20160112327 | OPTICAL AND PACKET PATH COMPUTATION AND SELECTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS - A method for path computation in a network includes determining dynamic link weights for links in the network, responsive to a request for a path, for a connection, between a source node and a destination node in the network with a requested bandwidth amount, wherein the dynamic link weights, for each link, are based on a current status of the link and a future status of the link; determining one or more paths for the request based on the dynamic link weights; and selecting a path of the one or more paths to minimize cost in the network. The method can be implemented through a Software Defined Networking (SDN) controller. | 04-21-2016 |

20150288134 | REGENERATIVE OPTICAL AMPLIFIER FOR SHORT PULSED LASERS, A LASER SOURCE AND A LASER WORKSTATION - This invention provides a solution for operating a regenerative amplifier using a single electro-optical device, such as a Pockels cell. An efficient cavity geometry of a regenerative amplifier is provided for enabling pulse selection, coupling and releasing to an output by operating a single Pockels cell unit placed essentially in the middle of the optical cavity, between two polarizers, whereas a first polarizer is used for release of an amplified pulse and a second polarizer is used for injection of seed pulses and release of at least one of waste amplified pulses and seed pulses. One side of the cavity, with respect to the location of said Pockels cell, includes an empty space, whereas the other side is provided with a gain medium, which is pumped by a pump source. The regenerative amplifier of such optical design is both efficient and cost effective. The single electro-optical unit works both as the control unit for operating the regenerative amplifier and as an output pulse picker unit. | 10-08-2015 |

20130268515 | SEARCH RESULTS WITH UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED CATEGORIES - A service provider presents results from a search query with dynamic category ranges, with each category range having approximately the same number of items within the category range. | 10-10-2013 |
20150095194 | SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SEARCH TERM PRIORITIZATION - A query for product search includes multiple search terms. A priority among the multiple search terms may be determined based on past queries and the results of the past queries. Using the priority of the search terms, better and relevant search results may be returned for the query. Further, the priority of the search terms may be used to implement search term expansion, search term reduction, and search term substitution to suggest relevant alternative queries to a user to improve search results. | 04-02-2015 |

20120156677 | Detection and Quantification of Hydroxymethylated Nucleotides in a Polynucleotide Preparation - Methods and compositions are described for detecting hydroxymethylated nucleotides (hmNs) in a polynucleotide preparation with a view to mapping the location of hmNs in a genome, quantifying the occurrence of hmNs at selected loci and correlating the occurrence of hmNs with gene expression and phenotypic traits. Embodiments describe the use of modifying enzymes together with site-specific endonucleases to detect the hmNs. | 06-21-2012 |
20130244237 | Methods and Compositions for Discrimination Between Cytosine and Modifications Thereof and for Methylome Analysis - Compositions and methods are provided for discrimination between cytosine and modifications thereof using cytidine deaminases and/or oxygenases. Variants of wild type cytidine deaminases are described which show reduced bias with respect to adjacent nucleotides upstream of the cytosine. The methods provide a rapid and convenient use of enzymes to obtain methylomes. | 09-19-2013 |
20150132750 | Compositions and Methods for Oxygenation of Nucleic Acids Containing 5-Methylpyrimidine - 5-methylpyrimidine oxygenases and their use in the modification of nucleic acids are described. | 05-14-2015 |
20150218530 | Compositions and Methods for Oxygenation of Nucleic Acids Containing 5-Methylpyrimidine - 5-methylpyrimidine oxygenases and their use in the modification of nucleic acids are described. | 08-06-2015 |
