20150122356 | SPIDER DIFFUSER SYSTEM - A thermal energy storage installation including a thermal energy storage tank and a spider diffuser system mounted in said tank. The TES tank comprises an outer wall having a generally cylindrical inner surface surrounding a hollow internal space in the tank. The spider diffuser system comprises a centrally disposed manifold structure that is disposed in vertically spaced relationship relative to a thermocline formed in a temperature stratifiable liquid in the space during operation of the tank. The manifold structure has an internal chamber and includes an opening for introduction of a said liquid into the chamber or discharge of a said liquid from the chamber. The spider diffuser system also includes a diffuser pipe assembly comprising a plurality of elongated diffuser legs. Each of the legs is attached to the manifold structure so as to extend generally radially outwardly from the structure and toward the inner surface of the tank. Each of the legs has an internal channel in fluid communication with the chamber. Each leg also has a plurality of apertures distributed along the length thereof, which apertures intercommunicate the channel with the space. | 05-07-2015 |

20150242789 | PROPENSITY MULTIPLIER FOR CUSTOMER MESSAGE AND OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT - Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for providing a propensity multiplier for customer message and opportunity management, such that an associate can more effectively assist a customer. The system may provide a customer profile associated with the customer to the channel. The profile compiles customer interaction data, including real-time and batched historic customer interaction data. This data is utilized to predict communication points and opportunities for the customer that may be most relevant to the customer. In this way, the system determines a propensity for each of the communication points and/or opportunities and modifies the ranking of each based on triggers from the received customer interaction data. Thus, providing the communication points and opportunities to an associate within a customer profile, such that the associate is prepared with communication points and opportunities tailored for the customer he/she is interacting with. | 08-27-2015 |

20130166442 | On-Device Offline Purchases Using Credits - This is directed to providing offline purchasing of media items using an electronic device. One or more media items that are not part of a user's media library can be stored on an electronic device. When a user later wishes to play back one of the media items, but the device cannot connect to a communications network to provide payment information for purchasing the media items, the electronic device can use pre-paid credits that were purchased and stored by the device when a communications network was available to complete the purchase. By using pre-paid credits, the media store can be assured that the user has sufficient funds for the media item purchase. | 06-27-2013 |
