20110026060 | Hose device, image reading apparatus, and method of controlling image reading apparatus using host device - A host device, an image reading apparatus, and a method of controlling the image reading apparatus using the host device are provided. A method of controlling an image reading apparatus using a host device includes receiving input of at least one scanning function for an image reading apparatus to be used, searching for at least one image reading apparatus connected to the host device, extracting at least one image reading apparatus supporting the at least one scanning function based on the search result, displaying a list of the extracted at least one image reading apparatus, and displaying a driver user interface (UI) corresponding to a selected image reading apparatus when an image reading apparatus to be used is selected from the list. Therefore, the user may select a desired image reading apparatus with greater ease. | 02-03-2011 |
20110026061 | Host device with universal image scanning device driver and driver management method thereof - A host device and a driver management method of the host device are provided. The driver management method of the host device includes searching for at least one image scanning device connected to the host device, displaying a list of the at least one image scanning device found as a result of searching, selecting one of the at least one image scanning device from the displayed list, generating a user-specified driver for the selected image scanning device, and adding the generated user-specified driver. Therefore, it is possible to simplify the use of a universal image scanning device driver. | 02-03-2011 |
20110040717 | PROCESS FOR RANKING SEMANTIC WEB RESORUCES - Disclosed is a process for ranking semantic web resources, comprising the steps of; establishing an RDF knowledge base using diverse tools that support the establishment of ontologies; setting, by class, object and subject weights for an object type attribute and a weight for a data type attribute on the schema composed of classes that constitute a domain and of attributes that describe relationships between these classes; extracting from the RDF knowledge base an RDF triple composed of three portions, i.e., a subject, a predicate and an object; creating a weight matrix of class-oriented attributes based on a set weight and the extracted RDF triple; and operating the created weight matrix of class-oriented attributes to calculate a first eigenvector and obtain a vector for ranking scores of resources. | 02-17-2011 |
20110043841 | Host apparatus and method to share favorite image reading apparatuses thereof - A host apparatus and a method to share favorite image reading apparatuses thereof are provided. The method to share favorite image reading apparatuses of a host apparatus includes registering at least one of searched image reading apparatuses to a list of favorite image reading apparatuses; selecting at least one of the registered favorite image reading apparatuses to be shared; activating a sharing function to share the selected favorite image reading apparatus; transmitting the list of favorite image reading apparatuses to or receiving a list of favorite image reading apparatuses from another host apparatus of which the sharing function is activated. Therefore, a universal driver may share a list of favorite image reading apparatuses. | 02-24-2011 |
20110213036 | COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTION OF TOOTH HYPERSENSITIVITY - The present invention relates to a composition for prevention of tooth hypersensitivity, and more particularly to a composition for prevention of tooth hypersensitivity, which comprises an adhesive polymer for coating teeth, an active ingredient for prevention of hypersensitivity, a substance for promoting the penetration of the active ingredient for prevention of hypersensitivity, a desensitizing active ingredient, and a pH-adjusting agent.
