20120128456 | Z-Bar Linkage for Wheel Loader Machines - An improved Z-bar linkage for wheel loader machines for maneuvering an implement such as a bucket or pallet forks may include lift arms pivotally connected between an end frame of the machine and the implement, a tilt link pivotally connected between the implement and a tilt lever that is pivotally connected between the tilt link and the lift arms. Lift cylinders may rotate the lift arms to raise and lower the implement, and a tilt cylinder may drive the tilt lever and tilt link to rotate the implement between a dump position and a racked position. Ratios of the lengths of these kinematic elements are provided such that the good performance with one implement, such as bucket, does not result in poor performance with another implement, such as the pallet forks. | 05-24-2012 |

20120255556 | FALLOPIAN TUBE FILTER - Apparatuses and methods are provided for a removable, non-permanent indwelling contraceptive fallopian tube filter that provides an immediate, customized anatomically-fit barrier between sperm and egg to prevent pregnancy without the use of drugs, hormones, or altering the anatomy. | 10-11-2012 |
20130239974 | CERVICAL CERCLAGE ASSISTANCE DEVICE - A medical device configured for assistance with the cervical cerclage procedure is provided. The medical device includes a barrier structure with a finger and a therebetween. A hub is fixed to a distal end of the catheter and defines an extension with a second void between an end surface of the hub and the extension. The barrier structure and the hub are releaseably attached with the extension disposed within the first void and the finger within the second void. A wire guide withdrawably extends through coaxial holes within the hub, extension, finger, and a portion of the barrier structure to fix the hub and barrier structure together. | 09-19-2013 |
20140012194 | THREE WAY VALVE FOR MEDICAL DEVICE - A device for performing a medical procedure is provided. The device includes an elongate catheter disposed between a distal end portion and a proximal end portion, with a central portion therebetween. A central portion of the catheter includes parallel first and second lumens therethrough, wherein the first lumen extends through in the distal end portion and the second lumen extends through the distal end portion. A fluid input connection is provided along with a selection valve stem disposed within a valve housing. | 01-09-2014 |

20130284859 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING BROKEN RAIL AND OCCUPIED TRACK FROM A RAILWAY VEHICLE - A method is provided for detecting broken rail, unintentionally misaligned turnouts, and track occupancy ahead of or behind a railway vehicle traveling on a railroad track. Shunts extend between the rails at intervals along the railroad track. Each shunt has electrical signal transmission characteristics differing from those of adjacent shunts. A test unit on the railway vehicle induces a test signal in a first rail to create a track circuit in which the test signal propagates along the first rail, through at least one of the shunts, returns to the railway vehicle along the second rail, and through the wheels and axle of the railway vehicle. The test signal has electrical properties selected to interact with at least one of the shunts. The received test signal on the second rail is analyzed to identify predetermined conditions concerning the status of the railroad track. | 10-31-2013 |
