference generated by characteristics of the thin film substrate, in order to minimize deterioration of image quality. The flexible touch screen panel includes a thin film substrate having an active area and a non-active area positioned outside the active area, sensing patterns formed on the active area and sensing lines formed on the non-active area and connected to the sensing patterns. The thin film substrate is made of polyimide.
|DISPLAY DEVICE INTEGRATED WITH TOUCH SCREEN PANEL - A display device integrated with a touch screen panel includes top and bottom substrates, each being divided into a display region, a first region on an outline of the display region, and a second region on an outline of the first region, pixels in the display region of the bottom substrate, pads in the second region of the bottom substrate, signal lines in the first region of the bottom substrate electrically coupling the pixels to the pads, sensing patterns in the display region of the top substrate, sensing lines in the first region of the top substrate and coupled to the sensing patterns, an auxiliary display unit in the first region of the top substrate that overlaps the sensing lines, and a window on a top surface of the top substrate that includes a decoration layer overlapping only a second region of the top substrate.
|TOUCH SCREEN PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF - A method of manufacturing a touch screen panel includes forming first sensing electrodes on a first substrate, forming second sensing electrodes on a second substrate, and forming a photosensitive layer on the first sensing electrodes. The photosensitive layer is patterned to form photosensitive spacers spaced apart from one another in a first direction. The first substrate and the second substrate are joined together. The photosensitive spacers maintain a substantially constant space between the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes in a second direction.
